Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting a littering garbage behavior based on a skeleton point fusion circular cavity convolution. The method comprises the steps of collecting an image set containing a random garbage behavior for pre-training; acquiring an image training set of individuals with littering behaviors in an image set after pre-training, and manually defining the distribution of human skeleton points of the littering behaviors for the images; making a skeleton point heat map of each image in an image training set based on the distribution of the skeleton points of the human body; constructing a random garbage behavior detection network based on the skeleton point fusion circular cavity convolution; inputting the pre-trained image set into a random-loss garbage behavior detection network, and iteratively updating the network by using a gradient descent method to obtain an optimal random-loss garbage behavior detection network; and inputting the detection images of continuous frames in the test set into an optimal random garbage behavior detection network, acquiring a corresponding bone point distribution sequence, calculating the similarity, and judging whether the random garbage behavior is the random garbage behavior.
