a driving device, which comprises a first rod, a second rod and a flexible joint, wherein the first rod is fixed on the second cross rod of the frame body, the first rod symmetrically extends to one end far away from the second cross rod to form a right connecting piece and a left connecting piece, the first rod is pivoted with a turning shaft and connected with the front wheel through the turning shaft to form turning operation, the second rod symmetrically extends to one end to form a right connecting piece and a left connecting piece, the right connecting piece is pivoted with the right connecting piece to enable the second rod to swing relative to the first rod, the left connecting piece is fixedly provided with a driving shaft in a penetrating way and forms pivoting connection with the left connecting piece through the driving shaft, the driving shaft is further arranged in the front support arm in a penetrating way, the second rod is provided with a driving shaft in a penetrating way, one end of the driving shaft extends to form a handle, and the other end of the driving shaft is connected with the flexible joint, the flexible joint is connected with the turning shaft, the handle and the turning shaft can synchronously rotate by utilizing the flexible joint, and the relative swing of the first rod piece and the second rod piece is not interfered;
a driving wheel set, which includes a first wheel, a first gear, a driven shaft, a second wheel and a second gear, wherein the first wheel is set on the driving shaft through a first ratchet wheel to form a positive rotation linkage state, the first gear is fixed on the driving shaft, the driven shaft is set between the front support arm and the left assembling sheet, and the second wheel is set on the driven shaft through a second ratchet wheel to form a positive rotation linkage state, and the second gear is fixed on the driven shaft and meshed with the first gear; and
a transmission wheel set, the transmission wheel set includes a first wheel body, a first belt body, a second wheel body, a second belt body, a third wheel body, a third belt body and a transmission shaft, the transmission shaft penetrates through the first wheel body, the second wheel body and the third wheel body, and two ends of the transmission shaft are pivoted on two rear supporting arms, the first wheel body is connected between the first rotating wheel and the first wheel body, the second wheel body is connected between the second rotating wheel and the second wheel body, the third wheel body is connected between the third wheel body and the output wheel, the transmission wheel set enables the positive rotation linkage of the first rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel to respectively drive the first wheel body and the second wheel body, and further the handle can drive the output wheel to generate power output effect when swinging in two directions.
2. The transmission structure of claim 1, wherein the first belt, the second belt and the third belt are belts or chains.
3. The transmission structure of claim 1, wherein the number of the front wheels of the wheelchair is two, and the turning shaft is connected to the front wheels by a turning link.
4. The transmission structure of claim 1, wherein the first rod extends through the second cross bar, and the first rod and the second rod are fixed by welding.
5. The transmission structure of claim 4, wherein the right set of connecting pieces and the left set of connecting pieces of the first rod form a supporting portion, and the first rod is pressed against the second cross bar by the two supporting portions.

The transmission structure of a wheelchair with a turning function and a bi-directional output as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame of the wheelchair is provided with a control device, and the control device is provided with a pressure block and controls the pressure block to press the second gear, thereby forming an anti-rotation fixing of the driven shaft and the driving shaft and fixing the handle at a specific swing angle position.

The transmission structure of claim 6, wherein one end of the pressure block is connected to a post disposed between the first cross bar and the second cross bar, and the first cross bar is provided with an operating member, and the operating member drives the post and the pressure block to move reciprocally.

The transmission structure of a wheelchair having a turning function and a bi-directional output as claimed in claim 7, wherein the operating member has a cam formed at one end thereof, the column has a flat head portion against which the cam abuts, the cam and the flat head portion are both accommodated in a housing, and the column is sleeved with a spring and pressed between the housing and the flat head portion by the spring.
9. The transmission structure of claim 8, wherein the second cross bar is provided with a platform, and the platform forms a track, and the platform supports the pressure block with the track and provides a sliding assistance function.
10. The structure of claim 8, wherein the cam defines a first plane and a second plane, the first plane abutting against the flat head of the cylinder to define a fixed position where the pressure block presses the second gear, and the second plane abutting against the flat head of the cylinder to define a fixed position where the pressure block does not press the second gear.
