The air inlet portion 72 has an air inlet 721 and an air outlet 723, communicates with the air inlet passage 722, and the one-way air inlet seal valve 6 is provided between the air inlet 721 and the air outlet 723.
Next, how the pressure-balanced liquid-pumping pump 100 of the present invention operates will be described with reference to fig. 4 to 6.
As shown in fig. 4, first, the liquid pump 100 with pressure balance is connected to the container C filled with liquid through the liquid inlet outer tube 7. The liquid flows into the channel in the liquid inlet part 71 and the liquid inlet channel 51 in sequence, and is blocked outside the liquid inlet 12 by the liquid inlet plug body 31. Neither the main space 11 nor the piston space 211 is now filled with liquid. Then, the piston rod 22 is pushed in the direction of the arrow in the drawing by an external force, so that the pressure inside the main space 11 is increased, the liquid inlet plug 31 inside the main space 11 is pushed more tightly, the liquid outlet plug 41 outside the main space 11 is pushed by the air pressure to be separated from the liquid outlet 13, the gas in the main space 11 is discharged from the liquid outlet 13, and the liquid outlet elastic member 42 of the one-way liquid outlet valve 4 is compressed.
Then, as shown in fig. 5, the piston rod 22 is pulled back, and the air pressure in the main space 11 is reduced, so that the liquid outlet plug 41 is restored to be pressed against the liquid outlet 13. When the pressure difference between the liquid pressure in the liquid inlet channel 51 and the main space 11 overcomes the elastic force of the liquid inlet elastic member 32, the liquid inlet plug 31 is pushed away from the liquid inlet 12, and the liquid in the liquid inlet channel 51 flows into the main space 11 through the liquid inlet 12 and flows into the piston space 211 through the piston port 14. At this time, the liquid inlet elastic member 32 of the one-way liquid inlet valve 3 is compressed.
On the other hand, since the liquid in the container C flows into the main space 11 through the liquid inlet channel 51, the external air enters the liquid inlet outer tube 7 through the air inlet 721 formed on the air inlet portion 72 of the liquid inlet outer tube 7, and then is additionally filled into the container C through the air inlet channel 722 and the air outlet 723 formed by the one-way air inlet sealing valve 6, the air inlet portion 72 and the liquid inlet inner tube 5 in a clamping manner, so that the internal and external pressures of the container C are kept stable. In the present embodiment, the gas outlet 723 is opened between the liquid inlet 71 and the gas inlet 72, and the gas is replenished into the container C along a channel between the outer wall of the liquid inlet 71 and the mouth of the container C through the gas outlet 723.
As shown in fig. 6, when the main space 11 and the piston space 211 are filled with liquid and the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the main space 11 can no longer overcome the elastic force of the liquid inlet elastic member 32, the liquid inlet plug 31 pushes back against the liquid inlet 12 to prevent the liquid from flowing in. At this time, the piston rod 22 is pushed in the direction of the arrow in the drawing by an external force, so that the liquid plug 41 is pushed away from the liquid outlet 13 by the hydraulic pressure, and the liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet 13.
When the pressure of the liquid in the main space 11 can not overcome the elastic force of the liquid outlet elastic member 42, the liquid outlet plug 41 pushes the liquid outlet 13. At this time, the piston rod 22 is pulled back in the opposite direction, so that the main space 11 and the piston space 211 can be replenished with liquid.
As described above, the liquid in the container C can be continuously and gradually discharged through the pump main body 1 by repeatedly pushing and pulling the piston rod 22 with external force. In the process of outputting the liquid, the internal and external pressures of the container C are kept stable, the problem of liquid leakage is avoided, and the amount of the liquid output each time is a stable fixed value.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the piston member 2 further includes a pull-back spring 23 disposed between the piston cylinder 21 and the piston rod 22. By means of the elastic force of the pullback spring 23, after the user pushes and presses the piston push rod 22, the stored elastic potential of the pullback spring 23 after being compressed can enable the piston push rod 22 to automatically return to the initial position, and the operation is more automatic and convenient.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the piston member 2 further includes a piston sealing ring 24, which is sleeved on the piston rod 22, so that no gap is formed between the piston cylinder 21 and the piston rod 22, and liquid leakage is prevented.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the piston rod 22 has at least one latching arm 221, the piston cylinder 21 has at least one latching groove 212, and the latching arm 221 is slidably latched in the latching groove 212 to prevent the piston rod 22 from separating from the piston cylinder 21.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the liquid inlet elastic member 32 of the one-way liquid inlet valve 3 is arranged to have a compression direction equal to the liquid inlet direction of the liquid inlet passage 51. This makes it easier for the inlet elastic member 32 to be compressed by the air/liquid pressure difference.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the pump body 1 extends from the liquid outlet 13 to form a liquid outlet tube body 15, and the one-way liquid outlet valve 4 is disposed at one end of the liquid outlet tube body 15. The liquid outlet pipe body 15 can allow the one-way liquid outlet valve 4 to be stably arranged therein. The liquid outlet pipe body 15 can be formed integrally or can be two combined components.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the liquid outlet elastic member 42 of the one-way liquid outlet valve 4 is disposed in a compression direction equal to the liquid outlet direction of the liquid outlet pipe body 51. This makes the hydraulic elastic member 42 more easily compressed by the air/hydraulic pressure difference.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the liquid outlet pipe further includes an atomizing member 8 disposed at the other end of the liquid outlet pipe 51, and the atomizing member 8 is a block with a pore. Via the atomizing member 8, the liquid can be atomized by being dispersed into fine droplets.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the invention, the liquid dispensing device further includes an atomizing cover 81 and a cover sealing ring 82, the atomizing cover 81 has an opening 811 corresponding to the atomizing member 8, the atomizing cover 81 is disposed outside the liquid outlet pipe 15 and the atomizing member 8 to fix the atomizing member 8, and the cover sealing ring 82 is disposed between the atomizing cover 81 and the liquid outlet pipe 15 to prevent liquid leakage.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the pump body 1 further includes a combined upper cover 16 and a combined lower cover 17. The combined upper cover 16 and the combined lower cover 17 are clamped to form a main space 11, the liquid inlet 12 is arranged on the combined upper cover 16, and the liquid outlet 13 is arranged on the combined lower cover 17. During assembly, the pump body 1 may be provided with a larger tank, and the one-way liquid outlet valve 4, the combined lower cover 17, the one-way liquid inlet valve 3 and the combined upper cover 16 are sequentially assembled to form the main space 11. Therefore, the one-way liquid inlet valve 3 and the one-way liquid outlet valve 4 can be embedded in the pump body 1 more easily.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the one-way liquid inlet valve 3 further includes a supporting member 33. The supporting member 33 is disposed between the upper cover 16 and the lower cover 17, the elastic liquid inlet member 32 of the one-way liquid inlet valve 3 is disposed in the supporting member 33, and the supporting member 33 can be a pipe with a hole. Thereby, the liquid inlet elastic member 32 is secured in the support member 33, and the upper cover 16 and the lower cover 17 are spaced apart from each other to allow the air/liquid to flow from the piston space 211 into the main space 11 through the piston port 14 and from the main space 11 into the piston space 211 through the piston port 14.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a sealing ring 91 is further included, and is sleeved between the liquid inlet inner pipe 5 and the pump body 1. Thereby, the liquid inlet inner pipe 5 and the pump body 1 can be kept tightly connected.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a container opening sealing plug 92 is further included, which is sleeved outside the liquid inlet portion 71 of the liquid inlet outer tube 7, and the air outlet 723 is communicated between the container opening sealing plug 92 and the liquid inlet portion 71. In this embodiment, gas is replenished into container C via gas outlet 723 along the path between the outer wall of liquid inlet 71 and container mouth sealing plug 92. The container mouth sealing plug 92 is used as a connecting piece for adapting the container C and the liquid inlet outer pipe 7, and has corresponding different sizes and shapes according to the size and shape of the communicating pipe diameter of the container C. Thereby, the pressure-balanced infusion pump 100 of the present invention can be adapted to a variety of different containers C.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pump body 1 further includes at least one pump body fixing buckle 18 disposed on one side of the pump body 1. The pump body fixing buckle 18 can fix the liquid pump 100 with balanced pressure on other devices, and the operation is more convenient and labor-saving.
