And the chaining module is in communication connection with the fingerprint verification module, and after the fingerprint verification module performs fingerprint verification on the warehoused commodities and the warehoused commodities, the warehoused commodities and the warehouse-out commodity information are extracted and block chaining operation is performed. After the warehousing examination and approval registration unit finishes warehousing examination and approval registration work on warehoused commodities or the export record registration unit finishes commodity export record registration work, system management personnel or operating personnel input fingerprint information by using the fingerprint input module, and after the warehouse management system is matched with the fingerprint information of the system management personnel or the operating personnel, next chain linking operation is carried out through fingerprint verification on the warehoused commodities and the warehoused commodities. The chain linking module acquires two-dimensional code or bar code information of the goods in or out of the warehouse and adds corresponding in and out of the warehouse record in the goods information, and then packages and sends the goods in the block chain to carry out chain linking operation. The commodity warehousing and ex-warehousing information is subjected to uplink operation of the block chain, so that reliable service can be provided for information inquiry of downstream logistics, feasibility is provided for logistics traceability, the commodity warehousing and ex-warehousing information is more public and transparent, and counterfeiting and tampering of commodity logistics information are prevented.
The Java-based warehouse management system is also provided with a monitoring module, and the monitoring module comprises a camera for shooting and framing scenes at a certain frequency when commodities are put in and out of a warehouse and a graphic processing unit for compressing framing pictures. The monitoring module is in communication connection with the fingerprint verification module and the chain loading module, responds to the fingerprint verification module to perform verification operation on the warehouse-in and warehouse-out commodity information or the chain loading module extracts the warehouse-in commodity information and performs block chain loading operation, shoots and views a plurality of pictures of warehouse-in and warehouse-out scenes at a certain frequency, and the image processing unit compresses the view-viewed pictures according to a certain compression ratio, extracts the hash value of the compressed picture information and feeds the hash value back to the chain loading module.
As a preferred technical scheme, the monitoring module responds to a fingerprint verification module to perform verification operation on the in-out warehouse commodity information or an uplink module extracts the in-warehouse commodity information and performs block chain uplink operation, and judges a time interval between the fingerprint verification module performing verification operation on the in-out warehouse commodity information and the uplink module extracting the in-warehouse commodity information and performing block chain uplink operation, if the time interval is greater than preset time, shooting view finding failure information is fed back to the administrator verification subunit and the fingerprint verification module, otherwise, shooting view finding success information is fed back to the administrator verification subunit and the fingerprint verification module; if the administrator verification subunit and/or the fingerprint verification module receives shooting view finding failure information, the system regards that the verification of the commodity information in and out of the warehouse is wrong, and refuses to update the commodity data in the warehouse management system data and feed back prompt information; if the administrator verification subunit and the fingerprint verification module receive the shooting and framing success information, the system regards that the information of the commodities entering and leaving the warehouse is verified to be correct, the commodity data in the warehouse management system data are confirmed to be updated, and prompt information is fed back; the commodity data in the warehouse management system database comprises warehouse-in and warehouse-out commodity information, a plurality of pictures shot and framed by the camera at a certain frequency in a warehouse-in and warehouse-out scene of the warehouse commodity, and an image processing unit, wherein the image processing unit is used for compressing the plurality of framed pictures according to a certain compression ratio and extracting the hash value of the compressed picture information.
By arranging the monitoring module, whether the time interval between the verification operation of the fingerprint verification module on the warehouse-in and warehouse-out commodity information and the block chain chaining operation of the block chain extracting and warehousing commodity information by the chain chaining module is larger than the preset time or not is judged, the artificial tampering of the commodity warehouse-in and warehouse-out information can be avoided, the accuracy and the effectiveness of the commodity information before chain chaining are ensured, and the reliability of the commodity data in the warehouse management system database is improved.
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a Java-based warehouse management method, which comprises the following steps:
inquiring and updating administrator information, user information, inventory information, warehousing examination and approval registration information and ex-warehouse record registration information in a system database through an administrator module;
and inquiring warehouse article information, the number of the stored commodities and commodity warehousing and ex-warehousing information through the user module.
Accordingly, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the warehouse management method described above.
In summary, the Java-based warehouse management system and method disclosed by the present invention have the following beneficial technical effects:
1. because the front end and the back end of the Java-based warehouse management system are separated, and the B/S mode greatly simplifies the workload of a client, the access to a database and the execution of an application program are completed by a server, inventory articles can be managed conveniently, and the records and the operations of purchasing and ex-warehouse articles are carried out, so that logistics articles of an enterprise can be recorded more clearly and clearly, the correct judgment is made on material purchasing and market, the supply guarantee capability of the enterprise is improved, and the market competitiveness is enhanced.
