Description

Wiring device and wire arranging frame thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a wire distribution device, a wire distribution frame, and a wire arrangement and support frame applied thereto, and particularly to a horizontal wire distribution device.
Background
The distribution frame is usually provided with a plurality of sockets transversely, such as network sockets, and the space above or below the sockets is provided with a volume label for identifying each socket, but the early cable management device is upwardly or downwardly extended and can block the front surface of the distribution frame, thereby blocking the volume label of each socket. However, due to the arrangement of the line arranging frame, the line arranging frame is arranged above or below the distribution frame in compliance with the line spreading direction, and further the space below or above the distribution frame is occupied, so that the space of a cabinet which can be originally provided with other distribution frames is occupied, generally, one distribution frame is matched with one line arranging frame, the space of two layers of the cabinet is occupied totally, and the space of the cabinet is wasted greatly. Moreover, the additional purchase of a wire arranging frame results in higher cost, additional installation and longer working hours.
Please refer to fig. 2 of taiwan patent publication No. 539325. The cable management frame is a simple frame structure and only has a slot for the cable to enter, and in addition, the cable is allowed to be stacked in the slot, so that the cable management frame has no order. Even if the cables are bound together by the binding belt, which cable comes from which plug is not easy to distinguish, and it is very inconvenient for maintenance and change of connection. And the cable tie is mostly disposable, must cut open the cable tie when changing the cable each time, later reuse new cable tie, and a rack must use tens of cable ties, and a computer lab must use hundreds of cable ties, and this has also been the waste of resource in the past for a long time. Further, it is also almost impossible to arrange the bundled cables in the harness tape in order when the harness tape is used.
Therefore, in view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the applicant invented the "wiring device and its wire management rack" in the present application to improve the shortcomings of the above-mentioned known means and their related measures.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wire arranging frame which saves more manpower, time cost and expense cost and can increase the use space of a cabinet. In order to achieve the purpose, the wire arranging frame provided by the invention has the effect of fixing the cable and avoiding shielding the label when supporting and arranging the wire. The wire arranging frame is arranged in front of the distribution frame, and has the functions of wire clamping and wire arranging besides the wire supporting function. The cable clamping function is to clamp the cables so as not to move randomly, so that the plug can not fall off or make poor contact when the cables are pulled or accidentally collided at the rear of the cabinet. Moreover, the cabinet using the wire arranging frame of the invention can be matched with horizontal wire spreading, namely the wire outlet direction is parallel to the arrangement direction of the plugs on the distribution frame, and the wires are pulled to the rear part of the cabinet from two sides of the wire distributing frame, so that the space above and below the distribution frame can be vacated, namely the vertical wire arranging frame is not needed to be arranged as the prior art, and the saved space can be used for arranging related equipment such as the distribution frame, a router, an exchanger and the like, in other words, the available space of the cabinet is increased. In addition, the invention can orderly arrange the cables, and the plugs from which the cables come can be clearly distinguished without confusion, namely the cables are arranged according to a certain position and sequence, all the cables are not mixed together, namely the cable arrangement and the cable support achieve the effect of distributing the cables at the same time.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a wire management rack comprising: a base; the first clamping structure is arranged on the base and is provided with a plurality of first grooves; and the second clamping structure is arranged on the base and is provided with a plurality of second grooves, wherein the first grooves face the second grooves, and an accommodating opening is formed between the first clamping structure and the second clamping structure and is positioned at the opposite side of the base.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a wiring device comprising: a body; the wire arranging frame is arranged on the body and comprises a base; the separation structure is arranged on the base and close to the center; and the two clamping structures are respectively arranged on the base and close to the edge, clamping chambers are respectively formed between the two clamping structures and the separation structure, and a plurality of grooves are formed on the separation structure and the clamping structure on two sides of each clamping chamber.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a wire arrangement rack for arranging a plurality of wires from a wire arrangement device, comprising: the body is used for being connected with the wiring device; the separation structure is arranged on the body; and two side edge structures respectively arranged at two sides of the separation structure to form two clamping chambers, wherein each clamping chamber is provided with a plurality of accommodating spaces, and each accommodating space is used for clamping one of the plurality of wires therein.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a wire arranging rack for arranging a plurality of wires from a wire distributing device, comprising: the body is used for being connected with the wiring device; the first wire arranging support piece is arranged on the body and provided with a first free end and a first root end connected to the body; the second wire arranging support piece is arranged on the body, is provided with a second free end and a second root end connected to the body, and forms a clamping component with the first wire arranging support piece so as to form a clamping cavity, wherein the width of the clamping component is gradually reduced from the two root ends to the two free ends; and the cap piece is used for fastening the two free ends after the wire arrangement frame finishes the wire arrangement.
The wiring device and the wire arranging frame thereof respectively fix the cables according to a certain position and sequence through the groove and groove structures on the wire arranging frame, and the cables are not bound together by the binding bands like the prior art, namely, the invention can orderly arrange the cables while arranging and supporting the cables, and the cables come from which plugs and the trend of the cables can be clearly distinguished without confusion, so that an engineer can more conveniently carry out maintenance or wiring change.

Detailed Description
In the following, embodiments of the "wiring device and the wire management rack thereof" of the present application will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the actual configuration and the implemented method do not necessarily completely conform to the description, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the actual spirit and scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a side view of the cable management rack of the present invention when it is not fastened. Fig. 1 discloses a wire management rack 2 comprising: a base 2'; a first clamping structure 21 disposed on the base 2' and having a plurality of first grooves 210; and a second clamping structure 22, also disposed on the base 2 ', and having a plurality of second grooves 220, wherein the first grooves 210 face the second grooves 220, and an accommodating opening 23 is formed between the first clamping structure 21 and the second clamping structure 22 and located at an opposite side of the base 2'. As can be seen from fig. 1 and the above description, the first clamping structure 21 and the second clamping structure 22 of the present invention form a clamping chamber 20' therebetween, and the whole of the space between the two structures is substantially flat. In order to sequentially and individually fix the cables, a plurality of first grooves 210 and second grooves 220 are formed on the first and second clamping structures, respectively, and each first groove 210 corresponds to one second groove 220, so that a receiving space 20 is formed therebetween for receiving the cables (see fig. 3). The first grooves 210 and the second grooves 220 have a protrusion structure, so that the cables do not slide toward the cables when the cables are clamped in the accommodating space by the first grooves 210 and the second grooves 220. In addition, the shape of each groove may be, but not limited to, a circular arc, or a square or polygon (not shown). Also, in order to avoid the cable moving easily along its axial direction in the groove, a protrusion structure, a rib (not shown) may be provided in the groove to press the outer layer of the cable to generate additional resistance to increase the efficiency of clamping the cable.
Please continue to refer to fig. 1. The first clamping structure 21 has clamping chambers 20' on the upper and lower sides, so the first clamping structure 21 can also be regarded as a separating structure, which separates the upper and lower chambers, and achieves the concept of grouping cables, which is to prevent the cables from overlapping to cause confusion phenomenon as in the prior art. For the purpose of the up-down symmetry, the wire arranging rack 2 of the present invention can be used after being turned upside down, i.e. it is not divided into an upper part and a lower part, the separating structure 21 is disposed on the base 2 'near the center, and the upper and the lower second clamping structures 22 are disposed on the base 2' near the edge, respectively, so as to achieve the up-down symmetry.
Please refer to fig. 2-3. Wherein fig. 2 is a side view of the wire management frame of the present invention when fastened, and fig. 3 is a schematic use view of the wire management frame of the present invention. Please refer to fig. 1. After each cable enters each accommodating space from the accommodating opening 23 in sequence, the two upper and lower second clamping structures 22 can be concentrated to the first clamping structure 21 by the fastening structure 3, and the fastening structure 3 has a fastening protrusion 30 for fastening to a fastening groove 24 on the second clamping structure 22 (please match fig. 1). Since the distance between the fastening protrusions 30 is smaller than the distance between the fastening grooves 24 when the fastening structure 3 is released (i.e. not fastened), when the fastening structure 3 is disposed on the fastening groove 24 through the fastening protrusions 30, the upper and lower second clamping structures 22 can be forced to approach each other, i.e. to converge toward the first clamping structure 21, thereby simultaneously closing the receiving opening 23 and reducing the distance between the first groove 210 and the second groove 220, and further reducing the receiving spaces 20 to clamp the cable 51. At this time, the plug 5 to which the cable 51 is attached is inserted into the wiring device 1. In order to clamp the cable 51, as shown in fig. 2, when the tightening structure 3 makes the second clamping structure 22 and the first clamping structure 21 approach each other, the diameter of the accommodating space 20 is smaller than that of the cable 51, and the cable 51 is clamped and fixed by the effect of squeezing the cable 51. Further, if the first and second grooves 210 and 220 are not arc-shaped but are square, polygonal, or other irregular shapes (not shown), the cross-sectional area of the accommodating space 20 is smaller than that of the cable 51 in the situation of fig. 2, so that the cable 51 can be clamped. The wire arranging frame 2 of the present invention has a wire clamping function, and aims to clamp and fix the cable 51 so that the cable 51 does not move arbitrarily, thereby preventing the plug from falling or having poor contact when the cable is pulled or accidentally collided at the rear of the cabinet, and further preventing the function of the plug from being damaged. The wire management frame 2 of the present invention can be fixed to the side fixing portion 11 of the wiring device 1 by the fixing pin 4.
Please refer to fig. 1, and continue with fig. 2-3. The first clamping structure 21 and the second clamping structure 22 are used as a wire-arranging support, one end of each is connected to the body 2' as a root end, and the opposite end of the root end becomes a free end. Between the two supporting members, a clamping member and a clamping mechanism are formed to have a clamping chamber 20 ', wherein in order to make the clamping chamber 20' have an accommodating opening 23, the width of the clamping member of the present invention is gradually reduced from the two root ends to the two free ends, that is, the distance between the first clamping structure 21 and the second clamping structure 22 is increased to generate the accommodating opening 23 due to the respective width reduction. In contrast, the width of the clamping cavity 20 'may gradually widen away from the body 2'. The tightening structure 3 is also provided with a cap, after the wire arrangement frame 2 finishes the wire arrangement, the two free ends (i.e. the end with the fastening groove 24) are fastened, and according to the drawings of fig. 2-3, the tightening structure 3 covers the two free ends.
Fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view of the wire management rack of the present invention applied to a wiring device. According to the concept of the present invention of horizontal and lateral wire spreading, the wire-arranging frame 2 of the present invention is installed at the lateral portion of the wiring device 1, i.e. the wiring device 1 has one side fixing portion 11 located at the left and right sides of the main body 10 of the wiring device 1. The front surface of the main body 10 can be divided into a second label portion 13 and a first label portion 12, and both of them can be used for setting labels for people to identify each socket.
Please refer to fig. 5-7. Wherein fig. 5 is a perspective view of the wire arranging rack of the present invention after wire division, fig. 6 is a front view of the wire arranging rack of the present invention after wire division, and fig. 7 is a top view of the wire arranging rack of the present invention after wire division. Wherein fig. 5 discloses that the body 10 of the wiring device 1 further comprises a socket frame 14' as an intermediary between each socket 14 and the body 10. Since the present invention is a lateral and horizontal line-spreading, it can be clearly seen in fig. 6 that the second label portion 13 and the first label portion 12 are completely exposed and are not shielded by the cable 51, so that there is no problem that the mark and the label are covered by the vertical line-spreading after using the present invention. Furthermore, when a cabinet (not shown) is used in the present invention, since the cables 51 are already extended from the side, there is no need to provide a known vertical rack above or below the wiring device 1, i.e. after using the present invention, there is no need to waste the space above or below the wiring device 1 to install the known vertical rack, and the space can be fully utilized. In fig. 7 it can be clearly seen that the cables 51 are divided into two groups, one above the other and spread laterally. Furthermore, the horizontal wire spreading and arranging direction adopted by the wire arranging rack 2 of the present invention substantially conforms to the arrangement direction of the sockets 14 on the wiring device 1, that is, when the arrangement direction of the sockets 14 is horizontal, the wire arranging rack 2 of the present invention can spread and arrange wires in a direction parallel to the horizontal direction. Since the labels and signs of the sockets 14 cannot be provided in the direction in which the sockets 14 are arranged, the labels can be provided only in the vertical direction of the sockets, and in fig. 6, the second label portion 13 and the first label portion 12 are located below and above the sockets, that is, perpendicular to the horizontal direction in which the sockets 14 are arranged. As can be seen from this, when the wiring device 1 is rotated ninety degrees and vertically arranged, the spreading direction remains parallel to the arrangement direction of the sockets 14, and the position of the label or sign is not blocked. In other words, as can be seen from fig. 6 to 7, the outgoing line and the spread line of each cable 51 are spread only on the plane formed by the insertion direction of each socket 14, and do not leave the plane and run to the plane formed by the normal directions of the first and second label portions 12 and 13.
Referring to the drawings and the related description thereof, the "distribution device and the wire arranging frame" provided by the invention can have the effect of fixing cables and avoiding shielding labels at the same time of supporting and arranging the wires through the matching between the clamping structures. The cable clamping function is that the cable can be clamped and cannot move randomly, so that the plug can not fall off or make poor contact when the cable is pulled or accidentally collided at the rear of the cabinet, and the function of the plug is not lost. Moreover, the cabinet using the wire arrangement rack of the invention makes the direction of outgoing wires and the direction of the spreading wires parallel to the arrangement direction of the plugs on the distribution rack, namely the direction and the path of the outgoing wires and the spreading wires are carried out on a plane formed by the inserting direction of the plugs and can not leave the plane, and the wires are pulled to the rear part of the cabinet from two sides of the wire arrangement rack, so that the space above and below the distribution rack can be left, namely the vertical wire outgoing line arrangement rack does not need to be arranged as the prior art, therefore, the saved space can be used for arranging related equipment such as the distribution rack, a router, an exchanger and the like, in other words, the available space of the cabinet is increased. In addition, because one groove is matched with one cable, the cables can be clamped respectively and cannot be mixed together and then bound and fixed by a cable binding belt as the prior art. The wiring device and the wire arranging frame thereof can independently fix each cable according to a certain position and sequence through the groove and groove structure on the wire arranging frame, and the cables are not bound together by a binding band as in the prior art, namely, the invention can orderly arrange the cables while arranging and supporting the cables, and the direction of each cable comes from which plug and the direction of the cables can be clearly distinguished without confusion, so that an engineer can more conveniently carry out the wiring maintenance or change. Therefore, the method and the device have great contribution to the improvement of efficiency of cabinet arrangement, installation, wiring and the like in the technical field.
