Abstract
The invention discloses a design idea and an application method of a hip joint rotation center positioner, wherein the rotation center positioner is a connecting pile body movably fixed at the edge of an acetabulum, the upper end surface of the acetabulum is the edge of the acetabulum, the outer surface of the edge of the acetabulum is connected with a fixing foot, the upper end surface of the fixing foot is fixed with a connecting support rod, the inner side of the edge of the acetabulum is an acetabulum center positioning area, and the position of the rotation center of the hip joint is determined by the arrangement of a center positioning hole according to an indication guide pin track. The hip joint rotation center positioner comprises a fixed foot, a connecting supporting rod and a connecting pile body, wherein an acetabular body, an acetabular edge and a positioning area are normal anatomical positions, and the influence of the change of the body position of a patient on the angle of a rasp in an operation can be avoided due to the combination of the positioner and the acetabular.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hip joint rotation center positioner to solve the problems that the methods for indirectly measuring the rotation center proposed in the background technology are various, but the method for clearly positioning the rotation center in the operation is less at present, the estimation is mostly carried out according to the experience and the anatomical structure of an operator, but the difference of the positioning rotation centers among different operators is larger, and the operation navigation is complex in process and higher in cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the hip joint rotation center positioner comprises an hip joint body and a connecting pile body, wherein the upper end face of the hip joint body is provided with an acetabular edge, the acetabular edge is arranged on the upper end face of the hip joint body, the outer surface of the acetabular edge is connected with a fixing foot, a connecting supporting rod is fixed on the upper end face of the fixing foot, the connecting pile body is fixed on the upper end face of the connecting supporting rod, a center positioning hole penetrates through the connecting pile body, the inner side of the acetabular edge is a positioning area arranged in the acetabular center positioning area, and the position of the hip joint rotation center is determined according to an indication guide pin track through the center positioning hole.
Preferably, the shape structure of the acetabulum edge is circular arc, and the fixed foot is movably connected with the acetabulum edge.
Preferably, the fixing foot and the side surface of the acetabular edge form a semi-surrounding structure, and the outer shape structure of the fixing foot is an arc structure.
Preferably, the connecting support rods are fixedly connected with the fixed feet and the connecting pile body, the fixed feet and the connecting support rods are circumferentially distributed on the edge of the acetabulum, and 3 groups or 2 groups of connecting support rods are arranged.
Preferably, the shape structure of the central positioning hole is a cylindrical structure, and the central positioning hole is relatively vertical to the acetabulum body.
Preferably, the shape structure of the positioning area is a concave structure, and the central positioning hole and the central point of the positioning area are located in the same direction.
