Technical Field

Background
The skin dilator is an advanced treatment method used in orthopedics department, and the principle of the skin dilator is that the skin soft tissue dilator is implanted under normal skin soft tissue near pathological changes, and the capacity of the dilator is increased by injecting liquid into a dilation sac discontinuously, so that the dilator generates pressure on the surface skin soft tissue. The division and proliferation of tissues and epidermal cells and the enlargement of cell gaps are realized through the action of an expansion mechanism on local parts, so that the skin area is increased, and after an expansion capsule is taken out, newly-added skin soft tissues can be used for tissue repair and organ reconstruction.
The skin dilatation surgery usually lasts for 6-8 months, and the normal saline is injected into the dilatation capsule once every 3 days or so. During surgery, the patient is required to withstand the skin being held up by the skin expander, which is both a psychological and physiological challenge.
However, the current expanders expand the skin to be expanded simultaneously, which requires a large expansion force and can easily strain the skin and underlying bodily tissues if the control is not good.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-7, a skin dilator for plastic surgery comprises a main bag 1 with a circular cross section and at least one annular auxiliary bag 2 coaxially sleeved outside the main bag 1, wherein a catheter 4 is arranged on the main bag 1, one end of the catheter 4 is communicated with the inside of the main bag 1, when one annular auxiliary bag 2 is provided, the main bag 1 is communicated with the annular auxiliary bags 2 through a current-limiting connecting pipe 3, when a plurality of annular auxiliary bags 2 are provided, the diameters of the plurality of annular auxiliary bags 2 are different, the larger annular auxiliary bag 2 is coaxially sleeved outside the smaller annular auxiliary bag 2, the main bag 1 is communicated with the adjacent annular auxiliary bags 2 and the two adjacent annular auxiliary bags 2 through the current-limiting connecting pipe 3, the current-limiting connecting pipe 3 is conducted when the hydraulic pressure reaches a certain value, when the dilator is used, the dilator is implanted into the skin of a human body, the other end of the catheter 4 is exposed, when physiological saline is injected into the main bag 1 through the catheter 4, when the pressure in the main bag 1 is smaller than the conduction pressure of the current-limiting connecting pipe 3, the current-limiting connecting pipe 3 is not conducted, when the pressure in the main bag 1 exceeds the conduction pressure of the current-limiting connecting pipe 3, the current-limiting connecting pipe 3 is conducted, the physiological saline enters the annular auxiliary bag 2 nearest to the main bag 1, when the annular auxiliary bags 2 are multiple, the physiological saline enters the next annular auxiliary bag 2 only when the hydraulic pressure of the nearest annular auxiliary bag 2 reaches the conduction pressure of the current-limiting connecting pipe 3, and therefore the main bag 1 and the annular auxiliary bags 2 can be opened in sequence to achieve gradual expansion of skin.
The main bag 1 and the annular auxiliary bag 2 are both of a flat structure, and both sides of the main bag 1 and the annular auxiliary bag 2 in the axial direction can be made of a non-deformable material, preferably, plastic or the like, and the sides of the main bag 1 and the annular auxiliary bag 2 can be made of an elastic material, preferably, rubber, so that the main bag 1 and the annular auxiliary bag 2 can be deformed only in the axial direction while both axial sides remain flat when internal pressure is applied. Of course, it is also possible to make the primary bladder 1 and the annular secondary bladder 2 entirely of rubber material, which is less effective, but still allows expansion.
The flow-limiting connecting pipe 3 comprises a mounting pipe 3a, two deformation pieces 3c and two connecting pieces 3b, wherein the two deformation pieces 3c and the two connecting pieces 3b are arranged in the mounting pipe 3a and extend along the axis of the mounting pipe 3a, the two deformation pieces 3c are symmetrical relative to a first symmetrical plane, the two connecting pieces 3b are symmetrical relative to a second symmetrical plane, and the first symmetrical plane and the second symmetrical plane are perpendicular to each other and are intersected on the axis of the mounting pipe 3 a.
The deformation piece 3c is a hollow structure, and includes an arc-shaped portion 3c1 attached to the inner side wall of the mounting tube 3a, a pressed portion 3c2 parallel to the first symmetric plane, two side portions 3c3 connecting both sides of the pressed portion 3c2 to both sides of the arc-shaped portion 3c1, respectively, and two connecting portions 3c4 connecting both end portions of the pressed portion 3c2, the arc-shaped portion 3c1, and the side portion 3c3 in the axial direction of the mounting tube 3a, respectively, and the pressed portion 3c2, the arc-shaped portion 3c1, the side portion 3c3, and the connecting portion 3c4 constitute a hollow deformation piece 3 c. The deformable element 3c is made of a deformable material, preferably a rubber material.
The pressed parts 3c2 of the two deforming pieces 3c abut against each other at the position of a first symmetrical plane, the side parts 3c3 of each deforming piece 3c gradually approach to a second symmetrical plane in the process of extending towards the first symmetrical plane, and the connecting piece 3b is arranged in a space enclosed by the side parts of the two deforming pieces 3c and the side wall of the mounting tube 3a, and the shape of the space is the same as that of the connecting piece 3b when viewed along the axis of the mounting tube 3a, so that when the hydraulic pressure is small, the deforming pieces 3c and the connecting piece 3b block the mounting tube 3a, and the physiological saline cannot pass through.
Further, in order to ensure that the deformation piece 3c can bear certain hydraulic pressure, each of the deformation pieces 3c is internally provided with a contact piece 3d, the contact piece 3d is contacted with the pressed part 3c2, an elastic piece 3e is arranged between the contact piece 3d and the arc part 3c1, one end of the elastic piece 3e along the elastic direction is contacted with the contact piece 3d, the other end is contacted with the arc part 3c1, and the elastic piece 3e is always in a compressed state, so that the deformation piece 3c can automatically restore when the hydraulic pressure is smaller. Of course, in actual use, the abutting piece 3d and the elastic piece 3e may not be required, and the deforming piece 3c itself may be made of an elastic material such as rubber.
The arc-shaped part 3c1 of the deforming member 3c and the connecting member 3b are glued to the inner side wall of the mounting tube 3a, although they may be fixed in other ways known in the art.
The two connecting portions 3c4 of each deformable member 3c gradually approach each other in the process of approaching the first plane of symmetry, and the two end faces of each connecting member 3b along the axial direction of the mounting tube 3a gradually approach each other in the process of approaching the second plane of symmetry, so that the connecting portions 3c4 and the end faces of the connecting members 3b form grooves which help the saline solution push the pressed portions 3c2 of the deformable members 3c away from each other. The skin expander for plastic surgery as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pressed portions of the two deformation members abut against each other at the position of the first plane of symmetry, the side portion of each deformation member gradually approaches the second plane of symmetry while extending toward the first plane of symmetry, and the connecting member is disposed in a space defined by the side portions of the two deformation members and the side wall of the mounting tube, and the shape of the space is the same as the shape of the connecting member when viewed along the axis of the mounting tube.

The skin expander for plastic surgery as claimed in claim 5, wherein an abutting piece is provided inside each of said deformation members, said abutting piece abuts against said pressed portion, an elastic piece is provided between said abutting piece and said arc portion, one end of said elastic piece in an elastic direction abuts against said abutting piece, the other end abuts against said arc portion, and said elastic piece is always in a compressed state.
