when the client 120 wants to operate the electronic medical record in the federation chain, a communication connection can be established with any server 110 in the federation included in the federation chain, and then an operation request and identification information of a user corresponding to the client 120 are sent to the server 110 in which the communication connection is established.
When receiving the operation request sent by the client 120 and the identification information of the user requesting the operation, the server 110 may determine the operation authority of the user requesting the operation based on the identification information of the user requesting the operation, then, when the operation request satisfies the operation authority, execute the operation corresponding to the operation request, and broadcast the operation record information for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the endorsement node server; and when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, correspondingly storing the operation record information and the identification information into the alliance.
Next, a data processing method based on a federation chain in the embodiment of the present invention is described, as shown in fig. 2, which is a flowchart of a first implementation manner of a data processing method based on a federation chain in the embodiment of the present invention, and the method may include:
s210, receiving an operation request sent by a client and identification information of a user requesting operation;
s220, determining the operation authority of the user requesting the operation based on the identification information of the user requesting the operation;
s230, when the operation request meets the operation right, executing the operation corresponding to the operation request, and broadcasting the operation record information for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the endorsement node server;
and S240, when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, correspondingly storing the operation record information and the identification information into the alliance.
The data processing method based on the alliance chain can be used for receiving an operation request sent by a client and identification information of a user requesting operation; firstly, determining the operation authority of a user requesting operation based on the identification information of the user requesting the operation; then when the operation request meets the operation right, executing the operation corresponding to the operation request, and broadcasting the operation record information for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the endorsement node server; and when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, correspondingly storing the operation record information and the identification information into the alliance. In this way, the recording of any operation of the person can be achieved, so that the risk of the medical information of the patient being revealed can be reduced.
On the basis of the data processing method based on the federation chain shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 3, which is a flowchart of a second implementation manner of the data processing method based on the federation chain in the embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include:
s310, receiving a registration request of the client, wherein the registration request carries identification information and a registration password of a user to be registered.
In some examples, a user may register with the federation before operating on the federation. For example, a user to be registered may send a registration request at a client to a server communicatively coupled to the client to register in the federation.
S320, determining the operation authority corresponding to the identification information of the user to be registered based on the registration request.
S330, storing the identification information, the registration password and the corresponding operation authority of the user to be registered in a database of the server.
After receiving the registration request sent by the client, the server may determine, based on the registration request, an operation permission corresponding to the identification information of the user to be registered, so as to set a corresponding permission for the user to be registered.
In some examples, the identification information of the user to be registered carried in the registration request may be a medical insurance number of the patient, an identification number of the patient, or a name of the patient, etc.
When the registration request does not carry the qualification code, the user to be registered can be considered as a patient or a relative of the patient, and the like, so that the operation right corresponding to the identification information of the user to be registered can be determined as the query right, that is, the user to be registered only has the query right.
After the operation permission corresponding to the identification information of the user to be registered is determined, in order to manage the permission of the user when the user performs subsequent alliance operation, the identification information of the user to be registered, the registration password and the corresponding operation permission can be stored in a database of the server.
In still other examples, the registration request may further include a qualification code, and the identification information of the user to be registered, which is carried in the registration request, may be an identification number of a medical staff or a name of the medical staff.
When the registration request carries the qualification code, the user to be registered can be regarded as a medical staff, and at this time, the operation permission corresponding to the identification information of the user to be registered can be determined as the query permission and the write permission, that is, the user to be registered only has the query permission and the write permission.
The qualification code is an identification code preset for the medical institution corresponding to each server, and the identification code can be used for representing the grade of the medical institution.
It will be appreciated that different medical institutions, typically having different levels, for example, in a provincial setting, typically have a primary hospital, a secondary hospital and a tertiary hospital, and thus, different levels of hospitals, may have different levels of qualification codes.
In some examples, since different medical structures have different levels, in order to facilitate management of the authorities of medical staff of medical institutions of different levels, a correspondence between qualification codes and operation authorities may be established in advance. For example, the pre-established correspondence between the qualification codes and the operation authorities may be the correspondence shown in table 1.

The operation authorities corresponding to qualification codes of different levels can be determined by pre-establishing the corresponding relationship between the qualification codes and the operation authorities shown in table 1. And then storing the identification information, the registration password and the corresponding operation authority of the medical personnel in a database of the server.
In some examples, after being stored in the database of one server, the identification information, the registration password, and the corresponding operation authority of the medical staff may also be synchronized to the databases of other servers in the federation, which is also possible.
S340, receiving an operation request sent by the client and identification information of a user requesting the operation.

After the user corresponding to the client registers in the federation, the user can operate the federation, so that the user corresponding to the client can send an operation request and identification information to the server of the federation through the client. After receiving the operation request and the identification information of the user sent by the client, the server of the federation may determine the operation authority of the user requesting the operation based on the identification information of the user requesting the operation.
Specifically, the operation authority corresponding to the identification information of the user requesting the operation may be queried in the database of the server, so that the queried operation authority may be determined as the operation authority of the user requesting the operation.
Then when the operation request meets the operation right, executing the operation corresponding to the operation request, and broadcasting the operation record information for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the endorsement node server; and when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition and sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, correspondingly storing the operation record information and the identification information into the alliance.
In some examples, the preset endorsement condition may be that the number of received endorsement information is greater than or equal to a preset numerical value times the number of transmission operation record information. For example, the preset endorsement condition may be that the number of received endorsement information is greater than or equal to 2/3 times the number of transmission operation record information; the preset endorsement condition may also be that the number of the received endorsement information is greater than or equal to a preset numerical multiple of the number of all endorsement node servers.
In still other examples, the preset endorsement condition may also be that the number of received endorsement information is greater than or equal to a preset number threshold.
On the basis of the data processing method based on the federation chain shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 4, which is a flowchart of a third implementation manner of the data processing method based on the federation chain in the embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include:
s410, receiving a registration request of a client, wherein the registration request carries identification information and a registration password of a user to be registered.
And S420, determining the operation authority corresponding to the identification information of the user to be registered based on the pre-established corresponding relationship between the qualification code and the operation authority and the qualification code carried in the registration request.
S430, storing the identification information, the registration password and the corresponding operation authority of the user to be registered in a database of the server.
S440, receiving an operation request sent by the client and identification information of a user requesting the operation.
In some examples, the operation request sent by the client may include: writing operation, medical information to be written and corresponding patient information; that is, the user using the client is a medical staff who needs to write medical information of a patient into the federation through the client, and therefore, the identification information of the user requesting the operation may include: identification information of medical personnel and corresponding qualification codes.
S450, determining the writing authority of the medical staff based on the qualification codes corresponding to the medical staff.
And S460, when the writing operation of the medical staff meets the writing right, writing the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information and the identification information of the medical staff into the electronic medical record.
And S470, broadcasting the written information in which the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information and the identification information of the medical staff are written to the endorsement node server, wherein the written information further comprises writing time.
And S480, when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, correspondingly storing the written information and the identification information of the medical staff into the alliance.
When the received identification information of the user is identification information of medical staff and corresponding qualification codes, the authority of writing operation of the medical staff can be determined based on the qualification codes corresponding to the medical staff.
Specifically, the authority of the writing operation of the medical staff can be determined by the corresponding relationship between the qualification code and the operation authority shown in table 1.
After the authority of the writing operation of the medical staff is determined, whether the writing operation requested by the operation request of the medical staff meets the writing authority of the medical staff can be judged, if yes, the writing operation of the medical staff can be considered to meet the writing authority, and the medical staff can write the medical information to be written and the corresponding patient information into the alliance.
When the medical information to be written and the corresponding patient information are written into the alliance chain, the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information and the identification information of medical staff can be written into the electronic medical record;
in some examples, different hospitals have qualification codes of different levels, and the qualification codes of different levels have different writing permissions, so that medical staff can query medical information corresponding to the query permission of the qualification code of the hospital when querying, and medical information to be written, corresponding patient information and identification information of the medical staff can be written into an electronic medical record according to the writing permission corresponding to the qualification code of the medical staff.
For example, when the qualification code of the medical staff is the primary qualification code, the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information, the identification information of the medical staff and the primary qualification code may be written into the electronic medical record.
When the qualification code of the medical staff is the secondary qualification code, the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information, the identification information of the medical staff and the secondary qualification code can be written into the electronic medical record.
When the hierarchy of the qualification codes of the medical staff is the three-level qualification codes, the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information, the identification information of the medical staff and the three-level qualification codes can be written into the electronic medical record.
In still other examples, when medical staff is writing medical information to be written, the client may call a smart contract preset in the server to write. Wherein the intelligent contract may be understood as a collection of different functions, e.g. a collection of write functions and query functions.
After the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information, and the identification information of the medical staff are written into the electronic medical record, in order to enable the federation chain to record the writing operation of the medical staff, the writing information written with the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information, and the identification information of the medical staff may be broadcast to the endorsement node server.
After receiving the written information, the endorsement node server may select to endorse the written information or not to endorse the written information. When the endorsement node server performs endorsement for the write information, the endorsement node server may send endorsement information to the server, where the endorsement information is feedback information for performing endorsement based on the write information.
After the server receives the endorsement information sent by the plurality of endorsement node servers, whether the number of the received endorsement information meets the preset endorsement condition or not can be judged, and if yes, the written information and the identification information of the medical staff are correspondingly stored into the alliance.
In some examples, when the medical staff writes the medical information to be written and the corresponding patient information, the time when the medical staff writes, that is, the writing time, may also be recorded, so that a more accurate recording of the operation of the medical staff may be achieved.
In some examples, the federation chain may include a plurality of federations, which are divided according to a preset dividing condition, for example, the plurality of federations may be divided according to geographic regions, for example, each medical institution in shanxi province is divided into one federation, each medical institution in Hubei province is divided into one federation, and thus, each geographic region may correspond to one federation.
It is understood that steps S410 to S440 in the embodiment of the present invention are the same as or similar to steps S310 to S340 in the third implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, and are not described again here.
In still other examples, the federation chain may further include a sequencing node server, each federation further including a master node server, each master node server communicatively coupled to the sequencing node server;
for example, as shown in fig. 5, two federations may be included, namely a first federation 510 and a second federation 520, in fig. 5, the first federation 510 may include a first master node server 511 and the second federation 520 may include a second master node server 521. The first home node server 511 and the second home node server 521 are communicatively coupled via a sequencing node server 530.
In some examples, the first and second home node servers 511, 521 may be the first servers to establish respective federations, that is, the first and second home node servers 511, 521 are the first servers to join the respective federations. In still other examples, the first home node server 511 and the second home node server 521 may also be node servers created by election of respective servers in their respective federation.
When there are multiple federations, the server may be a server in any one of the multiple federations;
the server may send the written information and the identification information of the medical staff to the ranking node server through the master node server after storing the written information and the identification information of the medical staff in correspondence to the federation, so that the ranking node server synchronizes the written information and the identification information of the medical staff to other federations in the plurality of federations.
For example, assuming that the server receiving the operation request sent by the client and the identification information of the user requesting the operation in fig. 5 is any server except the first master node server 511 in the first federation 510, since the server stores the write information and the identification information of the medical staff in a federation corresponding to each other, the first master node server 511 may acquire the write information and the identification information of the medical staff from the federation, and may then send the acquired write information and the identification information of the medical staff to the sorting node server 530. The ranking node server 530, upon receiving the written information and the medical personnel's identification information in the first federation 510, may synchronize the written information and the medical personnel's identification information into the second federation 520.
It should be noted that, the sequencing node server herein may receive information sent by a plurality of federations respectively, and then may synchronize the information to other federations respectively according to a time sequence of receiving information sent by different federations.
In some examples, the operation request in the embodiment of the present invention may be a query operation in addition to a write operation, and in still other examples, the query operation may be a query operation of a patient or a query operation of a medical staff.
When the query operation is a query operation of a patient, on the basis of the data processing method based on a federation chain shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 6, which is a flowchart of a fourth implementation manner of the data processing method based on a federation chain according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the method may include:
s610, receiving an operation request sent by a client and identification information of a user requesting the operation.
In some examples, when a patient sends an operation request of an inquiry operation through the client, the identification information of the patient and the operation request of the inquiry operation may be sent to the server in the federation through the client. Thus, the server may receive an operation request including a query operation and identification information of the patient.
In some examples, when the medical information of the patient is stored in the electronic medical record, and the identification information such as the medical insurance number, the name or the identification number of the patient is also stored, the patient may send the identification information such as the medical insurance number, the name or the identification number of the patient to the server as the identification information when sending the identification information to the server through the client.
S620, based on the identification information of the patient, the inquiry authority of the patient is determined.
S630, when the query operation corresponding to the patient meets the query right of the patient, querying the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient in the electronic medical record, and sending the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to the client.
And S640, broadcasting query information for executing the query operation to the endorsement node server, and correspondingly storing the query information and the identification information of the patient into the alliance when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition and sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, wherein the query information comprises the query operation and the time for executing the query operation.
After receiving the identification information of the patient, the server may first query whether the identification information of the patient is stored in the federation, and if the identification information of the patient is stored in the federation, the server considers that the query operation of the patient meets the query permission. Therefore, the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient can be inquired in the electronic medical record, and the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient can be sent to the client.
In some examples, the server may call a query function in an intelligent contract stored in the server in advance, and query the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient in the electronic medical record.
After the electronic medical record to be queried by the patient is sent to the client corresponding to the patient, in order to enable the patient to obtain historical query information later, query information for executing query operation can be broadcasted to the endorsement node server, and when endorsement information meeting preset endorsement conditions and sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, the query information and identification information of the patient are correspondingly stored in the alliance.
In some examples, when the query operation is a query operation of a medical staff, on the basis of the federation chain-based data processing method shown in fig. 2, a possible implementation manner is further provided in the embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, which is a flowchart of a fifth implementation manner of a federation chain-based data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the method may include:
s710, receiving an operation request sent by a client and identification information of a user requesting the operation.
In some examples, when a medical staff sends an operation request of an inquiry operation through the client, the identification information of the medical staff and the operation request of the inquiry operation may be sent to the server in the federation through the client. Thus, the server may receive an operation request including the inquiry operation and the identification information of the medical staff.
In some examples, when the medical information of the patient is stored in the electronic medical record, and identification information such as the name or the qualified number of the doctor of the medical staff who fills the medical information of the patient is also stored, the medical staff may send the name or the qualified number of the doctor to the server as the identification information when sending the identification information to the server through the client. In some examples, the medical staff sends the identification information of the medical staff to the server at the same time, and sends the corresponding qualification code of the medical staff to the server.
In still other examples, when a medical staff queries the federation, it is common to query medical information of a certain patient, and therefore, when the medical staff sends a query operation, the medical staff also sends identification information of the patient to be queried.
S720, determining the inquiry authority of the medical staff based on the identification information of the medical staff and the qualification codes corresponding to the medical staff.
S730, when the inquiry operation corresponding to the medical staff meets the inquiry right of the medical staff, inquiring the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be inquired in the electronic medical record; and sending the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be inquired to the client.
And S740, broadcasting the query information for executing the query operation to the endorsement node server, and correspondingly storing the query information and the identification information of the medical staff in the alliance when the endorsement information which meets the preset endorsement condition and is sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, wherein the query information comprises the query operation and the time for executing the query operation.
After receiving the identification information of the medical staff and the qualification codes corresponding to the medical staff, the server can firstly inquire whether the identification information of the medical staff is stored in the alliance, and if the identification information of the medical staff is stored in the alliance, then the inquiry authority of the medical staff is determined based on the qualification codes corresponding to the medical staff.
In some examples, when the server determines the query right of the medical staff based on the qualification code corresponding to the medical staff, the query right of the medical staff may be determined through the correspondence between the qualification code and the operation right shown in table 1.
After the inquiry authority of the medical staff is determined, whether the inquiry operation requested by the operation request of the medical staff is the same as the inquiry authority of the medical staff can be judged, if so, the inquiry operation of the medical staff can be considered to meet the inquiry authority, and the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be inquired can be inquired in the electronic medical record; and sending the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be inquired to the client.
In some examples, the query operation may include content to be queried, for example, medical information corresponding to the primary qualification code to be queried, or medical information corresponding to the secondary qualification code.
In some examples, the server may call a query function in an intelligent contract pre-stored in the server to query an electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be queried in the electronic medical record.
After the electronic medical record to be queried by the medical staff is sent to the client corresponding to the medical staff, in order to enable a patient to obtain historical query information later, query information for executing query operation can be broadcast to the endorsement node server, and when endorsement information meeting preset endorsement conditions and sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, the query information and identification information of the medical staff are correspondingly stored in the alliance.
In still other examples, since different hospitals have different levels of qualification codes with different query authorities, the electronic medical records corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be queried are queried in the electronic medical records; when the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be inquired is sent to the client, the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be inquired can be inquired in the electronic medical record; and then, sending the electronic medical records which accord with the inquiry authority of medical personnel in the electronic medical records corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be inquired to the client.
For example, assuming that the electronic medical record corresponding to the first-level qualification code of the patient a, the electronic medical record corresponding to the second-level qualification code, and the electronic medical record corresponding to the third-level qualification code are stored in the federation, and assuming that the qualification code corresponding to the medical staff B is the second-level qualification code, all the electronic medical records of the patient a can be queried in the electronic medical records in the federation, and then the electronic medical record corresponding to the second-level qualification code corresponding to the medical staff B, that is, the electronic medical record corresponding to the first-level qualification code of the patient a and the electronic medical record corresponding to the second-level qualification code of the patient a, are sent to the client.
Therefore, the electronic medical records of the patients can be prevented from being inquired by medical personnel in a cross-level mode, and the safety of the medical information of the patients is further protected.
In still other examples, in order to implement cross-level query in an emergency, the server may be preset with query permissions in the emergency, for example, a flag in the emergency and query permissions correspondingly set for querying all medical information of a patient are set, when a medical staff needs to query the medical information of the patient in the emergency, an operation request of a query operation carrying the flag in the emergency may be sent through the client, and when the server receives the flag in the emergency, it may be considered that the query operation satisfies all query permissions, all medical information of the patient may be sent to the client. So that medical personnel can provide emergency treatment to the patient based on all medical information of the patient.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can realize the restriction of the operation of different persons and the recording of the operation of the persons meeting the operation authority, for example, for a patient, the above-mentioned alliance chain can only call the query function in the intelligent contract to query and return all medical information of the patient when determining that the query operation request is sent by the patient, and can also record the query operation of the patient.
The federation chain can call a writing function in the intelligent contract to write the medical information of the patient and record the writing operation of the medical staff when determining that the writing operation request is sent by the medical staff,
when the above-mentioned alliance chain determines that the query operation request is sent by the medical staff, it may call a query function in the intelligent contract to query the medical information of the patient, and record the query operation of the medical staff.
Specifically, when the medical staff has the first-level qualification code, only the medical information of the patient and the first-level qualification code of the medical staff can be written into the electronic medical record, and only the medical information of the patient corresponding to the first-level qualification code can be queried;
when the medical staff has the secondary qualification codes, the medical information of the patient and the secondary qualification codes of the medical staff can only be written into the electronic medical record, and the medical information of the patient corresponding to the primary qualification code and the medical information of the patient corresponding to the secondary qualification code can only be inquired;
when the medical staff has the third-level qualification code, the medical information of the patient and the third-level qualification code of the medical staff can be written into the electronic medical record, and the medical information of the patient corresponding to the first-level qualification code, the medical information of the patient corresponding to the second-level qualification code and the medical information of the patient corresponding to the third-level qualification code can also be inquired.
Corresponding to the above-mentioned method embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a data processing apparatus based on a federation chain, and as shown in fig. 8, is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus based on a federation chain according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus may be applied to a server in a data processing system based on a federation chain, the federation chain includes at least one federation, the federation chain includes a plurality of accounting node servers and a plurality of endorsement node servers, an electronic medical record in the federation chain is maintained by the plurality of accounting node servers, and each server is communicatively connected to at least one client.
As shown in fig. 8, the apparatus may include:
a first receiving module 810, configured to receive an operation request sent by a client and identification information of a user requesting an operation;
a first operation authority determining module 820, configured to determine an operation authority of a user requesting an operation based on identification information of the user requesting the operation;

In some examples, the operation request includes: writing operation, medical information to be written and corresponding patient information; the identification information of the user who requested the operation includes: identification information of medical personnel and corresponding qualification codes;
the first operation authority determining module 820 is specifically configured to: determining the writing authority of the medical personnel based on the qualification codes corresponding to the medical personnel;
the execution module 830 is specifically configured to: when the writing operation of the medical staff meets the writing right, writing the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information and the identification information of the medical staff into the electronic medical record;

The data processing system based on the alliance chain provided by the embodiment of the invention can receive an operation request sent by a client and identification information of a user requesting operation; firstly, determining the operation authority of a user requesting operation based on the identification information of the user requesting operation; then when the operation request meets the operation right, executing the operation corresponding to the operation request, and broadcasting the operation record information for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the endorsement node server; and when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, correspondingly storing the operation record information and the identification information into the alliance. In another embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a computer program product containing instructions, which when executed on a computer, causes the computer to perform the steps of the federation chain-based data processing method shown in any one of the above embodiments, for example, the following steps can be performed:
receiving an operation request sent by a client and identification information of a user requesting operation;
determining the operation authority of the user requesting the operation based on the identification information of the user requesting the operation;
when the operation request meets the operation right, executing the operation corresponding to the operation request, and broadcasting operation record information for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the endorsement node server;
and when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition and sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, correspondingly storing the operation record information and the identification information into the alliance.

receiving a registration request of the client, wherein the registration request carries identification information and a registration password of a user to be registered, the identification information of the user to be registered comprises a user name and a qualification code of the user to be registered, and the qualification code is an identification code preset for a medical institution corresponding to each server;
determining the operation authority corresponding to the identification information of the user to be registered based on the pre-established corresponding relationship between qualification codes and operation authorities and the qualification codes carried in the registration request;
storing the identification information of the user to be registered, the registration password and the corresponding operation authority in a database of the server;
receiving an operation request sent by the client and identification information of a user requesting operation;
determining the operation authority of the user requesting the operation based on the identification information of the user requesting the operation;
when the operation request meets the operation right, executing the operation corresponding to the operation request, and broadcasting operation record information for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the endorsement node server;
and when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, correspondingly storing the operation record information and the identification information into the alliance.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the operation request comprises: writing operation, medical information to be written and corresponding patient information; the identification information of the user requesting the operation includes: identification information of medical personnel and corresponding qualification codes;
the determining the operation authority of the user requesting the operation based on the identification information of the user requesting the operation comprises:
determining the writing authority of the medical personnel based on the qualification codes corresponding to the medical personnel;
when the operation request meets the operation right, executing the operation corresponding to the operation request, and broadcasting operation record information for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the endorsement node server; when endorsement information meeting preset endorsement conditions sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, the operation record information and the identification information are correspondingly stored in the alliance, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the writing operation of the medical staff meets the writing right, writing the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information and the identification information of the medical staff into the electronic medical record;
broadcasting the written information written in the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information and the identification information of the medical staff to the endorsement node server, wherein the written information further comprises writing time;
and when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition and sent by the endorsement node server is acquired, correspondingly storing the written information and the identification information of the medical staff into the alliance.

The method according to claim 2, wherein different hospitals have different levels of qualification codes with different write permissions, and the writing the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information, and the identification information of the medical staff into the electronic medical record comprises:
and writing the medical information to be written, the corresponding patient information and the identification information of the medical personnel into the electronic medical record according to the writing authority corresponding to the qualification code of the medical personnel.

The method according to claim 2, wherein when the federation chain includes a plurality of federations, the federation chain further includes a sequencing node server, the plurality of federations are divided according to a preset division condition, each federation further includes a master node server, and each master node server is in communication connection with the sequencing node server;
after the storing the written information corresponding to the identification information of the medical staff in the alliance, the method further comprises:
and sending the written information and the identification information of the medical staff to the sequencing node server through the main node server, so that the sequencing node server synchronizes the written information and the identification information of the medical staff to other alliances in the plurality of alliances.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the operation request includes a query operation, and the identification information of the user who requested the operation is identification information of a patient;
the determining the operation authority of the user requesting the operation based on the identification information of the user requesting the operation comprises:
determining query authority of the patient based on the identification information of the patient;
when the operation request meets the operation right, executing the operation corresponding to the operation request, and broadcasting operation record information for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the endorsement node server; when endorsement information meeting preset endorsement conditions sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, the operation record information and the identification information are correspondingly stored in the alliance, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the query operation corresponding to the patient meets the query right of the patient, querying an electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient in the electronic medical record, and sending the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to the client;
and broadcasting query information for executing the query operation to the endorsement node server, and correspondingly storing the query information and the identification information of the patient into the alliance when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition and sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, wherein the query information comprises the query operation and the time for executing the query operation.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the identification information of the user requesting the operation is identification information of a medical staff and a qualification code corresponding to the medical staff; the operation request comprises query operation and identification information of a patient to be queried;
the determining the operation authority of the user requesting the operation based on the identification information of the user requesting the operation comprises:
determining the inquiry authority of the medical personnel based on the qualification codes corresponding to the medical personnel;
when the operation request meets the operation right, executing the operation corresponding to the operation request, and broadcasting operation record information for executing the operation corresponding to the operation request to the endorsement node server; when endorsement information meeting preset endorsement conditions sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, the operation record information and the identification information are correspondingly stored in the alliance, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the query operation corresponding to the medical staff meets the query right of the medical staff, querying an electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be queried in the electronic medical record; sending the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be inquired to the client;
and broadcasting query information for executing the query operation to the endorsement node server, and correspondingly storing the query information and the identification information of the medical staff into the alliance when the endorsement information meeting the preset endorsement condition and sent by the endorsement node server is obtained, wherein the query information comprises the query operation and the time for executing the query operation.

The method according to claim 6, wherein different hospitals have different levels of qualification codes, the different levels of qualification codes have different query authorities, and when the query operation corresponding to the medical staff meets the query authority of the medical staff, the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be queried is queried in the electronic medical record; and sending the electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be queried to the client, including:
when the query operation corresponding to the medical staff meets the query right of the medical staff, querying an electronic medical record corresponding to the identification information of the patient to be queried in the electronic medical record;

A federation chain-based data processing system, the data processing system comprising a plurality of servers, the plurality of servers forming a federation chain, the federation chain including at least one federation, the federation chain including a plurality of accounting node servers and a plurality of endorsement node servers, electronic medical records in the federation chain being maintained by the plurality of accounting node servers, each of the servers being communicatively coupled to at least one client;
the server is used for receiving a registration request of a client, wherein the registration request carries identification information and a registration password of a user to be registered, the identification information of the user to be registered comprises a user name and qualification codes of the user to be registered, and the qualification codes are identification codes preset for medical institutions corresponding to each server;
