本发明涉及智慧配电技术领域,具有涉及一种新型智慧电箱,包括电源模块、无线通讯模块、总路断路器模块、若干个支路断路器模块及远程控制终端(APP、PC机、云平台)等。所述的电源模块作用于各个模块的电源支持,并具有浪涌保护功能。所述的总路断路器模块作用于控制整个系统的电路控制、电能计量,故障保护等。所述支路断路器模块作用于控制各支路的用电设备、电能计量,故障保护等。无线通讯模块作用于把各种数据信息传输给远程控制终端以及接收各种远程控制指令传输给各断路器。本发明能远程控制,操作方便,随时掌握设备用电信息,多重保护机制,保护设备和人身用电安全。

Description

一种新型智慧型电箱
技术领域
本发明涉及智慧电箱技术领域,具体涉及一种新型智慧型电箱。
背景技术
电箱是数据上的海量参数,一般是构成低压林按电气接线,要求将开关设备、测量仪表、保护电器和辅助设备组装在封闭或半封闭金属柜中或屏幅上,构成低压配电箱。正常运行时可借助手动或自动开关接通或分断电路。
现有的电箱不能远程控制,只能手动去切换容易对人身安全造成危害,无法统计电压、电流、功率、电量等信息,并对以上的信息作出比较准确的反馈,故障保护无法区分,使排除故障这无法快速准确的判断出故障原因和位置。因此本申请提出一种新型智慧型电箱。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种新型智慧型电箱,用于解决现有的电箱不能远程控制,只能手动去切换容易对人身安全造成危害,无法统计电压、电流、功率、电量等信息,并对以上的信息作出比较准确的反馈,故障保护无法区分,使排除故障这无法快速准确的判断出故障原因和位置的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明公开一种新型智慧电箱,包括电源模块、无线通讯模块、总路断路器模块、多个支路断路器模块及远程控制终端;所述的电源模块作用于各个模块的电源支持;所述总路断路器模块作用于控制整个系统的电路控制、电能计量和故障保护等;所述支路断路器模块作用于控制各支路的用电设备、电能计量和故障保护;所述无线通讯模块作用于把各种数据信息传输给远程控制终端以及接收各种远程控制指令传输给各断路器。
更进一步的,所述电源模块包括开关电源、浪涌保护电路及电源输出;所述开关电源作用于220V转换至所需求弱电电压,所述浪涌保护作用于在雷击情况保护用电设备,所述电源输出作用于连接其它各个模块电源所用。
更进一步的,所述无线通讯模块包括4G、5G、wifi、Zigbee和Nblot,所述无线通讯模块作用于各断路器与远程控制终端之间的数据状态信息传输与控制。
更进一步的,所述总路断路器模块具有过压、欠压保护、短路保护、过温保护、缺相保护、过载过流保护、电弧故障保护和漏电保护、电能计量、功率设限以及定时控制功能,可一键控制配电箱整个电路的接通与断开。
更进一步的,所述支路断路器具有过压、欠压保护、短路保护、过温保护、缺相保护、过载过流保护、电弧故障保护和漏电保护、电能计量、功率设限以及定时控制功能,可一键控制配电箱某个支电路的接通与断开。
更进一步的,所述远程控制终端为移动终端APP、PC终端或云平台,所述远程终端作用于设备运行数据显示、电能显示与统计、故障报警及识别显示、数据参数设置和远程控制。

如图2所示,电源模块包括开关电源、浪涌保护电路及电源输出;所述开关电源作用于220V转换至所需求弱电电压,所述浪涌保护作用于在雷击情况保护用电设备,所述电源输出作用于连接其它各个模块电源所用。
如图3所示无线通讯模块包括4G、5G、wifi、Zigbee和Nblot,所述无线通讯模块作用于各断路器与远程控制终端之间的数据状态信息传输与控制。
如图4所示总路断路器模块具有过压、欠压保护、短路保护、过温保护、缺相保护、过载过流保护、电弧故障保护和漏电保护、电能计量、功率设限以及定时控制功能,可一键控制配电箱整个电路的接通与断开。
如图5所示支路断路器具有过压、欠压保护、短路保护、过温保护、缺相保护、过载过流保护、电弧故障保护和漏电保护、电能计量、功率设限以及定时控制功能,可一键控制配电箱某个支电路的接通与断开。
如图6所示远程控制终端为移动终端APP、PC终端或云平台,所述远程终端作用于设备运行数据显示、电能显示与统计、故障报警及识别显示、数据参数设置和远程控制。
实施例2
本实施例公开一种新型智慧型电箱,包括智慧电箱和App,还包括远程控制系统、定时系统、参数采集系统和电路保护系统,所述智慧电箱通过对远程控制系统控制信号的收发完成远程控制,所述定时系统定时系统,所述参数采集系统与所述智慧电箱相连,并将采集的数据通过远程控制系统显示在App上,所述电路保护系统包括过压、欠压保护、短路保护、过温保护、缺相保护、过载过流保护、浪涌保护、电弧故障保护和漏电保护,所述电路保护系统对电路进行保护,并将故障信息显示在App上。
远程控制系统通过Wi-Fi、以太网、NBIOT或5G网络与阿里云IOT通讯,所述App将控制信号发送给阿里云IOT,所述IOT转发控制信号给智慧电箱。
App设置最大功率数值给智慧电箱,所述智慧电箱计算当前功能与设置的对比,超过设置值后分闸保护电器,所述App显示连接的开关设备命名和用电器的使用情况。
参数采集系统在硬件上通过电压互感器、电流互感器、温度传感器和专门的漏电保护芯片检测相应参数。
参数采集系统将采集的数据发送给智慧电箱,所述智慧电箱将采集到数据后发送给阿里云IOT,App直接从IOT上获取到相应信息并显示出来。
过压、欠压保护通过电压检测芯片BL6523B检测到当前电压大小,对比设置的保护电压值,超过范围后进行分闸动作,保护开关后端的用电设备,保护发生后并将故障过欠压保护信息显示在App上。
短路保护通过电磁线圈感应短路电流形成磁场推动动静铁芯动作,保护发生后并将短路故障信息显示在App上。
过温保护将NTC100放置与开关接触头,通过AD采集当前温度,超过设定的值后分闸保护并将过温故障信息显示在App上。
缺相保护通过电压信息采样,电压缺失自动分闸动作,保护开关后端的用电设备,保护发生后并将缺相保护信息显示在APP上。
过载过流保护通过电流互感器,检测到当前的电流信息,对比设置的保护电流值,超过范围后进行分闸动作,保护开关后端的用电设备,保护发生后并将过载过流保护信息显示在App上。
电弧故障保护通过检测电弧故障时电压、电流的变化规律,区分出电弧故障并分闸保护,将故障信息显示在App上。
漏电保护通过LW54123+零序互感器,检测漏电数据从而达到保护功能,并将故障信息显示在App上。
本发明实施例可远程控制开关,不用去较远距离手动开关,方便简洁安全。可定时控制开关,设置任意时间开关,不需要人看守。可任意设置每路开关的最大功率,防止设备故障造成的大功率烧坏设备。可设置每路开关成连接设备的名称,随时随地知道连接断路器下的用电设备和电气状态。
可显示电压、电流、功率、温度、漏电等实时信息,统计各个时间段的用电情况。方便用户知道家庭每个用电设备的具体耗电量等数据等参数。可过压、欠压保护,并且在App上能显示出来故障类型。方便排查问题。可短路保护,并且在App上能显示出来故障类型。方便排查问题。

实施例3
本实施例公开一种新型智慧型电箱,主要工作原理如下:
1)远程控制:通过Wi-Fi、以太网、NBIOT、5G等与阿里云IOT通讯,App将控制信号发送给阿里云IOT,IOT转发控制信号给智慧电箱。从而达到远程控制目的。
2)定时控制:采用DS1302芯片计时,主控分析对比定时任务和当前时间,时间到后执行定时动作
3)任意设置电器最大功率:通过App设备最大功率数值给电箱,电箱计算当前功能与设置的对比,超过设置值后分闸保护电器
4)在App上对连接的开关设备命名,可随后查看用电器的使用情况
5)硬件上通过电压互感器、电流互感器、温度传感器和专门的漏电保护芯片检测相应参数,电箱采集到数据后发送给阿里云IOT。App直接从IOT上获取到相应信息并显示出来。
6)过压、欠压保护:通过电压检测芯片BL6523B检测到当前电压大小,对比设置的保护电压值,超过范围后进行分闸动作,保护开关后端的用电设备。保护发生后并将故障过欠压保护信息显示在App上。
7)短路保护:通过电磁线圈感应短路电流形成磁场推动动静铁芯动作,保护发生后并将短路故障信息显示在App上。
8)过温保护:将NTC100放置与开关接触头,通过AD采集当前温度,超过设定的值后分闸保护并将过温故障信息显示在App上。
9)电弧故障保护:通过检测电弧故障时电压、电流的变化规律,区分出电弧故障并分闸保护。将故障信息显示在App上。
10)漏电保护:通过LW54123+零序互感器,检测漏电数据从而达到保护功能,并将故障信息显示在App上。
本实施例电箱由网关+若干个智慧断路器组成,网关负责管理若干个断路器和与App数据交互。添加设备到App:在App上搜索MZ_开头的WIFI设备,选中要添加的电箱后输入连接的路由器密码添加,App将电箱账号绑定。从而达到远程控制。
断路器检测电压、电流、温度等信息。网关通过485通讯获取断路器的状态信息从而传送给IOT服务器。App从而可以从IOT服务器上获取到断路器的信息并显示。
