Abstract
The invention relates to a waterproof stain-resistant environment-friendly finish coat and a preparation method thereof, wherein the finish coat comprises the following components: 45-55 parts of water, 0.1-0.3 part of wetting agent, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.7 part of antifreeze agent, 0.1-0.3 part of thickening agent, 50-70 parts of emulsion, 1.0-5.0 parts of hydrophobic agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of film-forming additive, 0.5-0.8 part of mildew-proof and algae-resistant agent and 1-5 parts of graphite fluoride; the preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the components in sequence according to the mixture ratio to obtain the waterproof stain-resistant environment-friendly finish coat. Compared with the prior art, the fluorinated graphene is doped in the finish paint, so that the finish paint with good water resistance, stain resistance, weather resistance, wear resistance and color rendering property is obtained, and the preparation method has the advantages of simple production process, convenience in operation, easiness in realizing industrial production and the like.
