determining the sum of the standard workload of each department according to the standard workload of each department under each service type;
and determining the workload grade of each department according to the sum of the standard workloads of each department.

The workload determination method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the workload of each department under each business type according to the business type of the business contained in each department comprises: if each department comprises marketing business, acquiring contract payment and using the contract payment as workload of the marketing business;
the step of converting the workload of each department under various service types into the standard workload of each department under various service types according to the standard workload conversion model corresponding to each service type comprises the following steps: converting the workload of each department under the marketing service into the standard workload of each department under the marketing service according to the contract-to-sum and the first standard workload conversion model;
