The adjustable resistance device using the flywheel and the friction block is a conventional technology, and will be briefly described herein, however, the flywheel constitutes a resistance device even without the friction block, and the training unit of the present invention may also use various conventional adjustable or non-adjustable resistance devices, such as magnetic resistance, wind resistance, water resistance, etc.
As shown in fig. 1, the exercise apparatus 1 of the present invention has a first fixing device 17 and a second fixing device 18, the first fixing device 17 is disposed at the top end of the supporting portion 12 for selectively fixing the relative positions of the connecting arm 14 and the supporting portion 12, i.e. fixing the turning angle of the training unit 2 along the first axis X1; the second fixing device 18 is disposed at the top end of the sleeve 16, i.e. the pivot joint between the connecting arm 14 and the first frame body 20, and is used for selectively fixing the rotation angle of the first frame body 20 relative to the connecting arm 14, i.e. the rotation angle V of the training unit 2 along the longitudinal axis. The first fixing device 17 has a control knob 171, and the user can release or lock the locking between the connecting arm 14 and the bracket portion 12 through the control knob 161; the second fixing device 18 also has a control knob 181, and the user can release or lock the locking between the sleeve 16 at the front end of the connecting arm 14 and the first frame 20 through the control knob 161. The detailed structural features and principles of the fixing device are not the main subject of the present invention, and are not repeated herein.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first frame body 20 and the second frame body 30 of the training unit 2 are mainly composed of a metal backbone and a plastic housing, wherein the center of gravity of the training unit 2 is approximately corresponding to the height of the first axis X1, so that the center of gravity of the training unit 2 is approximately kept unchanged during the process of the training unit 2 being turned over relative to the main frame body 10 along the first axis X1, that is, the weight of the first frame body 20 plus the resistance device 50 is approximately equal to the weight of the second frame body 30 plus the driving device 40, so that the user can easily turn the training unit 2 between the first angle (the first movement mode) and the second angle (the second movement mode) relative to the first axis X1.
Next, various operation modes of the sporting goods 1 will be described. Fig. 9 to 11 are front views of the sporting goods 1 according to the present invention for explaining a process of turning the training unit 2 from the first angle (shown in fig. 9) to the second angle (shown in fig. 11). Generally, the exercise apparatus 1 is usually set in the first exercise mode (hand exercise), if the user wants to do foot exercise, the control knob 171 of the first fixing device 17 is released to unlock the connecting arm 14 from the leg portion 12 of the main frame 10, the first frame body 20 and the second frame body 30 are rotated 180 degrees from the first angle shown in fig. 9 along the first axis X1 to the second angle shown in fig. 11, as shown in fig. 10, and the control knob 171 is pulled to fix the first frame body 20 and the second frame body 30 again, so that the exercise apparatus 1 assumes the operation pattern shown in fig. 4 and 5, that is, the driving device 40 is turned from the upper side to the lower side of the first axis X1, for the user to do lower limb rotation exercise.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the second frame 30 can be pivoted back and forth relative to the first frame 20 along the transverse axis H, so that the relative position between the operating portion (the handle 42 or the pedal 43) of the driving device 40 and the seat assembly 13 of the main frame 10 can be adjusted, wherein the second frame 30 can be rotated at least 90 degrees relative to the transverse axis H. As shown in fig. 12, in the first exercise mode, the user can adjust the driving device 40 on the second frame 30 toward or away from himself/herself to adjust the grip 42 of the driving device 40 at a proper height and a proper front-back distance for different users to operate. As shown in fig. 13, in the second exercise mode, the training unit 2 can also adjust the front-back distance of the pedal 43 of the driving device 40 to facilitate the stepping exercise of the exercise bike by different users, so that the user can rotate and position the second frame 30 at a proper angle according to the personal shape, the habit or the desired exercise posture to adjust the front-back distance or height of the operating part (the handle 42 or the pedal 43) of the driving device 40 relative to the seat set 13, so as to make the exercise apparatus 1 present different operation modes.
It should be noted that the exercise apparatus 1 of the present invention is convenient for different users to change the exercise unit 2 from the first angle (the first exercise mode) to the second angle (the second exercise mode), and can directly perform the lower limb revolving motion without extra or too much adjustment, for example, when a user with a large size performs the upper limb revolving motion in the first exercise mode, the position of the operation portion (i.e. the handle 42) of the driving device 40 is usually adjusted forward in the direction away from the support portion 12 of the main frame 10 to match the length of the hand, and when the user needs to change to the second exercise mode to perform the lower limb revolving motion, the user only needs to unlock the exercise unit 2 and the main frame 10, and then rotate the exercise unit 2 and the main frame 10 by 180 degrees according to the first axis X1, so that the driving device 40 moves to the lower limb revolving motion below the first axis X1, since the first axis X1 corresponds to the front-back direction of the main frame 10, the forward movement distance of the driving device 40 relative to the main frame 10 when the main frame is turned over to the second exercise mode is substantially the same as the forward movement distance of the driving device 40 when the main frame is turned over to the first exercise mode, i.e. the user usually only needs to adjust the deflection angle of the first frame 30 relative to the second frame 20 once to adjust the displacement distance of the driving device 40, so as to rapidly switch between the first exercise mode and the second exercise mode to perform the revolving movement, without adjusting the distance of the operating part (i.e. the handle 42) once when performing the upper limb exercise, and adjusting the distance of the operating part (i.e. the pedal 43) once when performing the lower limb exercise, or only needs to perform fine adjustment.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the exercise device 1 of the present invention is shown in a side view in the first exercise mode and the second exercise mode, wherein the rotation direction of the cranks 41 of the driving device 40 in the first exercise mode is just opposite to the rotation direction in the second exercise mode. Fig. 14 is a schematic view illustrating the operation of the sporting goods 1 according to the present invention in the first sporting mode, in which the two cranks 41 revolve counterclockwise, that is, the cranks 41 revolve toward their body when the user performs the hand revolving motion; fig. 15 illustrates an operation of the exercise apparatus 1 of the present invention in the second exercise mode, in which the rotation direction of the cranks 41 is clockwise, that is, when the user performs the rotation of the feet, the cranks 41 rotate in a direction away from the body, and rotate in a forward direction like a stepping exercise bike. Generally, when the exercise apparatus 1 is in the first exercise mode, the rotation direction of the crank 41 is usually set to be counterclockwise, i.e. to rotate inward toward the user, and when the driving device 40 is turned 180 degrees to the lower side to form the second exercise mode, the rotation direction of the crank 41 is just 180 degrees opposite, which just conforms to the pedaling direction of the exercise bike, i.e. the clockwise rotation, so that the user can easily switch between the hand exercise mode and the foot exercise mode without additional adjustment, thereby forming a dual-purpose multifunctional exercise apparatus. In addition, in the first exercise mode, if the user wants to perform a hand exercise in the opposite direction, the control knob 181 of the second fixing device 18 is released to unlock the first frame 20 and the connecting arm 14, and then the first frame 20 and the second frame 30 are rotated 180 degrees along the longitudinal axis V, as shown in fig. 14, and then the control knob 181 is pulled to fix the first frame 20 and the second frame 30 again, so that the revolving movement in the opposite direction (i.e. clockwise direction) of the hand can be performed.
