Description

Electronic device
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to electronic equipment.
Background
As functions of electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones and tablet computers) are increased, functional devices are arranged on the electronic devices, which brings great challenges to the assembly of the electronic devices. Along with the improvement of the appearance requirement of the electronic equipment by the user, the user more and more favors the electronic equipment with a large screen occupation ratio.
Taking a camera as an example, in order to increase the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device, the camera of the current electronic device is a lifting camera, and the lifting camera is arranged in a housing of the electronic device and is driven by a driving mechanism to enter and exit the housing. When a user needs to shoot, the driving mechanism is controlled to drive the lifting type camera to extend out of the shell, so that shooting can be performed. After the shooting is finished, the driving mechanism is controlled to drive the lifting type camera to retract into the shell, and the purpose of hiding the camera is achieved. The electronic equipment can avoid the camera from occupying the board space of the electronic equipment, so that the screen occupation ratio of the electronic equipment is increased.
In present electronic equipment, actuating mechanism includes the motor, and this motor needs the comparatively complicated drive mechanism of configuration, and this drive mechanism can include structures such as lead screw, lead screw cover for example, and motor accessible lead screw drive lead screw cover removes, and lead screw cover drives the camera removal again. When the driving mechanism is adopted, the structure of the driving mechanism is complex, and each component of the driving mechanism occupies more space in the electronic equipment, so that the space occupied by the whole driving mechanism is larger. Therefore, the existing electronic equipment has the problems of complex structure and low space utilization rate.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an electronic device, which may include a housing 100, a pop-up module 200, a function module 300, a display screen, and a circuit board.
The housing 100 may serve as a main body portion of the electronic device, which may provide a mounting base for other components of the electronic device. The housing 100 is provided with a first limiting portion 110, a second limiting portion 120 and an opening 130, the first limiting portion 110 and the second limiting portion 120 can be used for limiting the position of the pop-up module 200 relative to the housing 100, and the opening 130 can allow the pop-up module 200 to enter or exit the housing 100. Alternatively, the housing 100 may include a bezel, and the opening 130 may be disposed on the bezel. The display screen may be disposed in the casing 100, and the circuit board may be disposed in a space enclosed by the casing 100 and the display screen.
The pop-up module 200 can move relative to the housing 100 so as to retract into the housing 100 or at least partially extend out of the housing 100 through the opening 130, the pop-up module 200 can include a body portion 210 and an elastic limiting member 220, a first end of the body portion 210 is provided with a receiving slot 211, a second end of the body portion 210 is connected to a third end of the elastic limiting member 220, and a fourth end of the elastic limiting member 220 is a free end. The fourth end of the elastic limiting member 220 can cooperate with the first limiting portion 110 and the second limiting portion 120, so as to limit the pop-up module 200. Meanwhile, the elastic limiting member 220 may be deformed, so that the elastic limiting member 220 may be released from being engaged with the first limiting portion 110 and the second limiting portion 120 by applying an acting force to the elastic limiting member 220, so that the operation of the electronic device is more convenient.
The functional module 300 may be at least partially located in the receiving groove 211, and optionally, the functional module 300 may include at least one of a camera, a fingerprint module, a sensor, and a flash, and of course, the functional module 300 may further include other devices, so as to implement corresponding functions.
In the case that the pop-up module 200 is retracted into the housing 100, the free end of the elastic stopper 220 is in limit engagement with the first stopper 110, so that the pop-up module 200 can maintain the retracted state into the housing 100. In the case where the pop-up module 200 is at least partially protruded out of the housing 100, the free end of the elastic stopper 220 is in limit-fitting with the second stopper 120, so that the pop-up module 200 can maintain a state of being at least partially protruded out of the housing 100. Alternatively, the function module 300 may be always installed at the receiving groove 211, the pop-up module 200 may drive the function module 300 to move relative to the housing 100, when the pop-up module 200 retracts into the housing 100, the function module 300 may be located inside the housing 100, and at this time, the function module 300 may be in a hidden state; when the pop-up module 200 is at least partially protruded out of the housing 100, the function module 300 may be at least partially located outside the housing 100, and the function module 300 may be in an operating state.
In the above-described embodiment, the user may manually apply a force to the pop-up module 200 to release the engagement between the free end of the elastic stopper 220 and the first stopper 110 and between the free end and the second stopper 120, so that the pop-up module 200 may be switched between different states. It can be seen that, with the structure, there is no need to provide a complicated driving mechanism to drive the pop-up module 200 to move, thereby simplifying the structure of the electronic device and improving the space utilization rate of the electronic device.
The number of the receiving slots 211 and the functional modules 300 may be one, and in order to expand the functions of the electronic device and thus enhance the effect when the functional modules 300 are assembled with the pop-up module 200, as shown in fig. 6, the number of the receiving slots 211 and the functional modules 300 may be at least two, and each functional module 300 may be at least partially located in each receiving slot 211.
In addition, the "first" and the "second" of the first stopper portion 110 and the second stopper portion 120 are not limited to the number, but are used to distinguish the structure, and therefore, the number of the first stopper portion 110 and the second stopper portion 120 may be one or more. Alternatively, the number of the first position-limiting portions 110 may be one, the number of the second position-limiting portions 120 may be equal to the number of the function modules 300, each function module 300 may be sequentially arranged in the moving direction of the pop-up module 200, and when the elastic position-limiting member 220 is matched with different second position-limiting portions 120, different function modules 300 may be driven by the pop-up module 200 to extend out of the housing 100.
In an alternative embodiment, the electronic device further comprises an elastic driving member 400, and one end of the elastic driving member 400 is connected to the housing 100 and the other end is connected to the pop-up module 200. The elastic driving member 400 may be deformed after being stressed, and when the force disappears, the elastic driving member 400 is restored to be deformed, and further, the force is applied to the pop-up module 200, thereby driving the pop-up module 200 to move. Alternatively, the user may press the pop-up module 200 to move the pop-up module 200 into the housing 100, in which the elastic driving member 400 is deformed by a force, and the elastic driving member 400 maintains a deformed state after the free end of the elastic limiting member 220 is in limiting fit with the first limiting portion 110; when the pop-up module 200 needs to extend out of the housing 100, the limit fit between the free end of the elastic limiting member 220 and the first limiting portion 110 may be released (for example, the user may press the pop-up module 200 again), at this time, the elastic driving member 400 recovers its shape, so as to drive the pop-up module 200 to move out of the housing 100, and after the free end of the elastic limiting member 220 is limit-fitted with the second limiting portion 120, the pop-up module 200 maintains the extending state. Of course, the elastic driving member 400 may drive the pop-up module 200 to be retracted into the housing 100 by its own deformation, and the pop-up module 200 may be extended out of the housing at least partially by a user's hand. The structure of the elastic driving member 400 is simple and occupies a small space.
The elastic driving member 400 may be a spring or other elastic structure, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
Further, the electronic device further includes a guide rod 500, an extending direction of the guide rod 500 is parallel to a moving direction of the pop-up module 200, one end of the guide rod 500 is connected to the housing 100, the other end of the guide rod 500 is connected to the pop-up module 200, and the elastic driving member 400 is sleeved outside the guide rod 500. When the elastic driving member 400 is deformed, the guide bar 500 may limit a deformation direction of the elastic driving member 400, so that the elastic driving member 400 is not easily damaged due to an unexpected deformation, and at the same time, the elastic driving member 400 may apply a greater force in a moving direction of the pop-up module 200, thereby more effectively driving the pop-up module 200 to move. In addition, the pop-up module 200 may be guide-fitted with the guide bar 500 to provide a guide for the movement of the pop-up module 200 to improve stability when the pop-up module 200 is moved.
In an alternative embodiment, the third end of the elastic limiting element 220 may be located between the fourth end of the elastic limiting element 220 and the opening 130 of the housing 100, and the elastic limiting element 220 extends from the second end of the main body 210 in a direction away from the opening 130, so that the length of the entire pop-up module 200 is substantially equal to the sum of the length of the main body 210 and the length of the elastic limiting element 220, where the length refers to the dimension of the pop-up module 200 in the moving direction. In this structure, the overall length of the pop-up module 200 is large, and the occupied space covers a wide range, which is disadvantageous to the arrangement of parts in the electronic device. In view of this, the fourth end of the elastic limiting member 220 may be located between the opening 130 and the third end of the elastic limiting member 220, and in this case, the length of the entire pop-up module 200 is substantially equal to the length of the body portion 210, so that the length of the pop-up module 200 is reduced, and the structure of the pop-up module 200 is compact, thereby facilitating the arrangement of other components in the electronic device.
Optionally, the elastic limiting member 220 includes a strip-shaped connection portion 221 and a matching portion 222, one end of the strip-shaped connection portion 221 is connected to the second end of the main body portion 210, a first included angle is formed between the strip-shaped connection portion 221 and the main body portion 210, the matching portion 222 is disposed at the other end of the strip-shaped connection portion 221, and the matching portion 222 is a free end of the elastic limiting member 220. In this embodiment, the strip-shaped connection portion 221 and the body portion 210 may form a V-shaped structure, and the strip-shaped connection portion 221 is more easily deformed after being stressed, so that the structure may improve the elastic deformation capability of the elastic limiting member 220, thereby improving the reliability when the elastic limiting member 220 is mated with the housing 100, and thus better limiting the position of the pop-up module 200. Optionally, the first included angle may be 0 to 90 °, and further, the first included angle may be 10 to 45 °, so that the distance between the matching portion 222 and the bar-shaped connecting portion 221 may be reduced appropriately, and the space occupied by the elastic limiting member 220 is smaller.
The first position-limiting portion 110 is provided with a first guide surface, and one surface of the engaging portion 222 facing the second position-limiting portion 120 is provided with a second guide surface, so that the first guide surface and the second guide surface are in guiding engagement when the pop-up module 200 moves towards the outside of the housing 100, and the engaging portion 222 can be separated from the first position-limiting portion 110 more quickly. Similarly, the second position-limiting part 120 is provided with a third guiding surface, and one surface of the engaging part 222 facing the first position-limiting part 110 is provided with a fourth guiding surface, so that the third guiding surface and the fourth guiding surface are in guiding engagement when the pop-up module 200 moves towards the inside of the housing 100, so that the engaging part 222 can be separated from the second position-limiting part 120 more quickly.
In an alternative embodiment, the first position-limiting portion 110 is provided with the first guide surface, the second position-limiting portion 120 is provided with the third guide surface, and the matching portion 222 is provided with the second guide surface and the fourth guide surface, so that the pop-up module 200 can be switched between different states more smoothly. In addition, the first guide surface, the second guide surface, the third guide surface, and the fourth guide surface may be provided as a plane or an arc surface, thereby improving stability when the pop-up module 200 moves.
In an optional embodiment, at least one of the first position-limiting portion 110 and the second position-limiting portion 120 is a position-limiting groove, and at this time, the position-limiting groove is substantially invisible from an external surface of the electronic device, so that an external appearance of the electronic device is improved, and meanwhile, the elastic position-limiting member 220 can be shielded by the housing 100, and an object in an external environment is not easily contacted with the elastic position-limiting member 220 to apply an acting force to the elastic position-limiting member 220, and thus, the elastic position-limiting member 220 is not easily disengaged from the housing 100 in an unexpected manner, so that the structure can improve reliability of the elastic position-limiting member 220 in engaging with the housing 100.
In another alternative embodiment, at least one of the first position-limiting portion 110 and the second position-limiting portion 120 is a position-limiting hole, the housing 100 has a first surface facing away from the display screen, and the position-limiting hole may extend to the first surface. When the elastic limiting member 220 is engaged with the limiting hole, the end of the elastic limiting member 220 may be exposed, and a user may directly apply an acting force to the elastic limiting member 220 to change the engaging state of the elastic limiting member 220 and the housing 100, so the limiting hole may allow the user to drive the pop-up module 200 to move by a manual driving manner, thereby simplifying the driving manner of the pop-up module 200.
When the first position-limiting portion 110 is engaged with the free end of the elastic limiting member 220, the free end can be located in the first position-limiting portion 110, and similarly, when the second position-limiting portion 120 is engaged with the free end of the elastic limiting member 220, the free end can be located in the second position-limiting portion 120. In other embodiments, in order to facilitate the user to release the engagement between the first position-limiting portion 110 and the free end of the elastic limiting member 220, in the case where the pop-up module 200 is retracted into the housing 100, the free end portion of the elastic limiting member 220 protrudes out of the first position-limiting portion 110, and the user can more quickly find the protruding portion of the free end and more accurately apply a force to the protruding portion. Similarly, in the case where the pop-up module 200 at least partially protrudes out of the housing 100, the free end of the elastic limiting member 220 at least partially protrudes out of the second limiting portion 120, so that the user can more quickly find the protruding portion of the free end and more accurately apply a force to the protruding portion, so that the user releases the engagement between the second limiting portion 120 and the free end of the elastic limiting member 220.
Optionally, the structural parameters such as the shape and the size of the limiting groove and the limiting hole may be adapted to the structural parameters such as the shape and the size of the free end of the elastic limiting member 220, so that the matching area between the housing 100 and the elastic limiting member 220 is larger, thereby improving the reliability when the housing and the elastic limiting member are matched. In an alternative embodiment, the limiting groove and the limiting hole may be square holes, and correspondingly, the free end of the elastic limiting member 220 may be a quadrangular prism structure; alternatively, the limiting groove and the limiting hole may be circular holes, and correspondingly, the free end of the elastic limiting member 220 may be a cylindrical structure.
When the first position-limiting portion 110 is a position-limiting hole, the electronic device may further include a first pressing member, the first pressing member is an elastic member, the first pressing member covers the first position-limiting portion 110, and the first pressing member may contact with a free end of the elastic position-limiting member 220. The first pressing member can be pressed by a user, and simultaneously the first pressing member can shield a gap between the free end of the elastic limiting member 220 and the first limiting portion 110, so that the appearance texture of the electronic equipment can be improved, and impurities such as liquid and dust in the external environment can be prevented from entering the electronic equipment, and the reliability of the electronic equipment during operation can be improved.
When the second position-limiting portion 120 is a position-limiting hole, the electronic device may further include a second pressing member, the second pressing member is an elastic member, the second pressing member covers the second position-limiting portion 120, and the second pressing member may contact with a free end of the elastic position-limiting member 220. The second pressing member can be pressed by a user, and simultaneously can shield a gap between the free end of the elastic limiting member 220 and the second limiting portion 120, so that the appearance texture of the electronic device can be improved, and impurities such as liquid and dust in the external environment can be prevented from entering the electronic device, and the reliability of the electronic device during operation can be improved.
The function module 300 may be always mounted on the pop-up module 200, but this structure may impose a large limitation on the operation form of the function module 300. For example, when the function module 300 includes a camera, the user can basically only perform close-range shooting and shooting in a specific direction, resulting in poor shooting flexibility. In order to allow the function module 300 to operate more flexibly, the function module 300 may be detachably coupled to the pop-up module 200 by means of a snap, a screw connection, or the like, so that the function module 300 may be mounted with or separated from the pop-up module 200. In the case that the function module 300 is located outside the receiving groove 211, the function module 300 is separated from the pop-up module 200, the function module 300 can work independently, and the function module 300 can perform data transmission with a circuit board of an electronic device, so that the working form of the function module 300 is more flexible. At this time, the pop-up module 200 can be retracted into the housing 100, and the receiving groove 211 is shielded by the housing 100, so that impurities such as liquid and dust in the external environment are not easy to enter the receiving groove 211, thereby improving the safety of the electronic device, and facilitating the functional module 300 to be more reliably and safely reinstalled in the receiving groove 211.
In an optional technical solution, the functional module 300 may include a bracket 310, a first camera 320, a battery, and a first data transmission module, where the first camera 320, the battery, and the first data transmission module are all disposed on the bracket 310, and the battery and the first data transmission module are all electrically connected to the first camera 320, where the battery may supply power to the first camera 320, so that the first camera 320 may work independently, and the first data transmission module is used to implement data transmission. The electronic device further includes a second data transmission module, and the first data transmission module and the second data transmission module perform data transmission when the functional module 300 is located outside the accommodating groove 211. In an alternative embodiment, the first data transmission module and the second data transmission module may be wireless transmission modules, such as radio frequency modules, and this structure does not limit the relative positions of the functional module 300 and the pop-up module 200, thereby facilitating the user to use the electronic device.
Further, the pop-up module 200 is provided with the second camera 230, and in the case that the function module 300 is at least partially located in the receiving groove 211, the first camera 320 and the second camera 230 are oriented oppositely, so that one of the first camera 320 and the second camera 230 can be used for front shooting and the other can be used for rear shooting. Since the first camera 320 and the second camera 230 can be hidden in the casing 100, the display area of the electronic device is not occupied by the cameras, and the screen occupation ratio is higher; meanwhile, the shell of the electronic equipment does not need to be perforated for the rear camera, so that the appearance integrity of the electronic equipment is better.
