On the basis of the first embodiment, two groups of ultraviolet irradiation lamps 25 are respectively and fixedly installed on the upper and lower walls of the left side of the instrument placement bin 26 and the left and right sides of the inner top of the garbage bin 24, and the garbage and medical instruments in the garbage bin 24 and the instrument placement bin 26 can be sterilized and disinfected by the ultraviolet irradiation lamps 25, so that the sterilization and disinfection capacity of the trolley is further improved.

Claims (10)

1. A handcart for infectious department comprises a bottom plate (10), a box body (11), rollers (15) and an instrument placing bin (26); the upper surface of the bottom plate (10) is fixedly provided with a group of box bodies (11) which are rectangular structures, the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the bottom plate (10) are respectively in rolling connection with two groups of rollers (15), the garbage bin (24) on the lower side and the instrument containing bin (26) on the upper side are respectively divided into an upper part and a lower part in the bottom plate (10), the garbage bin (24) is divided into a left space and a right space by a group of transverse partition plates (37) in the middle, the right end parts of the two spaces are respectively provided with a garbage inlet (18), the left parts of the front side wall and the rear side wall of the garbage bin (24) are symmetrically provided with two groups of garbage discharge ports (17), one side of the inner part of each garbage discharge port (17) is hinged with a bin door, the instrument containing bin (26) is also divided into a left pure atomization containing chamber (39) and, the left end of a partition board (37) inside the instrument placing bin (26) extends to the middle part of the instrument placing bin (26), a group of disinfectant tanks (23) are fixedly installed on the left side wall inside the instrument placing bin (26), the tops of the disinfectant tanks (23) are outwards communicated with a disinfectant inlet pipe (16), the tops of the disinfectant inlet pipes (16) extend to the outer top of the bottom plate (10), the middle part of the right side wall of each disinfectant tank (23) is communicated with a perfusion tube, the middle part of each perfusion tube is provided with an atomizer (32), the tail ends of the perfusion tubes are communicated with nozzles (33), a group of vertical rotating shafts (27) are respectively arranged at the middle positions inside the mixing placing chamber (38) and the pure atomizing placing chamber (39), the upper end and the lower end of each rotating shaft (27) are rotatably connected with a sliding block (31), the bottoms of the sliding blocks (31) are slidably connected in sliding grooves (30) formed in the upper side wall and the lower, the right side wall of mixing placing chamber (38) and pure atomizing placing chamber (39) has all been seted up medical instrument and has been placed mouth (19), the fixed cover of downside that is located mixing placing chamber (38) inside axis of rotation (27) is equipped with disinfectant pond (29), the antiseptic solution has been placed to the inside in disinfectant pond (29), fixed cover is equipped with on axis of rotation (27) that is located disinfectant pond (29) upside and dries in the air board (28), the bottom that dries in the air board (28) sets up to latticed structure, the fixed cover of side is equipped with two sets of horizontal poles (34) about being located pure atomizing placing chamber (39) inside axis of rotation (27), the downside fixed mounting of horizontal pole (34) has couple (35) side by side.

The trolley for the infectious department as claimed in claim 2, wherein a set of sleeves (12) is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the left side of the bottom plate (10), a set of vertical telescopic rods (13) are telescopically connected inside the sleeves (12), and a set of handles (14) which are convenient for pushing the rollers (15) to move are fixedly installed on the left side of the top of each telescopic rod (13).
4. A trolley for use in infectious department according to claim 3 characterized in that the surface of the handle (14) is covered with a sponge pad.

The cart for infectious department as claimed in claim 4, wherein the interior of the garbage inlet (18) is provided with an elastic baffle (21) swinging inside and outside, and the upper part of the inner side wall of the garbage inlet (18) is elastically connected to the interior of the garbage bin (24) through a torsion spring.
6. A trolley for use in infectious department according to claim 5 characterized in that the spout (33) is provided in a trumpet-like structure.
7. The cart for infectious department according to claim 6, wherein crash pads are fixedly installed at the inner left and right ends of the chute (30).
8. The cart for infectious department according to claim 7, wherein the medical instrument placing opening (19) is internally provided with a push-pull plate (20) which can be telescopically slid up and down.
9. The cart for infectious department according to claim 8, wherein a pull rod (36) for pulling the cross bar (34) to rotate and move is fixedly installed on one side of the upper part of the cross bar (34).

The cart for infectious department according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein two sets of ultraviolet radiation lamps (25) are fixedly mounted on the upper and lower walls of the left side of the instrument placing bin (26) and the left and right sides of the inner top of the garbage bin (24), respectively.
