Abstract

The invention discloses a physical training device for sprint sports, which consists of a bottom frame, an operation panel and an auxiliary training box, wherein a running belt controlled by a motor is arranged in the bottom frame, a control host computer is arranged on the operation panel, and a control assembly is arranged in the auxiliary training box and is used for adjusting the tensile force output by a stretching belt under the control of the control host computer, so that a sportsman can also carry out physical training in a mode of dragging equipment when running on the running belt, thus not only saving the field in the mode of a running machine, but also improving the training effect through the auxiliary equipment.

The auxiliary training box 300 is a hollow box body fixedly installed at the other end of the base frame 100. The auxiliary training box 300 has a stretching strap 310 inside, and one end of the stretching strap 310 is located inside the auxiliary training box 300, and the other end thereof protrudes outside the auxiliary training box 300. One end of the stretching belt 310, which is located outside the auxiliary training box 300, is fixedly provided with a sports belt 320, and the sports belt 320 is used for being tied to the waist of the athlete to provide backward pulling force during the running process of the athlete, so that the athlete can receive physical strength training of a dragging device.
The top end of the auxiliary training box 300 is fixedly installed with a hanging plate 330 horizontally extending towards the operation panel 200, one end of the hanging plate 330 near the operation panel 200 on the bottom surface is connected with a strap 332 through a hanging strip 331, and the athlete can hang himself by winding the strap 332 around the waist, and then the athlete can train the balance ability by running on the running belt 110. In this embodiment, the hanging strip 331 is rolled up in the hanging plate 330, and when the strap 332 is not needed, the hanging strip 331 is completely rolled up inside the hanging plate 330, so that the strap 332 is in a state of being closely attached to the bottom surface of the hanging plate 330, and when the strap 332 is needed, the hanging strip 331 is grasped and pulled downward.
The auxiliary training box 300 is further provided with two stretchable bands (not shown) on the side facing the operation panel 200, and the athlete can respectively tie the two stretchable bands on the two arms during the running process to train the swinging strength of the arms.
The support bar is also connected with a tension belt 231 through a connecting belt 230, and the athlete can carry out the training of the running frequency by tying the tension belt 231 on the waist. The tension band 231 may also have a trembling function to allow the athlete to relax after running.
With reference to fig. 2 and 3 together, the training aid box 300 has mounted inside it a control assembly comprising a follower 111 and a controlled member which moves inside one follower 111 into the other. The number of the followers 111 is plural, and the followers 111 are respectively installed at both side edges of the running belt 110, and the followers 111 can move back and forth inside the bottom chassis 100 and the training aid box 300 following the running belt 110. In this embodiment, a loop 113 is fixedly installed on a side surface of the follower 111, a sleeve (not shown) is protruded on an edge of the running belt 110, and the sleeve is inserted into the loop 113 to rotatably install the follower 111 on the running belt 110.
It should be understood that the follower 111 can only rotate on the running belt 110 in a small angle range to avoid an excessive rotation angle to make an included angle between two adjacent followers 111 too large, so that the controlled member cannot enter smoothly. By means of the rotary mounting, the follower 111 can be adjusted to the angle required by the controlled piece when the angle deviation is small after long-time use.
The follower 111 is internally provided with a sliding groove 112 penetrating through two opposite side surfaces, and the longitudinal section of the sliding groove 112 is T-shaped. A controlled unit is installed inside the follower 111 near the bottom surface of the sliding slot 112, and in this embodiment, the controlled unit is a permanent magnet, and a connecting line of an N pole and an S pole of the permanent magnet is parallel to the axial direction of the sliding slot 112.
The controlled member includes a bottom plate 311 and a connecting plate 312, and the thickness and the width of the bottom plate 311 are respectively equivalent to the height and the width of the sliding slot 112, so that the bottom plate 311 can move in the sliding slot 112 along the axial direction after being inserted into the sliding slot 112. The connecting plate 312 is fixedly installed at the center of the top surface of the bottom plate 311, and the connecting plate 312 is exposed from the sliding slot 112 for connecting the tension band 310. In this embodiment, a hanging ring 313 is rotatably mounted on the connecting plate 312, and the stretching strap 310 passes through and is sleeved in the hanging ring 313.
In order to make the bottom plate 311 slide more smoothly in the sliding groove 112, guide plates are respectively and fixedly mounted at two ends of the bottom plate 311, the cross section of each guide plate is trapezoidal, and the width of one end far away from the bottom plate 311 is smaller than that of the end close to the bottom plate 311, so that the guide plates can be easily inserted into the sliding groove 112, and the bottom plate 311 is guided to slide into the sliding groove 112 smoothly.
A control unit is installed inside the bottom plate 311, in this embodiment, the control unit is an electromagnet, and when the bottom plate 311 is located inside the sliding chute 112, a connecting line of an N pole and an S pole of the electromagnet is parallel to an axis of the sliding chute 112, so that when the controlled element slides inside the follower 111, the controlled element is attracted or repelled by the permanent magnet inside the follower 111. When the attraction force is received, the controlled piece presses the bottom surface of the sliding chute 112 downwards to generate friction force to resist the relative movement between the follower 111 and the controlled piece; when subjected to a repelling force, the controlled member presses the top surface of the slide slot 112 upward, generating a frictional force to resist relative movement between the follower 111 and the controlled member. The movement of the controlled member within the follower 111 is thus controlled once the electromagnet is energized, and the control varies with the magnetic magnitude of the electromagnet (i.e. the magnitude of the applied current).
The control panel electrically connected with the electromagnet is installed in the auxiliary training box 300 and electrically connected with the control host, and the athlete can control whether the electromagnet is electrified or not and the magnitude of the current by the display screen 210 or the control key 220, so as to control the working state of the control component.
When the device of the present invention is used for physical training, the athlete stands on the running belt 110, wears the sports belt 320 on the waist, and then sets the training mode through the display screen 210 or the control keys 220, after the mode is set, the running belt 110 starts to run, and the control assembly enters the corresponding working state in the set mode.
The training modes in the invention mainly include the following: manual mode.
