and (4) adding the mixture obtained in the step (3) into a parallel double-screw extruder, melting, mixing, extruding and granulating to obtain the household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material, wherein the temperature of a machine barrel is 200 ℃, the rotating speed of a screw is 400r/min, and the melt pressure is controlled to be 1.8MPa and the vacuum degree is-0.06 MPa.
Comparative example 2:
weighing the following raw materials in percentage by mass
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(4) adding ABS resin, a brominated flame retardant, antimony trioxide and white oil into a low-speed mixer, and mixing for 3 minutes at a rotating speed of 250 r/min;
(5) adding hydrotalcite, black master, antioxidant B, lubricant and stabilizer into a high-speed mixer, and mixing for 5 minutes at the rotating speed of 450 r/min;
(6) adding the mixture obtained in the step (2) into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and mixing for 6 minutes in a high-speed mixer at a rotating speed of 400 r/min;
and (4) adding the mixture obtained in the step (3) into a parallel double-screw extruder, melting, mixing, extruding and granulating to obtain the household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material, wherein the temperature of a machine barrel is 200 ℃, the rotating speed of a screw is 400r/min, and the melt pressure is controlled to be 1.8MPa and the vacuum degree is-0.06 MPa.
Physical indexes of the household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS materials prepared in the examples 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-2 are shown in the following table 1.

Remarking: the notched izod impact strength test bars were 80 × 10 × 4mm in size and 2.75J in energy.
According to the test results in table 1, the household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS disclosed by the invention has very excellent flame retardant property, not only is excellent in weather resistance, but also is high in glossiness. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages.
1. The ABS MG94 raw material with high fat solubility is adopted, the ABS MG94 raw material is a polymer formed by compounding small-particle-size rubber and small-molecular-weight AS, the flowability is high, and the processing and forming of the material can be still ensured after additives such AS flame retardant and the like are added;
2. antimony trioxide is added as a synergist of the brominated flame retardant, so that the flame retardant property of the material is improved, and the flame retardant with the thickness of 1.6mm can reach the VO level.
3. After the brightener is added, the glossiness of the composite material at an angle of 60 degrees is obviously improved and can reach more than 100, the appearance is black and bright, and the L value shows that the material is suitable for being used on household appearance materials and can replace parts with spraying effects.
4. After the stabilizer is added, the color difference value is lower than 2 after the xenon lamp irradiates for 96 hours, and is far smaller than that of ABS which is not added with the stabilizer in a comparative example, which shows that the stabilizer provides excellent weather resistance of the material, and the benzotriazole and the hindered benzoate in the stabilizer act synergistically, so that the material has excellent weather resistance.
It should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limited; modifications to the embodiments, or equivalent substitutions of features therein, may be readily made by those skilled in the art; and such modifications or substitutions may not be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention and the technical solutions of the embodiments.
Claims (9)
1. A household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass:
40-80 parts of ABS resin,
10-30 parts of a brominated flame retardant,
10-25 parts of antimony trioxide,
0.3 to 3 portions of black master batch,
0.1 to 1 portion of antioxidant,
1-5 parts of a lubricating agent,
1-5 parts of a stabilizing agent,
1-5 parts of a brightening agent;
the melt index of the ABS resin under the condition of 220 ℃/10kg is more than 35 g/min.
2. The household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the ABS resin material is one or two of bulk ABS and emulsion ABS.
3. The household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the bromine flame retardant is one or more of decabromodiphenyl ether, octabromodiphenyl ether, octabromobisphenol A, decabromodiphenyl ethane, brominated epoxy oligomer polydecabromostyrene and tricyanurate.
4. The household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antioxidant is a mixture of an antioxidant 1076 and an antioxidant 168 according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.
5. The household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the lubricant is at least one of stearic acid or silicone.
6. The household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the stabilizer is a mixture of hindered benzoate and benzotriazole according to the mass ratio of 2: 1.
7. The household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the brightener is a copolymer of acrylic ester and methacrylic ester.
8. The preparation method of the household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material as claimed in any of claims 1-7,
the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding ABS resin, a brominated flame retardant, antimony trioxide and white oil into a low-speed mixer, and mixing at the rotating speed of 200-300r/min for 3-5 minutes;
(2) adding hydrotalcite, black master, an antioxidant, a lubricant, a stabilizer and a brightener into a high-speed mixer and mixing for 6-10 minutes at the rotating speed of 400-600 r/min;
(3) adding the mixture obtained in the step (2) into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and mixing for 6-10 minutes in a high-speed mixer at the rotating speed of 300-400 r/min;
(4) and (4) adding the mixture obtained in the step (3) into a parallel double-screw extruder, and carrying out melting, melt mixing, extrusion granulation to obtain the household flame-retardant weather-resistant high-gloss ABS material.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein: the cylinder temperature of the parallel double-screw extruder is 180-210 ℃, the screw rotating speed is 400-500 r/min, the melt pressure is controlled to be 1.5-1.8 MPa, and the vacuum degree is-0.04-0.08 MPa.
