In many cross-border resource demand networks, cross-border resource transfer is often involved, and the transferring the resource corresponding to the provided resource information from the account of the resource provider to the resource receiving account may specifically include:
when the resource corresponding to the response information is provided in a cross-border mode, determining a cross-border transfer mechanism based on the resource demand information and the response information;
determining a resource exchange proportion based on the resource demand information and the response information;
determining the number of transferred resources based on the resource exchange proportion and the response information;
transferring, by the cross-border transfer mechanism, the transferred resource quantity into the resource receiving account.
In this embodiment, the cross-border transfer mechanism is an intermediary mechanism for implementing cross-border transfer of resources, and may be a bank, another financial mechanism, or a cross-border resource transfer platform.
In this embodiment, the resource demand information and the response information may include an identifier for identifying country information. For example, the nationality of the resource demander may be indicated in the identity information of the resource demander in the resource demand information, and the nationality of the resource provider may be indicated in the identity information of the resource provider in the response information. Alternatively, identification information that can be used to determine country information is included in the resource demand information and the response information. For example, the nationality information of the resource demander can be determined based on certain specific fields or identifications in the resource receiving account information, and the nationality information of the resource provider can be determined based on certain specific fields or identifications in the response account information; nationality information of the resource demander and the resource provider may also be determined based on the unit information of the resource demand amount and the response amount.
After the nationality information of the resource demander and the resource provider is determined, the cross-border transfer agency can be determined according to the two nationality information. If the resource demander and the resource provider are China and British, the determined cross-border transfer mechanism is an organization or a mechanism which can realize the cross-border resource transfer between China and British, and the cross-border transfer mechanism can also be a third party transfer platform based on the cross-border resource transfer.
After the cross-border transfer agency is determined, the resource exchange ratio of the resources involved in the cross-border transfer between the two countries or regions needs to be determined, and if the funds provided by the resource provider are different from the currencies of the funds required by the resource demanders, for example, the exchange rate between the two currencies needs to be determined. Wherein a first currency of the resource in demand is determined based on the resource demand information, a second currency of the resource provided is determined based on the response information, and then the latest exchange rate issued by the authority can be looked up to determine the exchange rate between the first currency and the second currency. In addition, in addition to finding the latest exchange rate released by an official, the exchange rate between the first currency and the second currency may be calculated by a custom in reference to a calculation formula or model of the exchange rate.
After the cross-border transfer mechanism and the resource exchange proportion are determined, the resource transfer operation can be initiated through the cross-border transfer mechanism: firstly, the quantity of the transferred resources is determined through the response information and the resource exchange ratio, wherein the quantity of the transferred resources is the same as the metering unit of the resource demand information. The transferred amount of resources is then transferred to the resource receiving account.
The transferring the transferred resource quantity to the resource receiving account by the cross-border transfer mechanism may specifically include:
deducting the transferred resource quantity corresponding to the provided resource information from the account of the resource provider, and transferring the resource quantity into the account of the cross-border transfer mechanism;
deducting the transferred resource amount from an account of the cross-border transfer authority;
transferring the transferred resource amount to the resource receiving account.
Wherein the cross-border transfer agency may have at least two accounts, a first account and a second account. The first account and the account of the resource provider can realize resource transfer, and further, the nationality of the opening place of the first account and the nationality of the opening place of the account of the resource provider can be the same. Similarly, the nationality of the second account opening place and the nationality of the resource receiving account opening place of the resource demand information may be the same, so that resource transfer may be realized. The above embodiments relate to the resource transfer step, which may be implemented uniformly by using a centralized platform, or implemented by using a decentralized blockchain network, and may relate to a plurality of related organizations or organizations to form a blockchain resource transfer network, which is completed by using an intelligent contract. writing information into the blockchain system that the total number of resource supplies received by the resource demander has reached demand;
issuing, based on the blockchain system, information to stop responding to the resource demand information.
In the above embodiment, the total amount of the source supplies may be filled into the blockchain system, and the resource demander or a management mechanism corresponding to the resource demander uploads the information that the total amount of the source supplies has met the requirement to the blockchain system, and after each node of the blockchain receives the information of stopping the response, the information of stopping the response may be issued, the corresponding information of the resource requirement may be deleted, and so on, so as to avoid repeated responses of the resource provider.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another resource requirement information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. From the viewpoint of a program, the execution subject of the flow may be a program installed in an application server or an application client. From the perspective of the device, the execution subject may be a device (or a server) of the certification authority, and the resource demander may register on a platform of the certification authority and issue the resource demand information. Then, the device (or server) of the certification authority serves as a blockchain node of the blockchain resource demand information platform, and then the resource demand information is uploaded to the blockchain system. The block chain system comprises a plurality of nodes, and each node corresponding entity can be a mechanism, a legal person, a natural person and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the process may include the following steps:
step 202: the certification authority acquires resource demand information sent by a resource demander, wherein the resource demand information comprises identity information of the resource demander and required resource information.
Resource demanders can upload resource demand information through a certification authority. Namely, the certification authority is a registered user of the blockchain resource demand information platform, the certification authority has a platform of the certification authority, and the resource demander can become a registered user of the certification authority through registration. When the resource demander needs to be rescued, the resource demand information can be issued on the platform of the certification authority.
Step 204: and auditing the resource demand information to obtain an auditing result.
The resource requirement information is checked, which can be the identity of the resource demander is verified, and the factual reality of the resource requirement is checked.
Step 206: and when the auditing result is that the resource is passed, determining the resource receiving account information of the resource demand information.
The resource receiving account can be determined in various ways, and can be determined according to the account of the resource demander, or a bank account can be set up again as the resource receiving account.

In the method of fig. 2, the certification authority uploads the resource demand information to the blockchain system, and issues the resource demand information and records the response information through the blockchain system, so that the authenticity of the resource demand information can be ensured based on the property of the blockchain that cannot be tampered with; moreover, the resource demand information is issued through the block chain, and as long as the resource demand information is uploaded to the block chain, the resource provider can quickly acquire the resource demand information from the block chain without delay caused by information transmission of an intermediate link, so that the resource demand information can be quickly transmitted to the resource provider, and the timeliness of resource demand information transmission is remarkably improved.
In addition, the certification authority verifies the content of the resource demand information and the identity information of the resource demander, and uploads the resource demand information to the block chain system corresponding to the block chain resource demand information platform after the verification is passed. Because the resource demand information is authenticated by the authentication mechanism, the method can not only improve the running speed of the block chain system, but also ensure the authenticity of the resource demand information.
The resource receiving account information for determining the resource demand information may be obtained by a plurality of methods, for example, the following two methods:
firstly, resource receiving account information of the resource demand information is set, and the resource receiving account information is an account of the certification authority.
The method can open an account separately, the account being opened on behalf of a certificate authority. However, the bank account can only be used to transfer the resource to the account of the resource demander. The method is convenient for the certification authority to carry out unified management and information statistics.
Secondly, acquiring account information of the resource demander; and determining the account information of the resource demander as resource receiving account information.
The method directly adopts the account of the resource demander as the resource receiving account, and the resource is directly transferred to the account of the resource demander. The method can avoid the condition of fund account arrival delay brought by the intermediate link and improve the timeliness of resource response.
In the two methods, the account may be a bank account or an account that receives an exact address of the material resource.
In some embodiments, the method may further comprise: and when the sum of the resource providing quantity received by the resource receiving account corresponding to the resource receiving account information is larger than the resource demand quantity corresponding to the demanded resource information, freezing the resource receiving account.
When the resource receiving account is a bank account of the certification authority, the certification authority may directly freeze the bank account. When the resource receiving account is a bank account of the resource demander, the certification authority may indirectly freeze the resource receiving account by sending a freeze request to a management platform or a management system of the resource receiving account.
In some embodiments, the method may further comprise: uploading information that the total amount of the resource supplies received by the resource receiving account has reached the requirement to the blockchain system; issuing, based on the blockchain system, information to stop responding to the resource demand information.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of another resource requirement information processing method provided in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method specifically includes the following steps:
1. the help seeker (resource demander) registers the user account on the management agency issuing platform and is authenticated by the authentication agency. The administrative authority and the certification authority may be the same authority or different authorities.

4. The donator (resource provider) sees the help information through the blockchain help information distribution platform (or blockchain cross-border remittance network).
5. The donators (resource providers) make donations over a blockchain cross-border remittance network.
6. After a remittance institution originating end in the block chain cross-border remittance network receives a remittance instruction and funds of a donor (resource provider), the remittance institution originating end firstly conducts pre-check on user information, fund attributes and the like, after the pre-check is passed, the remittance institution originating end sends an instruction to an intermediate liquidity institution, the cross-border transfer institution conducts money exchange according to interest rates provided by a transfer rate exchange organization, after the money exchange is completed, a remittance institution receiving end sends money in a forward account of the cross-border transfer institution to an account of a certification institution through the instruction, and meanwhile, after T +1 day, the remittance institution originating end and the cross-border transfer institution complete settlement.
7. The donation information (response information) is synchronized to the blockchain rescue information issuing platform for recording.
8. After the audit, the certification authority deposits the money to the payee account (resource receiving account).
In the method of fig. 3, the help seeker registers account information after the management mechanism authenticates, and issues the information to the blockchain network after the information is confirmed by the management mechanism when the information is issued, so that the information is uniformly managed and cannot be tampered. Meanwhile, overseas donors transfer cross-border money to help seekers in time through a cross-border block chain remittance network, and the condition that good rescue opportunities are missed due to low transfer timeliness is avoided.
After the method is used, the resource demand information is uniformly authenticated and released, and the chain is linked, the information can be traced and cannot be tampered after being made, so that the method is open and transparent, and the false rumbling information is avoided. Through the block chain cross-border network, accounts can timely and effectively reach the resource demander, the resource demander can be timely rescued, meanwhile, the fund in-transit time is effectively shortened, and the fund use efficiency is improved.
The resource requirement of the above embodiment is the fund, and the donator donates the recourse for free, belonging to the charitable behavior. Alternatively, the help seeker could ask for help from food or medical substances, in which case the resource receiving account could be a specific shipping address, or a shipping facility such as the XX red of China.
In addition, the scheme provided by the specification can also be used for normal material purchasing, the resource demand information can be an offer invitation sent by a resource demander, and at the moment, the resource demand information can also include a reward corresponding to the resource. Claims (24)

1. A resource demand information processing method includes:
acquiring resource demand information to be issued, wherein the resource demand information comprises identity information of resource demanders, required resource information and resource receiving account information;
storing the resource demand information in a blockchain system so as to issue the resource demand information based on the blockchain system;
acquiring response information aiming at the resource demand information, wherein the response information comprises identity information of a resource provider and provided resource information;
when it is determined that the resource receiving account corresponding to the resource receiving account information receives the resource corresponding to the resource information provided by the resource provider, storing the response information into the blockchain system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring resource demand information to be issued specifically comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining resource demand information sent by a certification authority, wherein the certification authority is used for obtaining the resource demand information sent by a resource demander and certifying the resource demand information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring resource demand information to be issued specifically comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining resource demand information sent by a resource demander, wherein the resource demand information also comprises authentication information of an authentication mechanism.
4. The method of claim 1, after the obtaining response information for the resource demand information, the method further comprising:
performing compliance verification on the identity information of the resource provider and the attribute of the provided resource information to obtain a verification result;
and when the verification result is that the resource is passed, transferring the resource corresponding to the provided resource information from the account of the resource provider to the resource receiving account.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the transferring the resource corresponding to the provided resource information from the account of the resource provider to the resource receiving account specifically includes:
when the resource corresponding to the response information is provided in a cross-border mode, determining a cross-border transfer mechanism based on the resource demand information and the response information;
determining a resource exchange proportion based on the resource demand information and the response information;
determining the number of transferred resources based on the resource exchange proportion and the response information;
transferring, by the cross-border transfer mechanism, the transferred resource quantity into the resource receiving account.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the transferring the resource corresponding to the provided resource information from the account of the resource provider to the resource receiving account specifically includes:
when the resource corresponding to the response information is provided in the environment, the resource corresponding to the provided resource information is transferred from the account of the resource provider to the resource receiving account through an environment transfer mechanism.
7. The method according to claim 1, when the response information of the resource demand information is plural, the method further comprising:
determining a total number of resource offerings for the resource demand information from a plurality of the response information;
and judging whether the total quantity of the resource supplies exceeds the quantity of the resource demands corresponding to the required resource information, and if so, limiting the account of the resource demander to continue receiving the resource.
8. The method of claim 7, after said restricting the account of the resource demander to continue receiving resources, the method further comprising:
writing information into the blockchain system that the total number of resource supplies received by the resource demander has reached demand;
issuing, based on the blockchain system, information to stop responding to the resource demand information.
9. A resource demand information processing method includes:
the method comprises the steps that a certification authority acquires resource demand information sent by a resource demander, wherein the resource demand information comprises identity information of the resource demander and required resource information;
auditing the resource demand information to obtain an auditing result;
when the auditing result is that the resource needs are passed, determining resource receiving account information of the resource demand information;
uploading the resource demand information and the resource receiving account information to a blockchain system so as to issue the resource demand information based on the blockchain system;
and when the resource receiving account corresponding to the resource receiving account information is determined to receive the resource, storing response information corresponding to the resource into the block chain system.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the determining the resource receiving account information of the resource demand information specifically includes:
setting resource receiving account information of the resource demand information, wherein a resource receiving account corresponding to the resource receiving account information is an account of the certification authority;
or
Acquiring account information of the resource demander;
and determining the account information of the resource demander as resource receiving account information.
11. The method of claim 9, the method further comprising:
and when the sum of the resource providing quantity received by the resource receiving account corresponding to the resource receiving account information is larger than the resource demand quantity corresponding to the demanded resource information, freezing the resource receiving account.
12. The method of claim 11, the method further comprising:
uploading information that the total amount of the resource supplies received by the resource receiving account has reached the requirement to the blockchain system;
issuing, based on the blockchain system, information to stop responding to the resource demand information.
13. A resource demand information processing apparatus comprising:
the resource demand information acquisition module is used for acquiring resource demand information to be issued, wherein the resource demand information comprises identity information of resource demanders, required resource information and resource receiving account information;
the resource demand information storage module is used for storing the resource demand information in a blockchain system so as to issue the resource demand information based on the blockchain system;
a response information obtaining module, configured to obtain response information for the resource demand information, where the response information includes identity information of a resource provider and provided resource information;
and the response information storage module is used for storing the response information into the block chain system when determining that the resource receiving account corresponding to the resource receiving account information receives the resource corresponding to the resource information provided by the resource provider.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the resource requirement information obtaining module is specifically configured to:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining resource demand information sent by a certification authority, wherein the certification authority is used for obtaining the resource demand information sent by a resource demander and certifying the resource demand information.
15. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the resource requirement information obtaining module is specifically configured to:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining resource demand information sent by a resource demander, wherein the resource demand information also comprises authentication information of an authentication mechanism.
16. The apparatus of claim 13, the apparatus further comprising:
the verification module is used for performing compliance verification on the identity information of the resource provider and the attribute of the provided resource information to obtain a verification result;
and the resource transfer module is used for transferring the resource corresponding to the provided resource information from the account of the resource provider to the resource receiving account when the verification result is that the resource passes.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the resource transfer module specifically comprises:
the cross-border transfer mechanism determining unit is used for determining a cross-border transfer mechanism based on the resource demand information and the response information when the resource corresponding to the response information is provided for cross-border;
the resource exchange ratio determining unit is used for determining the resource exchange ratio based on the resource demand information and the response information;
a transferred resource quantity determination unit for determining the transferred resource quantity based on the resource exchange ratio and the response information;
and the resource transfer unit is used for transferring the transferred resource quantity to the resource receiving account through the cross-border transfer mechanism.
18. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the resource transfer module is specifically configured to:
when the resource corresponding to the response information is provided in the environment, the resource corresponding to the provided resource information is transferred from the account of the resource provider to the resource receiving account through an environment transfer mechanism.
19. A resource demand information processing apparatus comprising:
the resource demand information acquisition module is used for acquiring resource demand information sent by a resource demander by an authentication mechanism, wherein the resource demand information comprises identity information of the resource demander and required resource information;
the auditing module is used for auditing the resource demand information to obtain an auditing result;
the resource receiving account determining module is used for determining the resource receiving account information of the resource demand information when the auditing result is passed;
the resource demand information publishing module is used for uploading the resource demand information and the resource receiving account information to a blockchain system so as to publish the resource demand information based on the blockchain system;
and the response information storage module is used for storing the response information corresponding to the resource into the block chain system when the resource receiving account corresponding to the resource receiving account information is determined to receive the resource.

The apparatus according to claim 19, wherein the resource receiving account determining module is specifically configured to set up resource receiving account information of the resource demand information, and a resource receiving account corresponding to the resource receiving account information is an account of the certificate authority.
21. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the resource receiving account determining module specifically comprises:
the account information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the account information of the resource demander;
and the resource receiving account determining unit is used for determining the account information of the resource demander as the resource receiving account information.
22. A resource demand information processing apparatus comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,

23. A resource demand information processing apparatus comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
