Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
In one embodiment, a detergent dispensing device 30 is provided for dispensing detergent, such as dishwashing powder or washing liquid, into the washing chamber 111. As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the detergent dispensing device 30 may be applied in a dishwasher 10. Alternatively, the detergent dispenser 30 may be applied to a household appliance such as an oven and a washing machine, which needs to be cleaned.
In particular, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, in one embodiment, the detergent dispensing device 30 comprises a pushing member 31 and a pushing driving member 32. The pushing element 31 is used for enclosing a putting cavity 33 for containing detergent, the pushing driving element 32 is connected with the pushing element 31 and used for driving the pushing element 31 to move towards the direction close to the opening of the putting cavity 33, the pushing element 31 pushes the detergent in the putting cavity 33 into the washing cavity 111 in the moving process, and the pushing element 31 is pushed into the washing cavity 111 by the pushing driving element 32.
The pushing piece 31 has two states, the first state is a state when the putting cavity 33 is filled with detergent and the pushing piece 31 is used for enclosing the putting cavity 33, and the second state is a state after the detergent is pushed out of the putting cavity 33 by the pushing piece 31 and the pushing piece 31 is located. Here, the pushing element 31 is pushed into the washing cavity 11, which means that the pushing element 31 is located closer to the center of the washing cavity 111 in the second state than the pushing element 31 is located in the first state. In other words, the position of the second pushing element 31 is taken into the category of the washing cavity 111 when the space is divided based on the communication state between the feeding cavity 33 and the washing cavity 111.
In the detergent feeding device 30 provided by the above scheme, in the use process, the detergent is firstly placed in the feeding cavity 33, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, at this time, the feeding cavity 33 is surrounded by the pushing piece 31 and other wall surfaces of the feeding cavity 33, and can be used for containing the detergent. Then, during the washing process, the pushing element 31 is driven by the pushing driving element 32 to move, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the pushing element 31 moves out of the original dispensing cavity 33, and the pushing element 31 pushes the detergent previously placed in the dispensing cavity 33 into the washing cavity 111, so that the dishes in the washing cavity 111 can be effectively cleaned, and the detergent in the dispensing cavity 33 can be completely dispensed into the washing cavity 111. And the pushing piece 31 is pushed into the washing inner cavity 111 at the same time of pushing the detergent into the washing inner cavity 111, so that as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the pushing piece 31 can be cleaned by the water sprayed by the spray arm while the tableware is washed, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of sanitary problems caused by the residual detergent in the putting cavity 33.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, in one embodiment, the pushing member 31 is a bottom wall of the dispensing cavity 33, the pushing member 31 is disposed opposite to an opening of the dispensing cavity 33, and the pushing member 31 can move relative to a side wall of the dispensing cavity 33 to push the detergent in the dispensing cavity 33 out of the dispensing cavity 33.
When placing the detergent into the putting cavity 33, the detergent putting device 30 may be placed at an angle with the opening of the putting cavity 33 facing upward. After the detergent is put, the placing direction of the detergent putting device 30 is adjusted so that the opening of the putting cavity 33 faces the washing cavity 111 as shown in fig. 2 and 4. At this time, the pushing member 31 can push the detergent placed in the dispensing cavity 33 out of the dispensing cavity 33 while pushing the detergent toward the opening of the dispensing cavity 33, and the detergent enters the washing cavity 111 under the action of gravity.
Specifically, in order to enable the placing direction of the detergent dispensing device 30 to be adjusted and changed at different times, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the detergent dispensing device 30 may be disposed on the door 21, and the placing angle of the detergent dispensing device 30 is synchronously changed in the process of opening and closing the door 21. For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, in the dishwasher 10, the lower edge 211 of the door 21 is rotatably connected to the inner container 11 of the dishwasher 10. The door body 21 is in a vertical state when closed, and the door body 21 can be opened to a horizontal state. The opening of the throwing cavity 33 faces the inner side of the door body 21, so that the opening of the throwing cavity 33 faces upwards when the door body 21 is in an open state. When the door 21 is in a closed state, the opening of the input chamber 33 faces the side and faces the washing chamber 111.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the side wall of the feeding cavity 33 may be formed by bending and recessing an inner wall surface of the door body 21; or a putting device shell is further arranged in the detergent putting device 30, and the side wall of the putting cavity 33 is formed by the concave inner side surface of the putting device shell.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the pushing member 31 is provided with a first sealing ring 311 at its outer periphery for interference sealing with the sidewall of the throwing cavity 33. When the pushing member 31 and the side wall of the putting cavity 33 form the putting cavity 33 as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the first sealing ring 311 on the periphery of the pushing member 31 is in interference sealing with the side wall of the putting cavity 33, so as to ensure that the pushing member 31 can completely push the detergent in the putting cavity 33 out of the putting cavity 33 in the process of moving out of the putting cavity 33, and therefore, as long as the detergent on the pushing member 31 is cleaned, no detergent remains in the detergent putting device 30.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the pushing member 31 is a plate. Said plate constitutes the bottom wall of said dosing chamber 33.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 8 and 10, the detergent dispensing device 30 further comprises a seal 34. As shown in fig. 8, when the pushing member 31 is pushed into the washing chamber, a notch is formed in the position of the throwing chamber 33, which is originally shielded by the pushing member 31. The sealing element 34 is connected to the pushing drive element 32, and when the pushing drive element 32 pushes the pushing element 31 into the washing cavity 111, the sealing element 34 is driven by the pushing drive element 32 to seal the gap. Therefore, the water in the washing cavity 111 is prevented from leaking through the gap, and the sealing performance of the washing cavity 111 in the washing process is ensured.
Even if the push driver 32 needs to pass through the gap to connect with the push member 31 during the process of driving the push member 31 and the sealing member 34 to move, the push driver 32 will not completely block the gap in order to make the process of moving the push driver 32 smoother. In this case, the seal 34 further seals the gap which is not closed by the push actuator 32.
In particular, the sealing member 34 may be of a plate structure like the push member 31. The sealing element 34 can surround the periphery of the pushing drive element 32 and is opposite to the notch, and when the pushing drive element 32 pushes the pushing element 31 into the washing cavity 111, the sealing element 34 is synchronously driven to move forward to seal the notch. Further, in one embodiment, when the pushing driving member 32 includes the pushing rod 322, the pushing rod 322 passes through the notch to connect with the pushing member 31.
More specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, the sealing member 34 is spaced opposite the pusher 31. As shown in fig. 10, a second sealing ring 341 is disposed on a side surface of the sealing member 34 facing the pushing member 31 for press-sealing an outer periphery of the gap. The reliability of the sealing element 34 for sealing the notch is improved.
Specifically, in one embodiment, when the sidewall of the dosing chamber 33 is formed by the door body 21, the second sealing ring 341 on the sealing member 34 can be pressed against the door body 21. When the side wall of the dosing chamber 33 is formed by the dosing device housing, the second sealing ring 341 can be pressed against the dosing device housing.
Further specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the pushing drive member 32 is used for driving the pushing member 31 to move back and forth between the first position and the second position along the first direction. When the pushing member 31 moves to the first position, the pushing member 31 is located in the washing cavity 111, and when the pushing member 31 moves to the second position, the pushing member 31 encloses the throwing cavity 33.
In other words, the pushing driving element 32 can not only push the pushing element 31 into the washing cavity 111, but also pull back the pushing element 31 after the pushing element 31 is cleaned, so that the pushing element 31 returns to a state of enclosing the throwing cavity 33. Moreover, during the cleaning process, the pushing driving element 32 can drive the pushing element 31 to move back and forth for a plurality of times, so as to improve the cleaning effect of the pushing element 31 and ensure that the detergent in the dispensing cavity 33 can be completely dispensed.
More specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 8 and 10, the push driving member 32 includes a push rod 322 and an electromagnet 321 for driving the push rod 322 to move, and the push rod 322 is connected to the pushing member 31. The on-off of the electromagnet 321 controls the back-and-forth movement of the push rod 322, and drives the push piece 31 to move back and forth.
Alternatively, the pushing driving member 32 may also be a device or a mechanism capable of moving in one direction, such as an air cylinder or a lead screw-nut mechanism, and is not limited in this respect.
Specifically, when the sealing member 34 is disposed in the detergent dispensing device 30, the sealing member 34 is connected to the push rod 322, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, and the push rod 322 passes through the sealing member 34 and is connected to the push member 31.
When the pusher 31 is a bottom wall, the axis of the pusher 322 is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall. The first direction is the axial direction of the push rod 322, and the push rod 322 moves back and forth in the first direction to synchronously drive the sealing element 34 and the pushing element 31 to move. The distance between the sealing element 34 and the pushing element 31 in the first direction is H1, the distance moved by the pushing element 31 from the first position to the second position is H2, and H1 is equal to H2.
Further, in one embodiment, the push driving member 32 is detachably connected or bonded to the pushing member 31. Therefore, in the assembling process, the pushing driving piece 32 can be assembled on the door body 21 or the throwing device shell, and then the pushing piece 31 and the pushing driving piece 32 are assembled together inside.
Specifically, when the pushing drive member 32 includes the push rod 322, the push member 31 is detachably connected or bonded to the push rod 322. The push rod 322 penetrates through the door body or the shell of the throwing device to be assembled with the push piece 31.
Further, in one embodiment, the detergent dispensing device 30 further comprises a dispensing device housing. The throwing device is characterized in that a notch is formed in the throwing device shell, the notch is formed by the fact that the inner side surface of the throwing device shell is sunken towards the outer side surface to form the side wall of the throwing cavity 33, the pushing piece 31 is the bottom wall of the throwing cavity 33, and the pushing driving piece 32 can penetrate through the notch to push the pushing piece 31 into the washing inner cavity 111.
The push actuator 32 of the detergent dispensing device 30 may also be mounted on the dispensing device housing, so that the detergent dispensing device 30 can be mounted as a separate component on a washing apparatus, such as the dishwasher 10.
For example, in one embodiment, a door assembly 20 is provided, comprising a door 21 and a detergent dispensing device 30 as described above, comprising a dispensing device housing. The door body 21 is used for enclosing the inner container 11 to form the washing inner cavity 111, and the door body 21 is provided with a mounting opening. In this case, the detergent dispensing device 30 is directly installed at the installation opening as a separate component. Specifically, the putting device shell is installed at the installation opening, so that the opening of the putting cavity 33 corresponds to the installation opening, the pushing driving piece 32 can penetrate through the installation opening to push the pushing piece 31 into the washing inner cavity 111, and the assembling process is simple and rapid. In addition, when the door body 21 is produced, only a simple mounting opening needs to be processed, the shape of the mounting opening is consistent with the shape of the shell of the feeding device, for example, the mounting opening is rectangular, a complex mold structure is not needed, the production and manufacturing cost is low, and the change of a common door body 21 mold is small. Further, the putting device shell is detachably connected with the door body, so that the detergent putting device 30 is replaceable and convenient to clean.
In the door body assembly 20 provided by the above-mentioned aspect, the detergent feeding device 30 described in any of the above embodiments is mounted on the door body 21, and is used for feeding the detergent into the washing inner cavity 111, so that the detergent in the detergent feeding device 30 can be completely fed into the washing inner cavity 111, and the situation that the detergent residue in the feeding cavity 33 causes a sanitation problem is avoided.
Further, in another embodiment, a dishwasher is provided, comprising a dishwasher body and the above detergent dispensing device 30, wherein the dishwasher body is provided with the washing cavity 111 therein, the dishwasher body is provided with a mounting opening, and the detergent dispensing device 30 is mounted in the mounting opening. The detergent putting device is characterized in that the putting device shell is rotatably connected with the dishwasher machine body, so that the detergent putting device can have an initial state and a putting state. In the initial state, the opening of the dosing cavity 33 of the detergent dosing device 30 is facing upwards, and when the detergent dosing device 30 enters the dosing state, the opening of the dosing cavity 33 faces into the washing cavity 111 by rotation. In other words, the rotational connection between the dosing device housing and the dishwasher housing enables the orientation of the detergent dosing device 30 to be adjusted and changed at different times.
In use, when detergent needs to be placed in the dosing chamber 33, the detergent dosing device 30 is rotated to the initial state. After the detergent putting is completed, the detergent putting device 30 is rotated to the putting state. In the throwing state, the pushing element 31 is pushed by the pushing driving element 32 to push the detergent into the washing inner cavity 111, and at the moment, the pushing element 31 is located in the washing inner cavity 111, so that the pushing element 31 can be cleaned by water sprayed by the spray arm while the tableware is washed, and the condition that the detergent residue in the throwing cavity 33 causes a sanitary problem is effectively avoided.
Further, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, a door body assembly 20 is provided, which includes a door body 21 and the detergent dispensing device 30, where the detergent dispensing device 30 does not include the dispensing device housing. The door body 21 is used for enclosing the inner container 11 to form the washing inner cavity 111, and the door body 21 is provided with an installation cavity for installing the detergent feeding device 30. The inner wall surface of the door body 21 and the part corresponding to the detergent feeding device 30 are recessed outward to form a door body notch, as shown in fig. 4, the wall surface of the door body notch and the pushing piece 31 enclose the detergent feeding cavity 33, and the pushing driving piece 32 can penetrate through the door body notch to push the pushing piece 31 into the washing inner cavity 111. In other words, the throwing cavity 33 is enclosed by the door body notch formed by the door body 21 and the push piece 31.
According to the door body assembly 20 provided by the above scheme, the detergent putting device 30 described in any of the above embodiments is arranged on the door body 21, so that the detergent in the putting cavity 33 can be completely pushed into the washing inner cavity 111, and the detergent on the pushing piece 31 can also be cleaned, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of a sanitary problem caused by the residual detergent in the putting cavity 33.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the detergent dispensing device 30 is located at the lower end of the door 21, so that the pushing member 31 can be easily cleaned by water sprayed by the spray arm after being pushed into the washing cavity 111.
Further, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, a dishwasher 10 is provided, which includes an inner container 11 and the door assembly 20, where the door 21 is disposed corresponding to an opening of the inner container 11 to form the washing cavity 111.
According to the dishwasher 10 provided by the scheme, the door body assembly 20 in any one of the embodiments is adopted, so that the detergent can be completely thrown into the washing inner cavity 111, and the condition that the detergent residue in the throwing cavity 33 causes a sanitary problem is avoided.
Further, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, a lower edge 211 of the door body 21 is rotatably connected to the inner container 11, the door body 21 can rotate relative to the inner container 11, so that the door body 21 is in a vertical state when closed, and the door body 21 can be opened to a horizontal state.
Further, the upper edge 212 of the door 21 is engaged with the inner container 11. The rotating connection and clamping between the door body 21 and the inner container 11 can be direct rotating connection and clamping between the door body 21 and the inner container 11, and can also be indirect rotating connection and clamping. For example, when the dishwasher 10 further includes a housing, the inner container 11 is disposed in the housing, and the door 21 is connected to the housing through a rotation connection and a snap connection, so as to indirectly achieve the above connection relationship with the door 21. The door body 21 is in a vertical state when closed, and the door body 21 can be opened to a horizontal state.
When the door body 21 needs to be opened, the clamping position of the upper edge 212 of the door body 21 is separated from the inner container 11, and the door body 21 rotates relative to the inner container 11 by taking the position of the lower edge of the door body 21 in rotating connection as a rotating center. In the process that the door body 21 is opened or closed in a rotating manner, the detergent dispensing device 30 arranged on the door body moves along, so that the opening direction of the dispensing cavity 33 in the dispensing device 30 changes. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, when the door 21 is closed and in a vertical state, the opening of the dosing chamber 33 faces the washing cavity 111. When the door body 21 is opened to a horizontal state, the opening of the putting cavity 33 faces upwards, so that detergent can be put into the putting cavity 33 conveniently.
