Description

Multi-split air conditioning system and control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a multi-split air conditioner system and a control method thereof.
Background
Currently, in a multi-split air conditioning system, when some indoor units are turned on, refrigerant is distributed to the turned-on indoor units, and the refrigerant pipeline of the turned-off indoor unit is turned off. However, since the cooling/heating is performed in two circulation modes with opposite flow directions, the refrigerant accumulation in the indoor unit may occur due to one-direction flow, and to avoid this, the expansion valve of the indoor unit is usually opened to a smaller opening degree to ensure that the accumulated refrigerant can be circulated out. However, if the flow rate of the refrigerant is large, noise may occur, which may affect the user experience.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem of how to effectively reduce abnormal sound generated by shutdown of part of indoor units in a multi-split air conditioning system.
In order to solve the above problem, in a first aspect, the present invention provides an air conditioning system, including a circulation loop having an expansion valve, and further including a bypass loop connected in parallel with the expansion valve, where the bypass loop includes an electronic valve and a capillary tube.
Therefore, when part of indoor units in the multi-split air-conditioning system are shut down, abnormal sound may be generated at the expansion valve of the shut-down indoor unit due to the refrigerant circulation, if the condition of generating the abnormal sound is confirmed to be reached, the expansion valve can be bypassed through the bypass pipeline, namely the expansion valve is controlled to be closed, the electronic valve is opened, the refrigerant is circulated through the capillary tube, the generation of the abnormal sound is avoided, the abnormal sound generated due to the shutdown of part of the indoor units in the circulation loop of the multi-split air-conditioning system is reduced on the whole, and further the user experience is improved.
Further, the circulation loop further comprises an evaporator, a condenser and a compressor, and the expansion valve and the bypass loop are both located between the evaporator and the condenser.
Therefore, the bypass circuit can replace an expansion valve at a specific stage, not only still has the throttling function, but also can effectively reduce abnormal sounds.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for controlling a multi-split air conditioning system, which is applied to the multi-split air conditioning system, and comprises the following steps:
when the calibrated indoor unit is shut down, acquiring an opening parameter or a pressure parameter corresponding to the calibrated indoor unit;
and controlling an expansion valve and an electronic valve of the multi-split air-conditioning system according to the opening parameter or the pressure parameter so as to reduce abnormal sound in a circulation loop.
Further, the opening parameter is a real-time opening value of the expansion valve; the controlling the expansion valve and the electronic valve of the multi-split air conditioning system according to the opening parameter or the pressure parameter comprises:
when the real-time opening value is larger than a preset first opening value, controlling the expansion valve to keep the real-time opening value, and controlling to close the electronic valve;
and when the real-time opening value is smaller than a preset second opening value, controlling to close the expansion valve and controlling to open the electronic valve, wherein the preset first opening value is larger than the preset second opening value.
Therefore, when part of indoor units in the multi-split air-conditioning system are shut down, the real-time opening degree of the expansion valve of the shut-down indoor unit can reflect whether the expansion valve is likely to generate abnormal sound, if the abnormal sound is not generated, the opening degree of the expansion valve is kept unchanged, so that the refrigerant smoothly flows through, if the abnormal sound is generated, the expansion valve can be bypassed through a bypass pipeline, namely, the expansion valve is controlled to be closed, the electronic valve is opened, so that the refrigerant is circulated through the capillary tube, the generation of the abnormal sound is avoided, the abnormal sound generated by the shutdown of part of the indoor units in the circulation loop of the multi-split air-conditioning system is reduced on the whole, and the user.
Further, the controlling an expansion valve and an electronic valve of the multi-split air conditioning system according to the opening parameter or the pressure parameter further includes:
and when the real-time opening value is smaller than or equal to the preset first opening value and larger than or equal to the preset second opening value, controlling to close the electronic valve.
Therefore, the opening degree of the expansion valve can be changed due to the adjustment of the system refrigerant, and if the corresponding opening degree of the expansion valve is positioned between the threshold value for maintaining the opening degree of the expansion valve and the threshold value for closing the expansion valve when the indoor unit is shut down, only the electronic valve is closed, the expansion valve is not additionally controlled, the normal adjustment of the system refrigerant is ensured, and the normal use of the multi-split air conditioning system is further ensured.
Further, the difference between the preset first opening degree value and the preset second opening degree value ranges from 30 to 40 steps.
From this, establish first opening value and predetermine and have certain interval between the second opening value, that is to say, two predetermine and have certain transition interval between the opening value, can avoid the frequent switch of electronic valve, under the circumstances that guarantees to effectively reduce the abnormal sound, can also guarantee the operating stability of many online air conditioning system.
Further, the pressure parameter is the difference value between the exhaust pressure of the compressor and the liquid pipe pressure of the condenser; the controlling the expansion valve and the electronic valve of the multi-split air conditioning system according to the opening parameter or the pressure parameter comprises:
when the difference value is smaller than a preset second differential pressure value, controlling the expansion valve to keep the opening value of the calibrated indoor unit in shutdown, and controlling to close the electronic valve;
and when the difference value is larger than a preset first differential pressure value, controlling to close the expansion valve and controlling to open the electronic valve, wherein the preset first differential pressure value is larger than a preset second differential pressure value.
Therefore, when a part of indoor units in the multi-split air-conditioning system are shut down, whether the corresponding expansion valve of the indoor unit is likely to generate abnormal sound can be reflected through the difference between the exhaust pressure of the compressor and the liquid pipe pressure of the condenser, if the abnormal sound is not generated, the opening degree of the expansion valve is kept unchanged, so that the refrigerant smoothly flows through the expansion valve, and if the abnormal sound is generated, the expansion valve can be bypassed through a bypass pipeline, namely, the expansion valve is controlled to be closed, the electronic valve is controlled to be opened, so that the refrigerant is circulated through the capillary pipe, the generation of the abnormal sound is avoided, the abnormal sound generated due to the shutdown of the part of the indoor units in the circulation loop of the multi-split air-.
Further, the controlling an expansion valve and an electronic valve of the multi-split air conditioning system according to the opening parameter or the pressure parameter further includes:
and when the difference value is smaller than or equal to the preset first pressure difference value and larger than or equal to the preset second pressure difference value, controlling to close the electronic valve.
Further, the difference between the preset first differential pressure value and the preset second differential pressure value ranges from 0.05 to 0.15 MPa.
From this, predetermine and have certain interval between the first pressure differential value and predetermine the second pressure differential value, that is to say, two predetermine and have certain transition interval between the pressure differential value, can avoid the frequent switch of electronic valve, under the circumstances that guarantees to effectively reduce the abnormal sound, can also guarantee the operating stability who allies oneself with air conditioning system more.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program that, when read and executed by a processor, implements the multi-split air conditioning system control method as described above.
Since the technical solution of the computer-readable storage medium at least includes all technical solutions of the above multi-split air conditioning system control method, at least all technical effects of the above multi-split air conditioning system control method are achieved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Furthermore, the following description, if any, of "first," "second," etc. is used for descriptive purposes only and not for purposes of indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The circulation loop of the conventional multi-split air conditioning system generally includes necessary components such as an expansion valve 10, an evaporator 20, a condenser 30, and a compressor 40.
As shown in fig. 1, based on the conventional multi-split air conditioning system, a multi-split air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes a bypass circuit connected in parallel with the expansion valve 10, and the bypass circuit includes an electronic valve 51 and a capillary tube 52.
Wherein the expansion valve 10 is typically located between the evaporator 20 and the condenser 30, and correspondingly, the bypass circuit is also located between the evaporator 20 and the condenser 30. The bypass circuit includes a line and an electronic valve 51 and a capillary tube 52 located on the line. The bypass circuit is connected in parallel with the expansion valve 10, that is, two ends of the pipeline of the bypass circuit are respectively connected with two ends of the expansion valve 10.
It should be noted that, in a multi-split air conditioning system, one outdoor unit corresponds to a plurality of indoor units, and fig. 1 is only used for schematically illustrating the basic structure of the circulation loop, so that the simplification is performed accordingly.
The abnormal sound generated when part of indoor units in the multi-split air conditioning system are shut down is mainly caused by the special structure of the expansion valve. Specifically, the expansion valve is a structure formed by adding a through hole and a thimble, and the flow degree of the pipeline is adjusted by adjusting the degree of the thimble blocking the through hole, so that the internal structure of the expansion valve forms a structure similar to a horn shape. When part of indoor units are shut down, the multi-split air conditioning system needs to redistribute the refrigerant, which may cause the gaseous refrigerant to rapidly flow through the expansion valve with a small opening value, thereby generating a whistle-like abnormal sound.
The capillary tube has the throttling function, but the capillary tube is equivalent to a through tube which is directly circulated, and the structure of the capillary tube is different from that of the expansion valve, so that when gaseous refrigerants in the capillary tube rapidly flow through the capillary tube, corresponding abnormal sounds cannot be generated.
Therefore, the parameter causing the generation of the abnormal noise can be monitored, and when the abnormal noise is possibly generated, the expansion valve 10 is bypassed by the bypass circuit, or the refrigerant is circulated through the capillary tube 52 by the electronic valve 51, so that the generation of the abnormal noise is avoided.
In this embodiment, when a part of the indoor units in the multi-split air-conditioning system is turned off, abnormal noise may be generated at the expansion valve of the turned-off indoor unit due to the refrigerant circulation, and if it is determined that the condition of generating the abnormal noise is about to be achieved, the expansion valve may be bypassed through the bypass pipeline, that is, the expansion valve is controlled to be closed, and the electronic valve is opened, so that the refrigerant is circulated through the capillary tube, thereby avoiding the generation of the abnormal noise, reducing the abnormal noise generated by the turning-off of the part of the indoor units in the circulation loop of the multi-split air-conditioning system as a whole, and further.
The method for controlling the multi-split air conditioning system according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied to the multi-split air conditioning system, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
and S1, when the calibration indoor unit is turned off, acquiring an opening parameter or a pressure parameter corresponding to the calibration indoor unit.
And S2, controlling the expansion valve 10 and the electronic valve 51 of the multi-split air conditioning system according to the opening degree parameter or the pressure parameter so as to reduce abnormal sounds in a circulation loop.
Optionally, the opening parameter is a real-time opening value of the expansion valve 10; the controlling the expansion valve 10 and the electronic valve 51 of the multi-split air conditioning system according to the opening degree parameter or the pressure parameter includes:
and when the real-time opening value is larger than a preset first opening value, controlling the expansion valve 10 to keep the real-time opening value, and controlling to close the electronic valve 51.
And when the real-time opening value is smaller than a preset second opening value, controlling to close the expansion valve 10 and controlling to open the electronic valve 51, wherein the preset first opening value is larger than the preset second opening value.
Specifically, the preset first opening value may be a, and the preset second opening value may be E, where a > E.
When the indoor unit is normally shut down, the expansion valve 10 is not fully closed, but the opening may change as the refrigerant cycle progresses. And taking the opening value corresponding to the calibrated indoor unit immediately after the indoor unit is shut down as a real-time opening value and taking the real-time opening value as an opening parameter.
When the real-time opening value is greater than a, it indicates that the opening of the expansion valve 10 is large and the possibility of generating abnormal noise is low, so the opening of the expansion valve 10 is maintained as the real-time opening value. More specifically, the refrigerant flow direction at this time may be the evaporator 20 — the expansion valve 10.
When the real-time opening value is smaller than E, it means that the opening degree of the expansion valve 10 is smaller and the possibility of noise generation is higher, so that the expansion valve 10 is closed and the electronic valve 51 is opened, that is, the refrigerant does not flow through the expansion valve 10 at this time, but flows through the electronic valve 51 and the capillary tube 52. More specifically, the refrigerant flow direction at this time may be evaporator 20, electronic valve 51, capillary tube 52.
In this embodiment, when a part of indoor units in the multi-split air conditioning system are turned off, the real-time opening degree of the expansion valve of the turned-off indoor unit can reflect whether the expansion valve is likely to generate abnormal sound, if it is determined that the abnormal sound is not generated, the opening degree of the expansion valve is kept unchanged, so that the refrigerant smoothly flows through the expansion valve, and if it is determined that the abnormal sound is generated, the expansion valve can be bypassed through a bypass pipeline, that is, the expansion valve is controlled to be closed, and the electronic valve is opened, so that the refrigerant is circulated through the capillary tube, thereby avoiding the generation of the abnormal sound, reducing the abnormal sound generated by the turning off of the part of the indoor units in the circulation loop of.
Optionally, the controlling the expansion valve 10 and the electronic valve 51 of the multi-split air conditioning system according to the opening parameter or the pressure parameter further includes:
and when the real-time opening value is smaller than or equal to the preset first opening value and larger than or equal to the preset second opening value, controlling to close the electronic valve 51.
Specifically, as described above, in the multi-split air conditioning system, there may be a situation where part of the indoor units are turned on and part of the indoor units are turned off, and the refrigerant needs to be continuously distributed and adjusted, so the opening degree of the expansion valve of the indoor unit which is turned off changes along with the process. When the real-time opening value is between a and E, or is greater than or equal to E and less than or equal to a, only the electronic valve 51 is controlled to be closed without affecting the normal adjustment process of the opening degree of the expansion valve 10, i.e., the current system is kept in regulating and controlling the expansion valve 10.
In this embodiment, since the opening degree of the expansion valve changes due to the adjustment of the system refrigerant, if the opening degree of the expansion valve corresponding to the shutdown of the indoor unit is between the threshold value for maintaining the opening degree of the expansion valve and the threshold value for closing the expansion valve, only the electronic valve is closed without performing additional control on the expansion valve, so as to ensure the normal adjustment of the system refrigerant, and thus ensure the normal use of the multi-split air conditioning system.
Optionally, a difference between the preset first opening value and the preset second opening value ranges from 30 to 40 steps.
Specifically, the determination process of the preset first opening value a and the preset second opening value E may be completed in a laboratory and solidified in a control program of the multi-split air conditioning system. In the experimental process, the opening degree of the expansion valve can be continuously adjusted, for example, from 20 steps to 120 steps, when the air conditioner is operated, and the tone quality/noise condition corresponding to different opening degrees is tested. Through experiments, it is confirmed that abnormal sounds are easily generated when the opening is between 35 and 80 steps. That is, the preset second opening value E may take 80 steps.
Meanwhile, in order to avoid frequent opening and closing of the electronic valve 51, a transition region between a and E may be provided to perform a buffering function, i.e., the difference between a and E ranges from 30 to 40 steps. Therefore, the preset first opening value a may take 110 to 120 steps.
In this embodiment, predetermine first opening value and predetermine and have certain interval between the second opening value, that is, two predetermine and have certain transition region between the opening value, can avoid the frequent switch of electronic valve, under the circumstances that guarantees to effectively reduce the abnormal sound, can also guarantee the operating stability of multi-connected air conditioning system.
Optionally, the pressure parameter is a difference between a discharge pressure of the compressor 40 and a liquid pipe pressure of the condenser 30; the controlling the expansion valve 10 and the electronic valve 51 of the multi-split air conditioning system according to the opening degree parameter or the pressure parameter includes:
and when the difference value is smaller than a preset second differential pressure value, controlling the expansion valve 10 to keep the opening value of the calibrated indoor unit in shutdown, and controlling to close the electronic valve 51.
And when the difference value is greater than a preset first differential pressure value, controlling to close the expansion valve 10, and controlling to open the electronic valve 51, wherein the preset first differential pressure value is greater than the preset second differential pressure value.
Specifically, the discharge pressure of the compressor 40 in the multi-split air conditioning system may be Pd, the liquid pipe pressure of the condenser 30 may be Pi, and the difference between the two may be Pd — Pi, and the difference may be used as the pressure parameter. Let the preset first differential pressure value be P1 and the preset second differential pressure value be P2, wherein P1 > P2.
The difference between the discharge pressure of the compressor 40 and the liquid pipe pressure of the condenser 30 may reflect the pressure condition of the expansion valve 10 to some extent.
When the difference is smaller than P2, it indicates that the flow rate of the refrigerant at the expansion valve 10 is relatively slow, and the possibility of generating abnormal noise is low, so the opening degree of the expansion valve 10 is maintained as the opening degree value when the indoor unit is turned off. More specifically, the refrigerant flow direction at this time may be the evaporator 20 — the expansion valve 10.
When the difference is greater than P1, it indicates that the refrigerant flow rate at the expansion valve 10 is relatively fast, and the possibility of noise generation is high, so the expansion valve 10 is closed and the electronic valve 51 is opened, that is, the refrigerant does not flow through the expansion valve 10 at this time, but flows through the electronic valve 51 and the capillary tube 52. More specifically, the refrigerant flow direction at this time may be evaporator 20, electronic valve 51, capillary tube 52.
In addition, it should be noted that, since the compressor and the condenser are inherent structures in the multi-split air conditioning system, determining whether to perform the refrigerant flow path bypass control by the pressure parameter method has strong universality, and can be applied to various types of multi-split air conditioning systems.
In this embodiment, when a part of indoor units in the multi-split air conditioning system are turned off, the difference between the discharge pressure of the compressor and the liquid pipe pressure of the condenser can reflect whether the corresponding expansion valve of the indoor unit is likely to generate abnormal noise, if it is determined that no abnormal noise is generated, the opening of the expansion valve is kept unchanged, so that the refrigerant flows smoothly, and if it is determined that abnormal noise is generated, the expansion valve can be bypassed through the bypass pipeline, that is, the expansion valve is controlled to be closed, the electronic valve is opened, so that the refrigerant circulates through the capillary pipe, thereby avoiding the generation of abnormal noise, and reducing the abnormal noise generated by the turning off of part of the indoor units in the circulation loop of the multi-split air conditioning system as a whole.
Optionally, the controlling the expansion valve 10 and the electronic valve 51 of the multi-split air conditioning system according to the opening parameter or the pressure parameter further includes:
and controlling to close the electronic valve 51 when the difference value is less than or equal to the preset first pressure difference value and greater than or equal to the preset second pressure difference value.
When the above difference is between P1 and P2, or is greater than or equal to P2 and less than or equal to P1, only the electronic valve 51 is controlled to be closed without affecting the normal adjustment process of the opening degree of the expansion valve 10, i.e., the regulation operation of the expansion valve 10 by the current system is maintained.
Optionally, a difference between the preset first differential pressure value and the preset second differential pressure value ranges from 0.05 to 0.15 MPa.
Specifically, the determination of the preset first differential pressure value P1 and the preset second differential pressure value P2 may be performed in a laboratory and solidified in a control program of the multi-split air conditioning system. In the experimental process, the pressure parameters of abnormal sounds generated when the air conditioner operates are recorded and analyzed. Experiments prove that abnormal sound is easy to appear when the difference is more than 0.3 MPa. That is, the preset first differential pressure value P1 may take 0.3 MPa.
Meanwhile, in order to avoid frequent opening and closing of the electronic valve 51, a transition interval may be provided between P1 and P2 to provide a buffering function, i.e., the difference between P1 and P2 is in the range of 0.05 to 0.15MPa, preferably 0.1 MPa. Therefore, the preset second differential pressure value P2 may take 0.2 MPa.
