For avoiding when ambient temperature is lower, because the temperature of walk-in satisfies cold-stored temperature demand and does not open the compressor for a long time and lead to the temperature rise of freezer can not satisfy its freezer temperature demand, generally set up compensation heater like the compensation heater strip in the walk-in, work through the compensation heater strip promotes the walk-in temperature and makes the compressor open in order to realize the refrigeration to the freezer, make the temperature of freezer satisfy the demand, but the start-stop control of present compensation heater strip is generally just opened when the room temperature is less than the default and the compressor is closed, the higher problem of freezer temperature when its control still can bring ambient temperature when slightly high cold-stored room temperature satisfies the demand.

The embodiment of the invention provides a control method for a refrigerator. The refrigerator is a single-system refrigeration refrigerator, the refrigerator comprises a plurality of compartments such as a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber, and also comprises a temperature-changing compartment, and a refrigeration system mainly formed by connecting an evaporator, a condenser, a refrigerant pipeline and a compressor is arranged in the refrigerator so as to refrigerate each compartment of the refrigerator. Wherein, each compartment such as a refrigerating compartment, a freezing compartment and a temperature-changing compartment is respectively provided with a refrigerating compartment evaporator and a freezing compartment evaporator, and the evaporators are connected in series in turn. Each compartment is provided with a temperature sensor such as a refrigerating temperature sensor of a refrigerating chamber, a freezing temperature sensor of a freezing chamber, and an environment temperature sensor for detecting the environment temperature of the refrigerator. The whole refrigeration system of the refrigerator controls the compressor to be started and stopped according to the temperature detected by the refrigeration temperature sensor, namely, the compressor is started when the refrigeration requirement exists in the refrigerating chamber, and the compressor is controlled when the refrigeration requirement does not exist in the refrigerating chamber. The single system refrigerator is preferably a direct air-cooled refrigerator, i.e., the freezing chamber is air-cooled and the refrigerating chamber is direct-cooled. The refrigerating requirement of the refrigerating chamber is generally determined by the set temperature of the refrigerating chamber, the ambient temperature and the refrigerating chamber temperature detected by the refrigerating temperature sensor, if the refrigerating chamber temperature is higher than the refrigerating chamber on-compression temperature, the compressor is controlled to be on, and if the refrigerating chamber temperature is lower than the refrigerating chamber off-compressor temperature, the compressor is controlled to be off. And the freezer generally still is provided with the fan to the freezer transport air conditioning, when the compressor is opened, if the freezer has the refrigeration demand, opens in order to carry air conditioning to the freezer through control fan for the temperature in the freezer satisfies freezing demand temperature, and if the temperature in the freezer reaches freezing demand temperature then control fan closes and stops to carry air conditioning to the freezer. The specific control rules for controlling the refrigerating chamber and the freezing chamber to achieve the respective refrigerating temperature requirements belong to the prior art, and are not described herein again. In order to prevent the temperature of the freezing chamber from being too high to meet the refrigerating requirement of the freezing chamber, a compensation heater such as a compensation heating wire is arranged in the refrigerating chamber to heat the refrigerating chamber, so that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is increased to meet the starting requirement of the compressor, and the freezing chamber is also refrigerated.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a flowchart of a control method for a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the control method includes:
step S100, determining that a freezing chamber meets the refrigeration requirement;
step S200, obtaining the refrigerating temperature of the refrigerating chamber;
in step S300, the compensation heater is controlled to maintain the refrigerating temperature between a first temperature threshold and a second temperature threshold, wherein the first temperature threshold is associated with the refrigerating shutdown temperature of the refrigerating chamber, and the second temperature threshold is associated with the refrigerating startup temperature of the refrigerating chamber.
In step S100, the refrigeration requirement of the freezing chamber depends on the set temperature of the freezing chamber, the ambient temperature and the freezing temperature detected by the freezing temperature sensor, and the temperature of the refrigeration requirement and the temperature of the refrigeration-free requirement are determined according to the set temperature of the freezing chamber and the ambient temperature, and then compared with the freezing chamber temperature, it can be determined whether the refrigeration requirement is currently needed. If the current set temperature of the freezing chamber is-15 ℃ and the ambient temperature is 5 ℃, the temperature of the determined refrigeration requirement is-17 ℃ and the temperature of the refrigeration-free requirement is-14 ℃, then according to the comparison between the temperature of the freezing chamber and the ambient temperature, the refrigeration requirement is determined to be met if the temperature is higher than the refrigeration requirement, and the refrigeration requirement is determined to be not met if the temperature is lower than the refrigeration-free requirement.
After it is determined that the freezing chamber has a cooling demand, the refrigerating chamber temperature may be detected by the refrigerating chamber temperature sensor and the operation of the compensating heating wire may be controlled according to the refrigerating chamber temperature to maintain the temperature of the refrigerating chamber between the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold at steps S200 and S300. The first temperature interval determined by the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold is associated with the second temperature interval determined by the refrigerating shutdown temperature and the refrigerating startup temperature of the refrigerating chamber. Specifically, the temperature of the first temperature interval is higher than that of the second temperature interval, that is, the first temperature threshold is higher than the refrigeration stop temperature, and the second temperature threshold is higher than the refrigeration start-up temperature. Two conditions can exist, wherein all the temperatures of the first temperature interval are above all the temperatures of the second temperature interval, namely the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold are both greater than the refrigerating shutdown temperature and the refrigerating startup temperature; or the first temperature interval and the second temperature interval have a temperature superposition area, but the upper limit of the first temperature interval, namely the second temperature threshold value, is greater than the refrigeration starting temperature, and the lower limit of the first temperature interval, namely the first temperature threshold value, is greater than the refrigeration stopping temperature and is less than the refrigeration starting temperature. The temperature setting of the first temperature interval is higher than that of the second temperature interval, so that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber rises to the refrigerating starting temperature, the compressor is kept in an opening state, the freezing chamber evaporator is always in a refrigerating state when the freezing chamber has a refrigerating requirement, and the temperature of the freezing chamber is always reduced to reach the temperature of the refrigerating requirement of the freezing chamber. Therefore, the situation that the temperature of the freezing chamber cannot meet the freezing and refrigerating requirements due to the fact that the compensation heating wire is not opened when the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is low in the prior art is avoided. It is worth to say that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber can be kept rising when the supplementary heating wire and the compressor are simultaneously started by reasonably selecting the device parameters of the compensating heating wire, so that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is always above the starting temperature of the refrigerating chamber, the compressor is always in a starting state, and the temperature of the freezing chamber meets the freezing and refrigerating temperature requirement.
The control method for the refrigerator comprises the steps of obtaining the refrigerating temperature of the refrigerating chamber under the condition that the freezing chamber meets the refrigerating requirement, and controlling the compensation heater to work, so that the refrigerating temperature is kept between a first temperature threshold and a second temperature threshold, wherein the first temperature threshold is associated with the refrigerating stop temperature of the refrigerating chamber, and the second temperature threshold is associated with the refrigerating start-up temperature of the refrigerating chamber. Therefore, when the freezing chamber has refrigeration requirement, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is above the refrigeration starting temperature, so that the compressor is in an opening state, and the temperature of the freezing chamber is reduced until the refrigeration requirement is met. Therefore, the situation that the temperature of the freezing chamber cannot reach the required freezing and refrigerating temperature when the supplementary heating wire is closed due to the fact that the freezing chamber has the refrigerating requirement and the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is low in the prior art is overcome.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to maintain a reasonable relationship between a first temperature interval determined by a first temperature threshold and a second temperature interval determined by a refrigerating shutdown temperature and a refrigerating startup temperature of the refrigerating chamber, so that when the refrigerating chamber has a refrigerating requirement, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is not too high to affect the refrigerating temperature of the refrigerating chamber when the heating wire is turned on, the first temperature threshold is set to be higher than the refrigerating shutdown temperature by a first temperature value, and/or the second temperature threshold is set to be higher than the refrigerating startup temperature by a second temperature value, preferably, the first temperature threshold is higher than the refrigerating shutdown temperature by the first temperature value and the second temperature threshold is higher than the refrigerating startup temperature by the second temperature value, wherein the first temperature value and the second temperature value range from 1 ℃ to 3 ℃. The first temperature value and the second temperature value may be the same or different. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing a first temperature threshold, a second temperature threshold, a refrigeration stop temperature and a refrigeration start-up temperature in a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The first temperature threshold is compensation heating wire starting temperature T _ Heat _ on, the second temperature threshold is compensation heating wire stopping temperature T _ Heat _ off, the refrigeration stopping temperature is compressor stopping temperature T _ Comp _ off, and the refrigeration starting temperature is compressor stopping temperature T _ Comp _ on. The first temperature value and the second temperature value are the same and are both M deg.c in fig. 2. For example, M.degree.C.may be selected to be 2 degree.C.
Taking the starting temperature T _ Heat _ on of the compensation heating wire as 7 ℃, the stopping temperature T _ Heat _ off of the compensation heating wire as 11 ℃, the stopping temperature T _ Comp _ off of the compressor as 5 ℃, and the starting temperature T _ Comp _ on of the compressor as 9 ℃ as an example, the following describes the process of the compressor operation and the compensation heating wire operation to meet the refrigerating temperature requirement of the freezing chamber.
When the freezing chamber has a refrigerating temperature demand, the controller of the refrigerator acquires the current temperature of the refrigerating chamber, if the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is relatively low, such as 4 ℃, the temperature is below the starting temperature T _ Heat _ on, namely 7 ℃ of the compensation heating wire according to the control rule, so as to control the compensation heating wire to be opened, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is accordingly increased, when the temperature is increased to be higher than the starting temperature T _ Comp _ on, namely 9 ℃, the controller controls the compressor to be opened, when the compensation heating wire and the compressor are simultaneously opened, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber can still be slowly increased, further the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is continuously increased to be higher than the stopping temperature T _ Heat _ off, namely 11 ℃, the compensation heating wire is controlled to be closed, because the compressor is still opened, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber can be decreased, when the temperature is decreased to be lower than the starting temperature T _ Heat _ on, namely 7 ℃, the compensation, so that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber continues to rise until the temperature rises to be higher than 11 ℃ again, and the compensation heating wire is controlled to stop. Therefore, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is maintained between the starting temperature T _ Heat _ on (namely 7 ℃) of the compensation heating wire and the stopping temperature T _ Heat _ off (namely 11 ℃), and the compressor is kept on all the time in the subsequent process, so that the temperature of the freezing chamber is reduced all the time until the refrigerating temperature of the freezing chamber is reached. When the temperature of the freezing chamber reaches the freezing chamber refrigerating temperature, the refrigerating requirement of the freezing chamber is canceled, and the on-off of the compressor is controlled only according to the conventional control rule of the refrigerating chamber, namely the compressor is controlled to be turned on when the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is higher than the starting temperature T _ Comp _ on of the compressor, and the compressor is controlled to be turned off when the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is lower than the stopping temperature T _ Comp _ off of the compressor, so that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is maintained between the stopping temperature T _ Comp _ off of the compressor and the starting temperature T _ Comp _ on of the compressor. And only when the temperature of the freezing chamber rises next time and the freezing chamber is determined to have the refrigeration requirement, the compensation heating wire and the compressor are installed with the control rule again to control the opening and the closing, so that the compensation heating wire is kept in an open state during the opening of the compressor to meet the refrigeration requirement of the freezing chamber.
It can be seen from the above control rules that when the freezing chamber has a refrigeration demand, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is a small temperature higher than the temperature interval determined by the compressor stop temperature T _ Comp _ off and the compressor stop temperature T _ Comp _ on, such as M ° c, and since the value range of M ° c is 1 ℃ -3 ℃ which is a reasonable small range temperature value, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber does not rise too high, and the temperature can be maintained to substantially meet the refrigeration demand state, so that the above control rules meet the refrigeration temperature demand of the freezing chamber while slightly raising the temperature of the refrigerating chamber, thereby taking into account the refrigeration temperature demands of the two chambers.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the control method further includes:
step S400, determining that the refrigerating chamber has no refrigerating requirement;
step S500, keeping the compensating heater off.
In this embodiment, when the temperature of the freezing chamber is decreased to thereby satisfy the refrigerating temperature demand, and it is thus confirmed that there is no refrigerating demand, the supplementary heater, i.e., the compensation heating wire, is controlled to be turned off and maintained in a turned-off state, so that the compressor is controlled to be turned on and off according to the normal temperature control rule of the refrigerating chamber, thereby achieving that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber satisfies the refrigerating temperature demand thereof, and energy is saved due to the turning-off of the compensation heating wire.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first temperature value and the second temperature value are related to an ambient temperature of the refrigerator. In this embodiment, the specific values of the first temperature value and the second temperature value may be determined according to the ambient temperature of the refrigerator, for example, the first temperature value and the second temperature value may be set to be slightly higher when the temperature is high, and the first temperature value and the second temperature value may be set to be slightly lower when the temperature is low, because the first temperature value and the second temperature value determine that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is higher than a range value of the refrigerating temperature when the refrigerating chamber requires refrigeration, the size of the range value affects the distribution of the time for opening and closing the compensation heating wire in the working process, if the range value is larger, the working time of the compensation heating wire is larger, and otherwise, the working time is smaller. The working time of the compensation heating wire is related to the ambient temperature by relating the ambient temperature with the range value, so that the power of the compensation heating wire is flexibly adjusted according to the ambient temperature, the energy loss caused by heating of the compensation heating wire is saved, and the power consumption of the refrigerator is finally saved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a control device for the refrigerator. The refrigerator is a single-system refrigeration refrigerator such as an air-cooled direct-cooling refrigerator, namely, a freezing chamber is in an air-cooled type and a refrigerating chamber is in a direct-cooling type. The refrigerator is also internally provided with a refrigerating system which is mainly formed by connecting an evaporator, a condenser, a refrigerant pipeline and a compressor, and each compartment is internally provided with a temperature sensor such as a refrigerating temperature sensor of a refrigerating chamber and a freezing temperature sensor of a freezing chamber and an environment temperature sensor for detecting the environment temperature of the refrigerator.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a block diagram of a control apparatus for a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the control apparatus includes:
a refrigerating temperature sensor 20 installed at the refrigerating compartment to detect a temperature of the refrigerating compartment;
a processor 10 (such as the MCU shown in fig. 3) configured to: determining that the freezing chamber meets the refrigeration requirement; acquiring a refrigerating temperature of the refrigerating compartment from a refrigerating temperature sensor 20; and controlling the compensation heater 50 to maintain the refrigeration temperature between a first temperature threshold associated with the refrigeration shutdown temperature of the refrigeration compartment and a second temperature threshold associated with the refrigeration startup temperature of the refrigeration compartment.
Examples of processor 10 may include, but are not limited to, a general purpose processor, a special purpose processor, a conventional processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a plurality of microprocessors, one or more microprocessors in association with a DSP core, a controller, a microcontroller, Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) circuits, any other type of Integrated Circuit (IC), a state machine, and the like.
The refrigeration requirement of the freezing chamber in this embodiment depends on the set temperature of the freezing chamber, the ambient temperature and the freezing chamber temperature detected by the refrigerating temperature sensor 30, and the temperature of the refrigeration requirement and the temperature of the refrigeration-free requirement are determined by the set temperature of the freezing chamber and the ambient temperature, and then compared with the freezing chamber temperature, whether the refrigeration requirement is currently required can be determined.
After it is determined that there is a refrigerating demand in the freezing chamber, the refrigerating chamber temperature may be detected by the refrigerating temperature sensor 20, and the operation of the compensating heating wire is controlled according to the refrigerating chamber temperature to maintain the temperature of the refrigerating chamber between the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold.
In the control device for the refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present invention, the processor 10 obtains the refrigerating temperature of the refrigerating chamber through the refrigerating temperature sensor 20 and controls the operation of the compensation heater 50 in a case where it is determined that the freezing chamber satisfies the refrigerating requirement, so that the refrigerating temperature is maintained between a first temperature threshold value and a second temperature threshold value, wherein the first temperature threshold value is associated with the refrigerating shutdown temperature of the refrigerating chamber, and the second temperature threshold value is associated with the refrigerating startup temperature of the refrigerating chamber.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the processor 10 is further configured to: it is determined that there is no refrigeration demand on the freezer compartment and the make-up heater 50 is kept off.
In this embodiment, the specific values of the first temperature value and the second temperature value may be determined according to the ambient temperature of the refrigerator, where the ambient temperature may be detected by the processor 10 from the ambient temperature sensor 40, if the temperature is high, the first temperature value and the second temperature value may be set to be slightly higher, and if the temperature is low, the first temperature value and the second temperature value may be set to be slightly lower, because the first temperature value and the second temperature value determine that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is higher than a range value of the refrigerating temperature when the refrigerating chamber has a refrigerating requirement, and the size of the range value affects the distribution of the time for opening and closing the compensation heater wire in the working process, if the range value is larger, the working time of the compensation heater wire is larger, otherwise, the working time is smaller.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a refrigerator, which comprises the control device for the refrigerator. The control device overcomes the problem that the temperature of the freezing chamber cannot reach the required freezing and refrigerating temperature when the supplementary heating wire is closed due to the fact that the freezing chamber has the refrigerating requirement and the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is low in the prior art.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a machine-readable storage medium having computer-readable instructions stored thereon, which are used for enabling the processor 10 to execute the control method for the refrigerator described above when the processor 10 described above executes the computer-readable instructions.
Those skilled in the art can understand that all or part of the steps in the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by a program instructing related hardware, where the program is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a (which may be a single chip, a chip, etc.) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps in the method for implementing each embodiment of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
In addition, various different embodiments of the present invention may be arbitrarily combined with each other, and the embodiments of the present invention should be considered as disclosed in the disclosure of the embodiments of the present invention as long as the embodiments do not depart from the spirit of the embodiments of the present invention.
