Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention, are within the scope of the invention.
In the prior art, in the L TE unlicensed technology, a terminal determines whether a channel is busy or idle by performing L bt (steady before talk) to determine whether the channel is available, meanwhile, a network side (device) may configure the terminal to measure and report RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication) and channel occupancy, and assist the network side in determining the busy or idle of the channel according to the reported RSSI and channel occupancy.
In addition, the NR introduces a BWP (bandwidth part) based concept, where the bandwidth of BWP can be smaller than that of the cell, and the UE can only operate on one BWP at the same time, and can switch between multiple BWPs. The BWP handover is controlled by the network side device, and the supported modes include three types: handover based on an RRC (Radio Resource Control) message, handover based on a DCI (Downlink Control Information) message, and handover based on a timer.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a measurement configuration method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a network side device, and includes the following steps:
step 11, sending configuration information to the terminal, wherein the configuration information comprises the RSSI and/or occupancy rate measurement configuration of at least two channels or BWPs and/or the L BT measurement configuration of at least two channels or BWPs.
Wherein the at least two channels or BWPs belong to the same cell bandwidth or carrier bandwidth. The RSSI is the average of RSSI samples over a certain time. The occupancy is estimated based on the RSSI threshold, for example, the percentage of RSSI samples above the RSSI threshold to all RSSI samples over a certain time.
In addition, the measurement configuration of the L BT of the at least two channels or BWPs may also be referred to as the L BT configuration of the at least two channels or BWPs, or the listening configuration of the L BT of the at least two channels or BWPs.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the network side device may configure the terminal to measure multiple channels or BWPs under a large bandwidth at the same time, so as to obtain the real channel occupation status of each channel or BWP in the large bandwidth, thereby avoiding the problem that the scheme for measuring over the entire bandwidth in the prior art cannot distinguish the actual occupation statuses of different channels or BWPs within a large bandwidth, and further avoiding resource waste.
The above measurement configuration method is exemplified below.
Mobility management based on the SSB is introduced into the NR, and the UE is instructed to perform measurement by configuring SSBfrequency (i.e., a central frequency point of the SSB) in the measurement configuration, as follows:

the current measurement configuration also only supports the SSBfrequency configuration, and if a BWP does not include an SSB, the measurement for the BWP cannot be configured (mainly, RSSI measurement), and the current measurement configuration also does not have a measurement bandwidth, and does not support the configuration of multiple measurement bandwidths.
Specifically, the configuration information includes information related to the at least two channels or BWPs, and the information related to the channels or BWPs includes at least one of the following information:
frequency domain location information;
measuring the bandwidth;
channel or BWP numbering.
Further, the frequency domain position information is at least one of:
a central frequency point, that is, a central frequency point of the channel or BWP;
a center frequency point of an SSB (synchronization signal and PBCH block) associated with the channel or BWP;
and measuring the frequency point of the initial position.
In the embodiment of the present invention, not only the measurement of a BWP or a channel may be configured through the central frequency point of the SSB of the BWP or the channel, but also different measurement bandwidths may be configured, and a plurality of measurement bandwidths may be configured at the same time, so that a terminal may simultaneously perform measurement for a plurality of small bandwidths (i.e. a plurality of channels or BWPs) in one large bandwidth (e.g. bandwidth of one cell or carrier).
In addition, the at least two channels or BWPs may have an overlap on the frequency domain resources.
Optionally, the configuration information further includes measurement reporting configuration information, where the measurement reporting configuration information includes at least one of the following:
an RSSI threshold value used for evaluating the channel occupancy, for example, the channel occupancy is the percentage of RSSI samples higher than the RSSI threshold value to all RSSI samples in a certain time;
a channel occupation threshold value used for triggering the report;
an RSSI reporting threshold value used for triggering reporting;
triggering a reporting condition;
reporting the content;
and reporting the period.
Wherein the reported content may include at least one of a measured RSSI, a channel occupancy, and an L BT result (L BT success or L BT failure).
Specifically, the condition for triggering the report is at least one of the following conditions:
measuring a channel or BWP of which the channel occupancy rate is greater than the channel occupancy threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or BWPs are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value;
measuring that the RSSI of the at least two channels or BWP is larger than the RSSI reporting threshold value;
in the at least two channels or BWPs, measuring the channel or BWPs with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold and an RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold;
and measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or the BWP are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value, and the RSSI is both greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value.
Further, when the condition triggering reporting is that a channel or BWP with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes relevant information of the channel or BWP with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, or relevant information of all the channels or BWPs;
when the condition triggering reporting is that a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes relevant information of the channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value, or relevant information of all the channels or BWPs;
when the condition for triggering the report is as follows: when the channel or BWP with the channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold and the RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes the related information of the channel or BWP with the RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold and the channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, or the related information of all the channels or BWPs.
It should be noted that the information related to the channel or BWP mainly includes information for identifying the channel or BWP and a measurement result formed by measurement. If there is a channel or BWP for which RSSI and/or channel occupancy have not been measured, when all the relevant information of the channel or BWP is reported, only the relevant information of the channel or BWP for which RSSI and/or channel occupancy have been measured may be reported without reporting the relevant information of the unmeasured channel or BWP.
In the conventional L AA (L authenticated-authorized Access, (L TE) assisted authorized Access), only one RSSI is reported by one cell, and the RSSI measurement and reporting are not supported.
Preferably, the configuration information further includes a handover triggering condition of the channel or BWP, and the handover triggering condition includes at least one of:
the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are larger than a first threshold value, and a target channel or a target BWP with the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate smaller than a second threshold value exists;
specifically, a first threshold corresponding to the RSSI may be different from a first threshold corresponding to the channel occupancy, and a second threshold corresponding to the RSSI may also be different from a second threshold corresponding to the channel occupancy. For example, the handover trigger condition may be: the RSSI > k and/or the channel occupancy rate > l, k ≠ l of the current channel or the current BWP, and RSSI < m and/or the channel occupancy rate < n, m ≠ n exist, m is less than or equal to k, and n is less than or equal to l.
A target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than the current channel or the current BWP exists, and the difference value between the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy of the current channel or the current BWP and the target channel or the target BWP is larger than a third threshold value;
likewise, the third threshold value for RSSI may be different from the third threshold value for occupancy of the channel. For example, the handover trigger condition may be: there is a target channel or target BWP having RSSI lower than the current channel or current BWP by a first value, and the channel occupancy of the target channel or target BWP is lower than the current channel or current BWP by a second value, the first value not being equal to the second value.
A target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than a fourth threshold exists;
likewise, the fourth threshold value for RSSI may be different from the fourth threshold value for occupancy of the channel.
The RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are/is larger than a fifth threshold value;
likewise, the fifth threshold value for RSSI may be different from the fifth threshold value for occupancy of the channel.
L BT results for the current channel or current BWP are failed and there is a target channel or target BWP for which L BT results are successful.
And the fourth threshold value is less than or equal to a fifth threshold value.
It should be noted that the target channel or target BWP is one of the at least two channels or BWPs, and the current channel or current BWP is also one of the at least two channels or BWPs.
At present, BWP switching in a cell is controlled based on network side equipment, a UE needs to report a measured occupancy rate result of a channel, the network side determines whether BWP switching is needed, and then informs the UE of BWP switching through an RRC or DCI message, which results in a long process and needs to be optimized.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the network side device configures the handover triggering condition to the terminal, the terminal can trigger channel or BWP handover in the same cell or carrier according to the handover triggering condition, thereby shortening the handover procedure and increasing the handover speed.
Optionally, the configuration information further includes uplink resource information, where the uplink resource indicated by the uplink resource information is used for the terminal to report the switching related information to the network side device after switching the channel or the BWP according to the switching trigger condition. The uplink resource indicated by the uplink resource information may be one uplink resource or multiple uplink resources, for example, uplink resources reserved on multiple uplink channels or BWPs.
The second embodiment of the present invention provides another measurement configuration method, which is different from the measurement configuration method described in the first embodiment in that: in the embodiment of the present invention, instead of triggering the channel or BWP switching by the terminal itself according to the switching trigger condition configured by the network-side device, after receiving the content reported by the terminal, determines whether the channel or BWP needs to be switched according to the content reported by the terminal, and sends the switching indication information to the terminal when determining that the terminal needs to perform the channel or BWP switching.
Specifically, after the step of sending the configuration information to the terminal, the method further includes:
receiving the reported content sent by the terminal;
and sending switching indication information to the terminal according to the reported content, wherein the switching indication information is used for indicating the terminal to be switched to a target channel or target BWP from a current channel or current BWP, and the target channel or target BWP is one of the at least two channels or BWPs.
The handover triggering condition for the network side device to determine whether the terminal needs to perform channel or BWP handover may be at least one of the following:
the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are larger than a first threshold value, and a target channel or a target BWP with the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate smaller than a second threshold value exists;
specifically, a first threshold corresponding to the RSSI may be different from a first threshold corresponding to the channel occupancy, and a second threshold corresponding to the RSSI may also be different from a second threshold corresponding to the channel occupancy. For example, the handover trigger condition may be: the RSSI > k and/or the channel occupancy rate > l, k ≠ l of the current channel or the current BWP, and RSSI < m and/or the channel occupancy rate < n, m ≠ n exist, m is less than or equal to k, and n is less than or equal to l.
A target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than the current channel or the current BWP exists, and the difference value between the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy of the current channel or the current BWP and the target channel or the target BWP is larger than a third threshold value;
likewise, the third threshold value for RSSI may be different from the third threshold value for occupancy of the channel. For example, the handover trigger condition may be: there is a target channel or target BWP having RSSI lower than the current channel or current BWP by a first value, and the channel occupancy of the target channel or target BWP is lower than the current channel or current BWP by a second value, the first value not being equal to the second value.
A target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than a fourth threshold exists;
likewise, the fourth threshold value for RSSI may be different from the fourth threshold value for occupancy of the channel.
The RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are/is larger than a fifth threshold value;
likewise, the fifth threshold value for RSSI may be different from the fifth threshold value for occupancy of the channel.
L BT results for the current channel or current BWP are failed and there is a target channel or target BWP for which L BT results are successful.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a measurement method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a terminal, and includes the following steps:
receiving configuration information sent by a network side device, wherein the configuration information comprises the measurement configuration of RSSI and/or occupancy rate of at least two channels or BWPs, and/or the measurement configuration of L BT of at least two channels or BWPs;
step 22: measuring the at least two channels or BWPs according to the configuration information.
Wherein the at least two channels or BWPs belong to the same cell bandwidth or carrier bandwidth.
In addition, the measurement configuration of L BT for the at least two channels or BWPs may also be referred to as L BT configuration for the at least two channels or BWPs, or the listening configuration of L BT for the at least two channels or BWPs.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can simultaneously measure a plurality of channels or BWPs under a large bandwidth according to the configuration of the network side equipment, thereby obtaining the real channel occupation situation of each channel or BWP in the large bandwidth, avoiding the problem that the scheme for measuring on the whole bandwidth in the prior art cannot distinguish the actual occupation situations of different channels or BWPs in the large bandwidth, and further avoiding the waste of resources.
The above measurement method is exemplified below.
Specifically, the configuration information includes information related to the at least two channels or BWPs, and the information related to the channels or BWPs includes at least one of the following information:
frequency domain location information;
measuring the bandwidth;
channel or BWP numbering.
Further, the frequency domain position information is at least one of:
a central frequency point;
a central frequency point of the SSB associated with the channel or BWP;
and measuring the frequency point of the initial position.
Optionally, the configuration information further includes measurement reporting configuration information, where the measurement reporting configuration information includes at least one of the following:
an RSSI threshold value for estimating the channel occupancy rate;
a channel occupation threshold value used for triggering the report;
an RSSI reporting threshold value used for triggering reporting;
triggering a reporting condition;
reporting the content;
and reporting the period.
Specifically, after the step of measuring the at least two channels or BWPs according to the configuration information, the method further includes:
and sending the reported content to network side equipment according to the reporting period, and/or sending the reported content to the network side equipment when the reporting triggering condition is met.
Optionally, the condition for triggering reporting is at least one of the following conditions:
measuring a channel or BWP of which the channel occupancy rate is greater than the channel occupancy threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or BWPs are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value;
measuring that the RSSI of the at least two channels or BWP is larger than the RSSI reporting threshold value;

In the embodiment of the present invention, after the network side device configures the handover triggering condition to the terminal, the terminal may trigger channel or BWP handover in the same cell or carrier according to the handover triggering condition.
In one optional embodiment, the terminal first obtains the RSSI and/or the occupancy of the at least two channels or BWPs by measurement, then determines whether handover is required according to the RSSI and/or the occupancy, and determines the target channel or the target BWP to be handed over, and then the terminal makes L BT for the target channel or the target BWP, and if L BT is successful, then switches to the target channel or the target BWP.
In other optional embodiments, if there are at least two target channels or target BWPs meeting the handover trigger condition, the step of switching from the current channel or current BWP to the target channel or target BWP according to the handover trigger condition includes:
arbitrarily selecting one target channel or target BWP from the at least two target channels or target BWPs, or selecting one target channel or target BWP in which RSSI and/or occupancy of the channels is lowest;
switching from the current channel or current BWP to the selected target channel or target BWP.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the terminal triggers the channel or BWP handover according to the handover triggering condition configured by the network-side device, the terminal needs to notify the network-side device after the handover. Therefore, after the step of switching from the current channel or the current BWP to the target channel or the target BWP according to the handover trigger condition, the method further includes:
if the configuration information also comprises uplink resource information, reporting switching related information to network side equipment by using uplink resources indicated by the uplink resource information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
l BT is made on the channel or BWP before the handoff, after success, the handoff related information is reported to the network side device on the channel or BWP before the handoff, or,
l BT is processed on the channel or BWP after the switch, and after success, the switch related information is reported to the network side equipment on the channel or BWP after the switch.
If the network-side device pre-configures an uplink resource, the terminal may transmit handover related information on the pre-configured uplink resource, which may be on an original channel or BWP before handover or on a channel or BWP after handover, or the terminal may inform the network-side device after L BT, &ltttttransfer = L "&ttt/t &tttgtt BT is successful on the original channel or BWP before handover, and inform the network-side device after L BT, &ltlttransfer & L &/t &ttt &tttbt BT is successful on the channel or BWP after handover.
Specifically, the handover-related information includes at least one of:
indication information for indicating that a channel or BWP handover has occurred;
the information related to the switched channel or BWP may specifically be identification information of the channel or BWP, such as a number;
RSSI and/or channel occupancy of the channel or BWP prior to the switch;
RSSI and/or channel occupancy of the channel or BWP after the handover.
Optionally, the handover related information may be carried on a physical channel, such as a physical control channel or a data channel, or may be carried in a higher layer message, such as an RRC message.
The embodiment of the present invention has the same inventive concept as the first embodiment applied to the network side device, and can generate the same technical effect, and for avoiding repetition, details are not described here, and specific reference may be made to the first embodiment.
The fourth embodiment of the present invention provides another measurement method, which is different from the measurement method described in the third embodiment in that: in the embodiment of the present invention, instead of triggering the channel or BWP switching by the terminal itself according to the switching trigger condition configured by the network-side device, after receiving the content reported by the terminal, determines whether the channel or BWP needs to be switched according to the content reported by the terminal, and sends the switching indication information to the terminal when determining that the terminal needs to perform the channel or BWP switching.
Specifically, after the step of sending the report content to the network side device according to the report cycle, and/or sending the report content to the network side device when the report triggering condition is met, the method further includes:
receiving switching indication information which is sent by network side equipment and used for indicating a terminal to switch channels or BWPs;
and switching from the current channel or the current BWP to a target channel or a target BWP according to the switching indication information, wherein the target channel or the target BWP is one of the at least two channels or BWPs.
The embodiment of the present invention has the same inventive concept as the second embodiment applied to the network side device, and can generate the same technical effect, and for avoiding repetition, details are not described here, and specific reference may be made to the second embodiment.
The fifth embodiment of the present invention provides a measuring method, where a network-side device configures a terminal to measure RSSI and occupancy of BWP1, BWP2, and BWP3, and a UE currently operates on BWP1, as shown in fig. 5; the network side equipment is also provided with an RSSI threshold for calculating the channel occupancy rate; the network side device configures the triggering condition and corresponding threshold for switching channel/BWP: when the channel occupancy of the current BWP is higher than threshold 1 and the channel occupancy of other BWPs is lower than threshold 2, the terminal is allowed to switch BWPs. Then, the terminal estimates the channel occupancy according to the RSSI threshold, the channel occupancy of BWP1 exceeds the threshold 1, and the thresholds of BWP2 and BWP3 are both lower than the threshold 2, and the UE may switch to either BWP2 or BWP3, or switch to BWP with lower channel occupancy in BWP2 and BWP3, in this embodiment, switch to BWP2, as shown in fig. 6.
In addition, the network-side device issues a preconfigured uplink resource to the terminal, the preconfigured uplink resource is on BWP1, BWP2 and BWP3, and the UE informs the network-side device that it switches to BWP2 on the preconfigured uplink resource of BWP2, and reports the RSSI and the occupancy rate of BWP1, BWP2 and BWP3 to the network-side device.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a measurement method, in which a network-side device configures a terminal to measure RSSI and channel occupancy of BWP1, BWP2 and BWP3, a UE currently operates on BWP1 as shown in fig. 7, the network-side device further configures an RSSI threshold for calculating channel occupancy, and the network-side device configures a trigger condition and a corresponding threshold for switching channel/BWP, wherein when the channel occupancy of other BWPs is lower than the current BWP by more than the threshold 3, the terminal allows the terminal to switch the BWP, and then evaluates the channel occupancy according to the RSSI threshold, the channel occupancy of BWP3 is lower than BWP1 by more than the threshold 3, and the BWP2 does not exceed the threshold 3, so that the BWP3 meets the requirement of handover, as shown in fig. 8, in addition, the UE performs L on BWP3, BT L transfer &ttl &/tt 6363633 after successful, and notifies the RSSI of RSSI occurrence of RSSI on the network 3, and reports the RSSI and the BWP occupancy of BWP and the BWP device 5392 and the BWP 3.
A seventh embodiment of the present invention provides a measurement method, in which a network-side device configures a terminal to make L BT on BWP1, BWP2, and BWP3, and the UE currently operates on BWP1, as shown in fig. 9, then the UE makes L BT, the L BT of BWP1 fails, and the L BT of BWP2 and BWP3 succeeds, the terminal may switch to either of BWP2 and BWP3, in this embodiment, switch to BWP2, the UE informs the network device that the network device switches to BWP2, the terminal may make L BT for multiple BWPs simultaneously and transmit and receive data on BWP where the BWP BT L BT succeeds, and if the BWP where L BT succeeds is not the currently activated BWP, the terminal may switch to L successful BWP to transmit and receive data.
Eighth embodiment of the present invention provides a measurement method, where a network-side device configures a terminal to measure RSSI and occupancy of BWP1, BWP2, and BWP3, and a UE currently operates on BWP1, as shown in fig. 10; the network side equipment is also provided with an RSSI threshold for calculating the channel occupancy rate; and the network side equipment is configured with a channel occupancy threshold for triggering reporting, and when the measured channel occupancy is greater than the channel occupancy threshold, the terminal is triggered to report the RSSI and channel occupancy results. The terminal reports the RSSI and the channel occupancy rate periodically, and reports the RSSI and the channel occupancy rate according to the channel occupancy threshold, for example, if the UE measures that the channel occupancy rates of BWP1 and BWP2 are higher than the channel occupancy threshold, the reporting is triggered, and the measurement results including the RSSI and the channel occupancy rates of BWP1,2 and 3 are reported to the network side equipment. The network side device receives the measurement result reported by the terminal, and if BWP1 and BWP2 are higher than the first threshold value and the BWP3 occupancy rate is lower than the second threshold value, the terminal is switched to BWP3, as shown in fig. 11.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a network-side device according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention, where the network-side device 30 includes:
a transceiver 31 for transmitting configuration information to the terminal, the configuration information including a measurement configuration of RSSI and/or occupancy of at least two channels or BWPs and/or a measurement configuration of L BT of at least two channels or BWPs.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the network side device may configure the terminal to measure multiple channels or BWPs under a large bandwidth at the same time, so as to obtain the real channel occupation status of each channel or BWP in the large bandwidth, thereby avoiding the problem that the scheme for measuring over the entire bandwidth in the prior art cannot distinguish the actual occupation statuses of different channels or BWPs within a large bandwidth, and further avoiding resource waste.
Optionally, the configuration information includes information related to the at least two channels or BWPs, and the information related to the channels or BWPs includes at least one of the following information:
frequency domain location information;
measuring the bandwidth;
channel or BWP numbering.
Optionally, the frequency domain location information is at least one of:
a central frequency point;

The network side device in the embodiment of the present invention may be a Base Transceiver Station (BTS) in Global System for mobile communication (GSM) or Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), may also be a Base Station (NodeB, NB) in Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), may also be an evolved Node B (eNB or eNodeB) in L TE, or a relay Station or an Access point, or a Base Station in a future 5G network, and the like, which is not limited herein.
A Wireless Terminal may be a Mobile Terminal, such as a Mobile phone (or a "cellular" phone) and a computer having a Mobile Terminal, such as a portable, pocket, hand-held, computer-included or vehicle-mounted Mobile device, which exchanges languages and/or data with a Radio Access Network (RAN), for example, a Personal Communication Service (PCS) phone, a cordless phone, a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) phone, a Wireless local loop (Wireless L, abbreviated as L p, LL) Station, a Personal Digital Assistant (Subscriber Station), a Remote Terminal (User Station), or a Remote Terminal (User) Station.
Such computer-readable media, which include both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device.

Claims (45)

1. A measurement configuration method is applied to network side equipment, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
and transmitting configuration information to the terminal, wherein the configuration information comprises the RSSI and/or occupancy rate measurement configuration of the at least two channels or BWPs and/or the L BT measurement configuration of the at least two channels or BWPs.
2. The measurement configuration method according to claim 1, wherein the configuration information comprises information related to the at least two channels or BWPs, the information related to the channels or BWPs comprising at least one of:
frequency domain location information;
measuring the bandwidth;
channel or BWP numbering.
3. The measurement configuration method according to claim 2, wherein the frequency domain location information is at least one of:
a central frequency point;
a central frequency point of the SSB associated with the channel or BWP;
and measuring the frequency point of the initial position.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the configuration information further comprises measurement reporting configuration information, and wherein the measurement reporting configuration information comprises at least one of:
an RSSI threshold value for estimating the channel occupancy rate;
a channel occupation threshold value used for triggering the report;
an RSSI reporting threshold value used for triggering reporting;
triggering a reporting condition;
reporting the content;
and reporting the period.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the reporting triggering condition is at least one of:
measuring a channel or BWP of which the channel occupancy rate is greater than the channel occupancy threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or BWPs are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value;
measuring that the RSSI of the at least two channels or BWP is larger than the RSSI reporting threshold value;
in the at least two channels or BWPs, measuring the channel or BWPs with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold and an RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold;
and measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or the BWP are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value, and the RSSI is both greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value.
6. The measurement configuration method according to claim 5,
when the condition triggering reporting is that a channel or BWP with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes relevant information of the channel or BWP with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, or relevant information of all the channels or BWPs;
when the condition triggering reporting is that a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes relevant information of the channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value, or relevant information of all the channels or BWPs;
when the condition for triggering the report is as follows: when the channel or BWP with the channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold and the RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes the related information of the channel or BWP with the RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold and the channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, or the related information of all the channels or BWPs.
7. The measurement configuration method according to claim 1, wherein the configuration information further comprises handover triggering conditions for channel or BWP, the handover triggering conditions comprising at least one of:
the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are larger than a first threshold value, and a target channel or a target BWP with the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate smaller than a second threshold value exists;
a target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than the current channel or the current BWP exists, and the difference value between the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy of the current channel or the current BWP and the target channel or the target BWP is larger than a third threshold value;
a target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than a fourth threshold exists;
the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are/is larger than a fifth threshold value;
l BT results for the current channel or current BWP are failed and there is a target channel or target BWP for which L BT results are successful.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the configuration information further includes uplink resource information, and the uplink resource indicated by the uplink resource information is used for the terminal to report the handover-related information to the network-side device after switching the channel or BWP according to the handover trigger condition.
9. The measurement configuration method according to claim 4, wherein after the step of sending the configuration information to the terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving the reported content sent by the terminal;
and sending switching indication information to the terminal according to the reported content, wherein the switching indication information is used for indicating the terminal to be switched to a target channel or target BWP from a current channel or current BWP, and the target channel or target BWP is one of the at least two channels or BWPs.
10. A measurement method is applied to a terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving configuration information sent by a network side device, wherein the configuration information comprises RSSI and/or occupancy rate measurement configuration of at least two channels or BWPs, and/or L BT measurement configuration of at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring the at least two channels or BWPs according to the configuration information.
11. The measurement method according to claim 10, wherein the configuration information comprises information related to the at least two channels or BWPs, and wherein the information related to the channels or BWPs comprises at least one of:
frequency domain location information;
measuring the bandwidth;
channel or BWP numbering.
12. The measurement method according to claim 11, wherein the frequency domain location information is at least one of:
a central frequency point;
a central frequency point of the SSB associated with the channel or BWP;
and measuring the frequency point of the initial position.
13. The measurement method of claim 10, wherein the configuration information further includes measurement reporting configuration information, and wherein the measurement reporting configuration information includes at least one of:
an RSSI threshold value for estimating the channel occupancy rate;
a channel occupation threshold value used for triggering the report;
an RSSI reporting threshold value used for triggering reporting;
triggering a reporting condition;
reporting the content;
and reporting the period.
14. The method according to claim 13, wherein the step of measuring the at least two channels or BWPs according to the configuration information is followed by further comprising:
and sending the reported content to network side equipment according to the reporting period, and/or sending the reported content to the network side equipment when the reporting triggering condition is met.
15. The measurement method according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the condition for triggering report is at least one of:
measuring a channel or BWP of which the channel occupancy rate is greater than the channel occupancy threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or BWPs are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value;
measuring that the RSSI of the at least two channels or BWP is larger than the RSSI reporting threshold value;
in the at least two channels or BWPs, measuring the channel or BWPs with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold and an RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold;
and measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or the BWP are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value, and the RSSI is both greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value.
16. The method according to claim 15, wherein when the condition triggering reporting is that the at least two channels or BWPs measure a channel or BWP with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, the reported content only includes information related to the channel or BWP with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, or all information related to the channel or BWP;
when the condition triggering reporting is that a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes relevant information of the channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value, or relevant information of all the channels or BWPs;
when the condition for triggering the report is as follows: when the channel or BWP with the channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold and the RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes the related information of the channel or BWP with the RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold and the channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, or the related information of all the channels or BWPs.
17. The measurement method according to claim 10,
the configuration information further includes handover trigger conditions for channel or BWP, the handover trigger conditions including at least one of:
the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are larger than a first threshold value, and a target channel or a target BWP with the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate smaller than a second threshold value exists;
a target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than the current channel or the current BWP exists, and the difference value between the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy of the current channel or the current BWP and the target channel or the target BWP is larger than a third threshold value;
a target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than a fourth threshold exists;
the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are/is larger than a fifth threshold value;
l BT results for the current channel or current BWP are failed and there is L BT results for a successful target channel or target BWP;
after the step of measuring the at least two channels or BWPs according to the configuration information, the method further includes:
and switching from the current channel or the current BWP to the target channel or the target BWP according to the switching triggering condition.
18. The method according to claim 17, wherein if there are at least two target channels or target BWPs meeting the handover trigger condition, the step of switching from the current channel or current BWP to the target channel or target BWP according to the handover trigger condition comprises:
arbitrarily selecting one target channel or target BWP from the at least two target channels or target BWPs, or selecting one target channel or target BWP in which RSSI and/or occupancy of the channels is lowest;
switching from the current channel or current BWP to the selected target channel or target BWP.
19. The method of claim 17, wherein the step of switching from the current channel or the current BWP to the target channel or the target BWP according to the handover trigger condition further comprises:
if the configuration information also comprises uplink resource information, reporting switching related information to network side equipment by using uplink resources indicated by the uplink resource information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
l BT is made on the channel or BWP before the handoff, after success, the handoff related information is reported to the network side device on the channel or BWP before the handoff, or,
l BT is processed on the channel or BWP after the switch, and after success, the switch related information is reported to the network side equipment on the channel or BWP after the switch.
20. The measurement method according to claim 19, wherein the handover-related information comprises at least one of:
indication information for indicating that a channel or BWP handover has occurred;
information related to the channel or BWP after the handover;
RSSI and/or channel occupancy of the channel or BWP prior to the switch;
RSSI and/or channel occupancy of the channel or BWP after the handover.
21. The method according to claim 14, wherein after the step of sending the report content to the network-side device according to the reporting period and/or sending the report content to the network-side device when the condition for triggering reporting is met, the method further includes:
receiving switching indication information which is sent by network side equipment and used for indicating a terminal to switch channels or BWPs;
and switching from the current channel or the current BWP to a target channel or a target BWP according to the switching indication information, wherein the target channel or the target BWP is one of the at least two channels or BWPs.
22. A network-side device, comprising:
a transceiver for transmitting configuration information to the terminal, the configuration information including a measurement configuration of RSSI and/or occupancy of at least two channels or BWPs, and/or a measurement configuration of L BT of at least two channels or BWPs.
23. The network-side device of claim 22, wherein the configuration information comprises information related to the at least two channels or BWPs, and wherein the information related to the channels or BWPs comprises at least one of the following information:
frequency domain location information;
measuring the bandwidth;
channel or BWP numbering.
24. The network-side device of claim 23, wherein the frequency domain location information is at least one of:
a central frequency point;
a central frequency point of the SSB associated with the channel or BWP;
and measuring the frequency point of the initial position.
25. The network-side device of claim 22, wherein the configuration information further includes measurement reporting configuration information, and the measurement reporting configuration information includes at least one of:
an RSSI threshold value for estimating the channel occupancy rate;
a channel occupation threshold value used for triggering the report;
an RSSI reporting threshold value used for triggering reporting;
triggering a reporting condition;
reporting the content;
and reporting the period.
26. The network-side device of claim 25, wherein the condition for triggering reporting is at least one of:
measuring a channel or BWP of which the channel occupancy rate is greater than the channel occupancy threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or BWPs are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value;
measuring that the RSSI of the at least two channels or BWP is larger than the RSSI reporting threshold value;
in the at least two channels or BWPs, measuring the channel or BWPs with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold and an RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold;
and measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or the BWP are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value, and the RSSI is both greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value.
27. The network-side device of claim 26,
when the condition triggering reporting is that a channel or BWP with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes relevant information of the channel or BWP with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, or relevant information of all the channels or BWPs;
when the condition triggering reporting is that a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes relevant information of the channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value, or relevant information of all the channels or BWPs;
when the condition for triggering the report is as follows: when the channel or BWP with the channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold and the RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes the related information of the channel or BWP with the RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold and the channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, or the related information of all the channels or BWPs.
28. The network-side device of claim 22, wherein the configuration information further comprises a handover triggering condition for channel or BWP, and wherein the handover triggering condition comprises at least one of:
the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are larger than a first threshold value, and a target channel or a target BWP with the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate smaller than a second threshold value exists;
a target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than the current channel or the current BWP exists, and the difference value between the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy of the current channel or the current BWP and the target channel or the target BWP is larger than a third threshold value;
a target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than a fourth threshold exists;
the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are/is larger than a fifth threshold value;
l BT results for the current channel or current BWP are failed and there is a target channel or target BWP for which L BT results are successful.
29. The network-side device of claim 28, wherein the configuration information further includes uplink resource information, and the uplink resource indicated by the uplink resource information is used for the terminal to report handover-related information to the network-side device after switching a channel or BWP according to the handover trigger condition.
30. The network-side device of claim 25, wherein the transceiver is further configured to receive a report sent by the terminal; and sending switching indication information to the terminal according to the reported content, wherein the switching indication information is used for indicating the terminal to be switched to a target channel or target BWP from a current channel or current BWP, and the target channel or target BWP is one of the at least two channels or BWPs.
31. A terminal, comprising:
the transceiver is used for receiving configuration information sent by a network side device, wherein the configuration information comprises the measurement configuration of RSSI and/or occupancy rate of at least two channels or BWPs, and/or the measurement configuration of L BT of at least two channels or BWPs;
a processor configured to measure the at least two channels or BWPs according to the configuration information.
32. The terminal according to claim 31, wherein the configuration information comprises information related to the at least two channels or BWPs, and wherein the information related to the channels or BWPs comprises at least one of:
frequency domain location information;
measuring the bandwidth;
channel or BWP numbering.
33. The terminal of claim 32, wherein the frequency domain location information is at least one of:
a central frequency point;
a central frequency point of the SSB associated with the channel or BWP;
and measuring the frequency point of the initial position.
34. The terminal of claim 31, wherein the configuration information further comprises measurement reporting configuration information, and wherein the measurement reporting configuration information comprises at least one of:
an RSSI threshold value for estimating the channel occupancy rate;
a channel occupation threshold value used for triggering the report;
an RSSI reporting threshold value used for triggering reporting;
triggering a reporting condition;
reporting the content;
and reporting the period.
35. The terminal of claim 34, wherein the transceiver is further configured to send the report content to a network side device according to the reporting period, and/or send the report content to the network side device when the condition for triggering reporting is met.
36. The terminal of claim 34 or 35, wherein the reporting triggering condition is at least one of the following:
measuring a channel or BWP of which the channel occupancy rate is greater than the channel occupancy threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value in the at least two channels or BWPs;
measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or BWPs are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value;
measuring that the RSSI of the at least two channels or BWP is larger than the RSSI reporting threshold value;
in the at least two channels or BWPs, measuring the channel or BWPs with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold and an RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold;
and measuring that the channel occupancy rates of the at least two channels or the BWP are both greater than the channel occupancy threshold value, and the RSSI is both greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value.
37. The terminal of claim 36, wherein when the condition for triggering reporting is that a channel or BWP with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes related information of the channel or BWP with a channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, or all related information of the channel or BWP;
when the condition triggering reporting is that a channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes relevant information of the channel or BWP with RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold value, or relevant information of all the channels or BWPs;
when the condition for triggering the report is as follows: when the channel or BWP with the channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold and the RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold is measured in the at least two channels or BWPs, the reported content only includes the related information of the channel or BWP with the RSSI greater than the RSSI reporting threshold and the channel occupancy greater than the channel occupancy threshold, or the related information of all the channels or BWPs.
38. The terminal of claim 31,
the configuration information further includes handover trigger conditions for channel or BWP, the handover trigger conditions including at least one of:
the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are larger than a first threshold value, and a target channel or a target BWP with the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate smaller than a second threshold value exists;
a target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than the current channel or the current BWP exists, and the difference value between the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy of the current channel or the current BWP and the target channel or the target BWP is larger than a third threshold value;
a target channel or target BWP with RSSI and/or channel occupancy smaller than a fourth threshold exists;
the RSSI and/or the channel occupancy rate of the current channel or the current BWP are/is larger than a fifth threshold value;
l BT results for the current channel or current BWP are failed and there is L BT results for a successful target channel or target BWP;
the processor is further configured to switch from the current channel or the current BWP to the target channel or the target BWP according to the handover trigger condition.
39. The terminal of claim 38, wherein if there are at least two target channels or target BWPs meeting the handover trigger condition, the processor is further configured to select one target channel or target BWP from the at least two target channels or target BWPs, or select one target channel or target BWP with the lowest RSSI and/or occupancy rate; switching from the current channel or current BWP to the selected target channel or target BWP.

The terminal of claim 38, wherein the transceiver is further configured to report the handover-related information to the network-side device using the uplink resource indicated by the uplink resource information if the configuration information further includes the uplink resource information, or report the handover-related information to the network-side device on a channel or BWP before handover after L BT is done on the channel or BWP before handover and the handover-related information is reported to the network-side device on the channel or BWP before handover after success, or report the handover-related information to the network-side device on a channel or BWP after handover after L BT is done on the channel or BWP after handover and the handover-related information is reported to the network-side device on the channel or BWP after handover succeeds.
41. The terminal according to claim 40, wherein the handover-related information comprises at least one of:
indication information for indicating that a channel or BWP handover has occurred;
information related to the channel or BWP after the handover;
RSSI and/or channel occupancy of the channel or BWP prior to the switch;
RSSI and/or channel occupancy of the channel or BWP after the handover.
42. The terminal of claim 35,
the transceiver is further configured to receive handover indication information, which is sent by a network-side device and used for indicating a terminal to perform channel or BWP handover;
the processor is further configured to switch from a current channel or a current BWP to a target channel or a target BWP according to the switch indication information, where the target channel or the target BWP is one of the at least two channels or BWPs.
43. A terminal comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the measurement configuration method according to any of claims 1-9.
44. A network-side device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the measurement method according to any of claims 10-21.

A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps in the measurement configuration method according to any one of claims 1 to 9 or the steps in the measurement method according to any one of claims 10 to 21.
