In the method, after each oral check, the checked nurses need to perform confirmation operation at the PDA end to ensure; according to the invention, the medical advice label is pasted on the infusion bag, and the evaluation and the actual operation can be combined by checking whether the information of the PDA terminal is consistent with the information of the patient for multiple times, so that the reliability of the evaluation result is effectively improved; the using method is simple and easy to operate, the standardization is strong, and whether nurses meet the corresponding post requirements can be comprehensively evaluated.

Claims (9)

1. A mobile nursing assessment system comprises a PC end and a PDA end which are communicated with each other; the method is characterized in that: the PC end is arranged in the nurse station and used for inquiring, splitting and printing medical advice information; the PDA terminal is used as a mobile nursing station; the PC end is internally provided with a first information confirmation module, a medical advice library, a patient information library, a medical advice splitting module, a medical advice printing module and a first examination monitoring module; the medical advice library is used for storing medical advice for examination and corresponding patient information; each medical order corresponds to one or more infusion bags; the medical advice splitting module splits the selected medical advice into one or more medical advice labels corresponding to the number of the infusion bags under the operation of the examined nurse; the medical advice printing module controls the printer to print out each medical advice label under the operation of the examined nurse; the first examination monitoring module monitors and records time and error conditions spent by the examined nurses in operating the first information confirmation module, the medical advice bank, the medical advice splitting module and the medical advice printing module in real time, and calculates scores of all examination items of the examined nurses in the nurse station according to the spent time and the error conditions;
a second information confirmation module, an information acquisition module, a vital sign input module and a second examination monitoring module are arranged in the PDA terminal; the information acquisition module acquires the medical advice label and information worn on the patient; a plurality of vital sign registration items including body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate and respiration registration items are arranged in the vital sign input module, and are used for an examined nurse to input corresponding vital sign information; the second examination monitoring module monitors and records time and error conditions spent by the examined nurses in operating the second information confirmation module, the information acquisition module and the vital sign input module in real time; calculating the scores of all the assessment items of the assessed nurses in the mobile nursing station according to the time spent and the error condition;
the PDA terminal transmits the scores of all the assessment items of the assessed nurses in the mobile nursing station to the PC terminal; a score display module is arranged in the PC end; the scoring display module calculates the total score of all the assessment items of the assessed nurses and displays the total score of the assessed nurses and the scores of all the assessment items on a display screen; meanwhile, the PC end transmits the total score and each assessment item score of the assessed nurses to the upper computer for keeping the files.

The mobile nursing assessment system of claim 1, wherein: the PDA terminal is communicated with the PC terminal, patient information is called from a patient information base in the PC terminal, and the information called by the PDA terminal is used for being checked with the oral cavity of a patient when an examined nurse dispenses, punctures, changes infusion bags, pulls out needles and records vital signs of the patient.

The mobile nursing assessment system of claim 1, wherein: after the PDA terminal reads the medical advice label, the medical advice information is called in a medical advice library in the PC terminal, and the information of the liquid medicine in the infusion bag corresponding to the scanned medical advice label and the corresponding patient information are displayed.
4. The mobile nursing assessment system of claim 1, wherein: an abnormal condition recording module is also arranged in the PDA terminal; the abnormal condition recording module is used for registering by the examined nurses when the abnormal condition of the patient or the medical advice occurs.
5. The mobile nursing assessment system of claim 1, wherein: after the identity authentication, the PDA end jumps out of a main interface of a patient list; the main interface of the patient list is provided with buttons of medicine receiving and medicine dispensing.
6. The mobile nursing assessment system of claim 1, wherein: the first information confirmation module realizes the identity authentication of the assessed nurse through the login account and the password.
7. The mobile nursing assessment system of claim 1, wherein: the second information confirmation module realizes the identity authentication of the assessed nurse through the login account and the password.
8. The mobile nursing assessment system of claim 1, wherein: the PDA end is provided with a camera or a code scanner.

The method of claim 1, wherein the mobile nursing assessment system comprises: step 1, after the examined nurse executes identity information login through first information of a PC (personal computer) terminal, splitting medical advice to obtain a plurality of medical advice labels and printing the medical advice labels; after the medical advice labels are processed by the assessment nurses, the medical advice labels are respectively stuck to the corresponding infusion bags, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
1-1, inputting an account and a login password by an examined nurse at a PC (personal computer) end to log in identity information; skipping to a patient list main interface by a display of the PC end; after the checked nurse finishes the login operation, if the operation is correct and the preset time is not exceeded, 1 point is obtained; otherwise, not scoring;
1-2. splitting the medical advice: the examined nurses select the information of the patients and the medical advice in the PC terminal; the selected medical advice information corresponds to the two infusion bags; splitting the medical advice information to obtain two medical advice labels; after the examined nurses finish the splitting operation of the medical advice, if the operation is correct and the preset time is not exceeded, 1 point is obtained; otherwise, not scoring;
1-3, printing an order label: firstly, selecting two medical advice labels at a PC (personal computer) end and printing the two medical advice labels by an examined nurse; processing the two printed medical advice labels, and respectively pasting the two medical advice labels on the two infusion bags; after the examined nurse finishes the operation of printing the medical advice label, if the operation is correct and the preset time is not exceeded, 3 points are obtained; otherwise, not scoring;
step 2: after the identity information login is executed at the PDA end mobile nursing station by an examination nurse, the examination nurse receives the medicine and dispenses the medicine in sequence, after the identity of the patient is checked, the patient is punctured, then after the identity of the patient is checked again, the infusion bag is replaced, after the infusion is completed, the needle is pulled out, the puncture is finished, and the life characteristics of the patient are recorded, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
2-1, logging in at PDA terminal: the method comprises the following steps that an examined nurse inputs an account and a login password to carry out identity information login in a PDA-end mobile nursing station, and the used time is recorded; after the checked nurse finishes the login operation, if the operation is correct and the preset time is not exceeded, 1 point is obtained; otherwise, not scoring;
2-2, receiving the medicine: the examined nurse respectively reads the medical advice labels on the infusion bags by adopting the PDA terminal, confirms whether the infusion bags correspond to the patient information or not, and then confirms that the medicine receiving is finished at the PDA terminal; after the examined nurse finishes the operation of receiving the medicine, if the operation is correct and the preset time is not exceeded, 1 point is obtained; otherwise, not scoring;
2-3, dosage: the examined nurses carry out dispensing operation at the nurse station; after dispensing is finished, reading the label on the infusion bag by adopting the PDA end, confirming whether the infusion bag corresponds to the patient information again, then confirming that dispensing is finished at the PDA end, and recording the used time; after the examined nurse finishes the dispensing operation, if the operation is correct and the preset time is not exceeded, 1 point is obtained; otherwise, not scoring;
2-4, after checking the identity of the patient, puncturing: firstly, reading an order label on a first bag of infusion bag by adopting a PDA terminal, displaying liquid medicine information and patient information corresponding to the order label, and orally checking whether the information displayed on the PDA terminal is consistent with the patient information; then reading the information on the bar code carried by the patient by using the PDA terminal, and confirming the information of the patient again; after the oral check and the scanning check are both successful, puncturing is carried out, and the used time is recorded; after the examined nurse finishes the puncture operation, if the operation is correct and the preset time is not exceeded, 4 points are obtained; otherwise, not scoring;

2-7, recording vital signs of the patient, including body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate and respiration, and recording into a PDA end mobile nursing station; setting the score to be 3, and recording the used time; after the examined nurse finishes the recording operation, if the operation is correct and the preset time is not exceeded, 3 points are obtained; otherwise, not scoring;
and 3, the examined nurse quits the login of the PC end and the PDA end, the operation is finished, the individual score and the individual time consumption information of each examined item are automatically displayed, and the total score and the total time consumption are counted to obtain the examined result.
