When the license plate identification of the entrance and exit is inconsistent, vehicles without the field can be rapidly filtered and found out according to the ETC data and the camera identification data obtained from the entrance and exit, and the pressure of toll collectors in the sentry box is reduced.

Background
Along with the gradual increase of automobile holding amount in China, parking space gaps are continuously enlarged, and the defects that a traditional parking lot system is not intelligent and convenient enough exist, the equipment which is installed quickly and is low in price and a license plate recognition system are urgently needed to be searched. In recent years, the license plate recognition system is rapidly developed in the traffic field, the recognition accuracy rate is greatly improved, and the camera is widely applied to the field of parking lots due to the advantages of low price, convenience in installation and the like, so that the traditional card parking mode is rapidly impacted, and the license plate recognition system is very popular at present.
The license plate recognition technology is an automatic license plate recognition technology based on image processing and Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and mainly adopts the idea of 'different license plates of different vehicles' to recognize the vehicles. When a vehicle enters a parking lot, the system automatically records data such as a vehicle photo, a license plate number, entrance time and the like by using a license plate recognition camera; when the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the system utilizes the license plate recognition camera to automatically record data such as a vehicle photo, a license plate number, leaving time and the like, and matches the data with the entering data to calculate the payment condition of the parking fee. However, when the camera identifies the license plate, the current license plate identification algorithm cannot achieve 100% accuracy due to the influence of objective factors such as illumination, the cleanliness of the license plate, rainy and snowy weather, vehicle queuing and the like, and the identification rate can be reduced under the conditions of intentional shielding, fouling and the like of the license plate. The method has the advantages that the identification of the part of the vehicles with the license plates is wrong, even the vehicles without the license plates are identified, once the identification of the part of the vehicles with the license plates is wrong at an entrance or an exit, the vehicles with the license plates cannot be accurately matched, the toll collector can search the accurate vehicles in all the vehicles in the field, if the traffic flow is thousands or even tens of thousands of large commercial parking lots, great examination can be brought to the toll collector, and accordingly, a technology capable of quickly finding out the vehicles without the license plates is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of license plate identification in the prior art, and designs a method for quickly and accurately identifying ETC vehicles on the spot. Therefore, through searching the OBU and analyzing the acquired license plate number image, two-vehicle cross comparison verification is carried out on two groups of data of the vehicle entering and exiting, when the two groups of data are within the threshold range, the vehicle entering and exiting is confirmed to be a vehicle corresponding to the vehicle entering and the license plate recognition technology can be used for recognizing the vehicle when the ETC device is detached or the ETC vehicle enters the vehicle due to some reason. 4) when a vehicle enters a field, a license plate is identified and/or a vehicle with ETC is opened when the license plate is identified; when the vehicle leaves, the first result of the leaving camera is matched with the first result of the entering, then the first result of the leaving is matched with the second result of the entering, then the second result of the leaving is matched with the first result of the entering, and finally the second result of the leaving is matched with the second result of the entering, and the four matching sequences are exited as long as any one of the four matching sequences is matched correctly, so that the fare calculation process is performed.
According to the identification method, if 1000 vehicles exist in the field, the field records cannot be found in all four matching sequences, vehicles entering the field in an ETC mode are filtered (ETC entering accounts for 50%), 500 vehicles are remained, two license plate numbers of entering cameras are compared, vehicles with consistent license plates are filtered (the license plate consistency rate of camera identification is 98%), only 10 vehicles are remained, and the 10 vehicles are sequentially ranked according to the highest similarity. After the filtering by the method, the workload of the toll collector of the sentry box is greatly reduced, originally, vehicles with wrong identification need to be searched in 1000 vehicles, and now only 10 vehicles need to be searched, and the searching workload is only 1% of the original searching workload.
Specifically, the process of acquiring the vehicle information by the camera module comprises the following steps:

and sending a signal to the camera again, starting a license plate identification process by the camera to obtain second license plate identification data, wherein the second license plate identification data does not participate in a logic judgment basis of switching off when the vehicle enters the field, and only after the system is switched off, uploading the second license plate identification data, the first license plate identification data and the ETC data to the server together.
The specific identification process comprises the steps of vehicle detection, image acquisition, preprocessing, license plate positioning, character segmentation, character identification and result output, and information such as license plate numbers, license plate colors and the like of vehicles can be obtained within 300ms, so that first license plate identification data is obtained.
The flow of the ETC module for acquiring the vehicle information comprises the following steps:
1) the ETC module reads system information of the module;
2) the lane control machine verifies the disassembly marker bit of the OBU, if the OBU is disassembled, the process is quitted, and if the OBU is not disassembled, the next step is carried out;
the lane control machine judges whether the vehicle is a blacklist, if the vehicle is the blacklist, the process is exited, and if the vehicle is not the blacklist, the license plate is stored for the next step;
the lane control machine judges whether the license plate number of the ESAM in the OBU of the vehicle is consistent with the card license plate number, if not, the process is quitted, and if so, the data is kept for the next step;
when the license plate recognition result is partially recognized wrongly due to some reason and the OBU is searched, the license plate numbers obtained by the two are aligned and matched, the license plate recognized by the camera is automatically corrected by the license plate searched by the RSU within the matching error set by the program, otherwise, the license plate is judged to be suspected to follow the vehicle, and the vehicle passes through according to the license plate recognition result. This enables identification data to be obtained for vehicles following the car in practice, preventing missing vehicles. Wherein the error can make the set error range operate 2 bit wrong. For example, the label license plate number character part 12345, the camera is identified as 12356, and the camera license plate is corrected by using the label license plate if the alignment matching of the two parts is in accordance with the error within 2 bits; if the camera is identified as 12456, the alignment is matched by three bits, and the error range is exceeded, the car is suspected to be followed.
