Abstract
The invention relates to a special water mark printing ink and a preparation method thereof, wherein the special water mark printing ink comprises the following raw materials: the adhesive comprises thermoplastic acrylic resin, phenylated amino resin, modified epoxy resin, a catalyst, a defoaming agent, an adhesion agent and a solvent, wherein the adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70Kg of thermoplastic acrylic resin, 10Kg of phenylamine resin, 15Kg of modified epoxy resin, 2Kg of catalyst, 1Kg of defoamer and 2Kg of adhesion agent. The special water mark ink and the preparation method thereof have good flexibility, and the adhesion agent is added in the manufacturing process, so that the special water mark ink has excellent adhesion to various materials, such as PC, ABS, hardware baking varnish, various metals and glass.

Technical Field

Background
Ink is an important material for printing, and is used for expressing patterns and characters on a printing material through printing or inkjet. The ink comprises a main component and an auxiliary component which are uniformly mixed and repeatedly rolled to form a viscous colloidal fluid. The paint consists of a binder (resin), a pigment, a filler, an auxiliary agent, a solvent and the like. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a preparation method of the special water mark ink, which comprises the following operation steps:
(1) mixing oil-soluble resin, pigment, an auxiliary agent, a solvent and the like, stirring and dispersing by a high-speed dispersion machine, and grinding into standby color paste;
(2) adding thermoplastic acrylic resin into a stirring barrel, adding phenylamine resin while stirring, then adding modified epoxy resin, slowly stirring uniformly, adding a catalyst, a defoaming agent and an adhesion agent, and finally adding the standby color paste;
(3) after the material addition, the stirring speed was increased to 1100-1300RPM and the stirring was carried out for 20 minutes.
Preferably, in the step 3, the temperature does not exceed 60 ℃ during stirring.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the special water mark ink and the preparation method thereof have good flexibility, and the adhesion agent is added in the manufacturing process, so that the special water mark ink has excellent adhesive force to various materials, such as PC, ABS, hardware baking varnish, various metals and glass, and in addition, the added modified epoxy resin has strong adhesive force to the metals.

The preparation method of the special water mark ink comprises the following steps:

(2) adding thermoplastic acrylic resin into a stirring barrel, adding phenylamine resin while stirring, then adding modified epoxy resin, slowly stirring uniformly, adding a catalyst, a defoaming agent and an adhesion agent, and finally adding the standby color paste;
(3) after the material is added, the stirring speed is increased to 1100-1300RPM, the stirring is carried out for 20 minutes, and the temperature is not more than 60 ℃ in the stirring process.
