Abstract

The invention provides a liquid filling system and a liquid filling method for a vehicle. Wherein, a liquid filling system for a vehicle includes: a carrying trolley running along the transportation channel, wherein vehicles are carried by the carrying trolley to pass through the liquid filling system along the transportation channel; one or more filling devices, the one or more filling devices comprising: the filling control device comprises a filling unit for storing liquid to be filled and a filling gun extending out of the filling unit; the filling robots connect filling guns corresponding to the filling devices with filling ports of vehicles on filling stations on the transportation channel; the vehicle is electrically connected with the bearing trolley so as to take power from the bearing trolley, and the vehicle is communicated with the filling control device through a wireless network. The liquid filling system according to the embodiment of the invention realizes automation of liquid filling in the vehicle production process.

Liquid filling system and liquid filling method for vehicle
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of vehicles, and more particularly to a system and method for filling vehicles with liquid, particularly in vehicle production.
Background
There are various types of liquids in vehicles, such as cooling liquid, refrigerant, brake fluid, and the like. During the production of the vehicle, these liquids are to be filled into corresponding cavities in the vehicle. In the prior art, the liquids are filled at a plurality of stations respectively by manpower, and the filling process is long and the automation degree is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to solve or at least alleviate the technical problems of the prior art.
According to some aspects, there is provided a liquid filling system for a vehicle, comprising:
a carrying trolley running along the transportation channel, wherein vehicles are carried by the carrying trolley to pass through the liquid filling system along the transportation channel;
one or more filling devices, the one or more filling devices comprising: the filling control device comprises a filling unit for storing liquid to be filled and a filling gun extending out of the filling unit; and
one or more filling robots, wherein the one or more filling robots are used for connecting filling guns corresponding to filling devices with filling ports of vehicles on filling stations on the transportation channel so as to fill the vehicles with the liquid to be filled;
the vehicle is electrically connected with the bearing trolley so as to take power from the bearing trolley, and the vehicle is communicated with the filling control device through a wireless network.
Optionally, in the liquid filling system, the liquid filling system includes a wireless communication device removably mounted to the vehicle.
Optionally, in the liquid filling system, the liquid filling system includes an electrical supply line removably connected between the carrying trolley and the vehicle.
Optionally, in the liquid filling system, the liquid filling system includes: a preparation station, a filling station downstream of the preparation station, in which the wireless communication device is mounted to a vehicle and/or the power supply line is connected between the vehicle and the load-bearing trolley, and a finishing station downstream of the filling station, in which the wireless communication device and/or the power supply line is detached from the vehicle.
Optionally, in the liquid filling system, the liquid filling system includes a plurality of parallel filling stations, and each filling station is provided with a filling device and a filling robot.
Optionally, in the liquid filling system, the liquid filling system further comprises a return transport channel from the completion station to the preparation station for carrying the wireless communication device and/or the power supply line from the completion station back to the preparation station.
Optionally, in the liquid filling system, the liquid to be filled includes: brake fluid, coolant, and/or refrigerant.
Optionally, in the liquid filling system, the transportation path is arranged with rails and the carrying trolley is an Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) for carrying vehicles.
There is also provided a liquid filling method for a vehicle, including:
the identification of the vehicle is carried out,
transporting the vehicle to a filling station along a transportation channel by using a bearing trolley;
controlling a filling robot to connect a filling gun extending from a filling unit of a filling device to a filling port of the vehicle; and
filling liquid to be filled in a filling device to the vehicle;
the method further comprises the steps that power is supplied to the vehicle through the bearing trolley, and the vehicle is communicated with a filling control device of the filling device through a wireless network.
Optionally, the method further comprises: at the preparation station, the wireless communication device is connected to the vehicle and/or the power supply line is connected between the vehicle and the carrying trolley, and at the finishing station, the wireless communication device and/or the power supply line is detached from the vehicle.
Optionally, the method comprises: scanning a vehicle at the preparation station to obtain an identification code of the vehicle, and scanning and identifying a wireless communication device connected to the vehicle at the preparation station.
Optionally, the method further comprises: carrying the wireless communication device and/or the power supply line from the completion station back to the preparation station using a return transport channel.
Optionally, the liquid to be filled comprises: a coolant, a refrigerant and/or a brake fluid.

It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can propose various alternative structures and implementation ways without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.

A liquid filling system for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to specific embodiments. The liquid filling system provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used in the vehicle production process to fill various liquids into the vehicle, or the liquid filling system can also be used for maintenance and other applications of the vehicle. Challenges in automatically filling a vehicle with fluid include: the vehicle is powered and in communication with the vehicle, for example, to control the opening of the respective valves of the vehicle, in particular, to enable a control device on the vehicle to open the respective valves upon receiving a signal.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a liquid filling system for a vehicle, including: a transport passage 100; carrying carriages 14,15 running along the transport path, the vehicle 90 to be filled being carried by the carrying carriages 14,15 along the transport path 100 through the liquid filling system; one or more filling devices 71,72, the one or more filling devices 71,72 including filling control devices 711,721, filling units 712,722 containing liquids to be filled and filling guns (not shown) extending from the filling units, each filling unit 712,722 containing liquids to be filled, such as any liquid suitable for filling a vehicle, e.g., refrigerant, coolant or brake fluid, the filling units 712,722 of the one or more filling devices 71,72 may include filling guns extending through conduits; the filling robot 31 or the filling robots 32, each filling robot 31 or the filling robots 32 can comprise a plurality of mechanical arms and clamps at the tail ends of the mechanical arms, the clamps can clamp the filling guns corresponding to the filling devices and move under the operation of the mechanical arms, and when the vehicle moves to a filling station on the transportation channel, the filling robots can operate each filling gun to be connected with the corresponding filling port of the vehicle so as to fill the liquid into the vehicle; the vehicle 90 is electrically connected with the bearing trolley 11 so as to take power from the bearing trolley 11, and the vehicle 90 is communicated with the filling control devices 711 and 721 through a wireless network. In the liquid filling system according to an embodiment of the invention, the vehicle is supplied with power, for example with a voltage of 12V, via the electrical connection between the vehicle and the carrying trolley, so that the control unit of the vehicle, such as the ECU, the ESP, etc., can remain operational. Alternatively, the vehicle may remain connected to the controls 711,721 of the liquid filling apparatus via a wireless network, coordinating the filling operation.
In some embodiments, tracks may be provided along the transport aisle 100, and the load carrier is an AGV (automated guided vehicle) that is scheduled by an AGVs (automated guided vehicle system) to travel along a designated path. A liquid filling system according to an embodiment of the invention may form part of an overall vehicle production line, and the AGV may carry the vehicle from a previous process to the liquid filling system according to an embodiment of the invention and, after completion of the liquid filling, the AGV may continue to carry the vehicle to a next process of vehicle production, whereby the overall liquid filling system forms part of an automated vehicle production line, wherein substantially no or only a small amount of manual work is required.
In some embodiments, the liquid filling system includes a wireless communication device 60, such as a V-port device, removably mounted to the OBD (on-board automatic diagnostic system) interface of the vehicle, such as a vehicle. The wireless communication device can be directly installed on the vehicle through inserting an OBD2 interface, so that the vehicle has a wireless communication function. It should be understood that the vehicle in the liquid filling stage is a linear vehicle, such as a vehicle frame and a few components, and is not equipped with a wireless communication device, in order to realize wireless communication, in the embodiment of the present invention, the wireless communication device 60 such as a V-port device, which is easy to plug and unplug, is used to give the vehicle wireless communication capability, thereby enabling the vehicle to communicate with the filling control devices 711 and 721 of one or more filling devices 71.72, and receive signals sent by the filling control devices 711 and 721, so as to perform corresponding operations on the vehicle, such as opening brake fluid valves and the like, and coordinate the filling process.
In some embodiments, the liquid filling system comprises an electric power supply line 4 removably connected between the trolley 11 and the vehicle 90, so that the vehicle 90 can obtain an electric power supply, for example of voltage 12v, to support the operation of the control means on the vehicle, for example to perform the corresponding operations described above when receiving a signal. It will be understood that the vehicle in the liquid filling phase is normally not equipped with a power supply, and in order to enable the vehicle to obtain power supply, one end of the power supply line 4 is connected to the power supply interface of the load-carrying trolley, while the other end of the power supply line 4 is connected to the positive and negative poles of the main harness of the vehicle, thereby supplying power to the vehicle. It will be appreciated that the wireless communication device and the power supply line may be mounted to the vehicle at any time prior to filling.
In some embodiments, the liquid filling system comprises, in sequence along the transport path, a preparation station 11, one or more filling stations and a completion station 12. In some embodiments, the installation of the wireless communication device 60 to the vehicle and/or the connection of the electrical supply line 4 between the carrying trolley 11 and the vehicle 90 at the preparation station 11 before filling can be done manually or mechanically. On the transport channel 100, downstream of the preparation station 11, one or more filling stations may be provided. As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment shown, the transport channel 100 branches off into branches 101 and 102, on each of which branches 101,102 a filling station is arranged, which filling station is occupied by a vehicle 92,93, respectively, and each filling station can be assigned a separate filling device 71,72 and filling robot 31, 32. In the illustrated embodiment, each filling station is provided with a three-in-one filling device and a filling robot having four mechanical arms, the three-in-one filling device comprising: the filling control devices 711 and 721, the filling units 712 and 722 and the wireless communication module 713,723, the filling units 712 and 722 can store refrigerant, cooling liquid and brake liquid, and the filling robots 31 and 32 can be respectively used for four mechanical arms for filling high-pressure refrigerant, low-pressure refrigerant, cooling liquid and brake liquid. Downstream of the filling station there may be a completion station 12, as shown, the branches 101,102 merging into a main path 103 and passing through the completion station 12. In some embodiments, the power supply line 4 and/or the wireless communication device 60 can be removed at the completion station 12 and transported back to the preparation station for recycling. In some embodiments, the liquid filling system may be configured with 10 sets of wireless communication devices and/or power supply lines for recycling. In some embodiments, the liquid filling system further includes a return conveyor lane 10 from the completion station 12 to the preparation station 11 for carrying the wireless communication device 60 and/or the power supply line 4 from the completion station 12 back to the preparation station 11, which return conveyor lane may also be configured with AGVs 17,18, in which case the return conveyor lane 10 may be formed in a loop.
In another aspect, a liquid filling method for a vehicle is also provided, including: identifying the vehicle, and transporting the vehicle to a filling station along a transportation channel by using a bearing trolley; controlling a filling robot to connect a filling gun extending from a filling unit of a filling device to a filling port of the vehicle; and filling the liquid to be filled in the filling device to the vehicle; the method further comprises the steps that power is supplied to the vehicle through the bearing trolley, and the vehicle is communicated with a filling control device of the filling device through a wireless network. In some embodiments, the method further comprises: at the preparation station, the wireless communication device is connected to the vehicle and/or the power supply line is connected between the vehicle and the carrying trolley, and at the finishing station, the wireless communication device and/or the power supply line is detached from the vehicle. In some embodiments, the method comprises: scanning a vehicle at the preparation station to obtain an identification code of the vehicle, and scanning and identifying a wireless communication device connected to the vehicle at the preparation station. In some embodiments, the method further comprises: carrying the wireless communication device and/or the power supply line from the completion station back to the preparation station using a return transport channel.
A specific example of a process for filling a vehicle with a liquid will now be described:
1. after the assembled linear body vehicle is carried into the preparation station 11 by the AGV, an operator at the preparation station 11 identifies the vehicle by the scanning device 3, for example, identifies the serial number of the vehicle and uploads the serial number to the central control device 1 wirelessly connected with the scanning device 3; simultaneously selecting and scanning one wireless communication device 60 from the wireless communication device inventory 60, installing the wireless communication device 60 to the vehicle, simultaneously sending the equipment number information to the central control device 1, matching the central control device 1 with the vehicle and the corresponding wireless communication device, completing network communication with an MES (manufacturing execution system) by the central control device 1 through a line 2, and downloading the vehicle information;
2. similarly, at the preparation station 11, an operator connects two ends of the power supply line 4 to the AGV and the vehicle, specifically, one end of the power supply line 4 is connected to a power supply dedicated interface of the AGV, and the other end is connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the main wire harness of the vehicle 91, so that 12V voltage is supplied to the entire vehicle;
3. the workshop AGV system informs the central control device 1 of the path planning, and configures that the vehicle enters a first filling station or a second filling station, wherein the entering of the first filling station is taken as an example;
4. the central control device 1 sends the vehicle number, the wireless communication device number and the vehicle information to the wireless communication module 713 of the filling device 71 at the first filling station together so as to send the vehicle number, the wireless communication device number and the vehicle information to the filling control module 711, so that the filling device 71 can perform wireless communication with the vehicle through the wireless communication device 60, and various corresponding operations of the vehicle are coordinated in the filling process, such as opening a corresponding valve when filling brake fluid;
5. after the full automatic filling process is completed, the vehicle enters the completion station 12, the operator removes the power supply line 4 and the wireless communication device 60 and places the power supply line 4 and the wireless communication device 60 on the AGVs 17,18 on the return transport aisle 10, and after a certain number of the power supply line 4 and the wireless communication device 60 are accumulated, the AGVs 17,18 transport the power supply line 4 and the wireless communication device 60 back to the preparation station 11 along the return transport aisle 10 for recycling.

Claims (13)

1. A liquid filling system for a vehicle, comprising:
a carrying trolley running along the transportation channel, wherein vehicles are carried by the carrying trolley to pass through the liquid filling system along the transportation channel;
one or more filling devices, the one or more filling devices comprising: the filling control device comprises a filling unit for storing liquid to be filled and a filling gun extending out of the filling unit; and
one or more filling robots, wherein the one or more filling robots are used for connecting filling guns corresponding to filling devices with filling ports of vehicles on filling stations on the transportation channel so as to fill the vehicles with the liquid to be filled;
the vehicle is electrically connected with the bearing trolley so as to take power from the bearing trolley, and the vehicle is communicated with the filling control device through a wireless network.
2. The liquid filling system of claim 1, comprising a wireless communication device removably mounted to the vehicle.
3. Liquid filling system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the liquid filling system comprises an electrical supply line detachably connected between the carrying trolley and the vehicle.
4. A liquid filling system according to claim 3, comprising: a preparation station, a filling station downstream of the preparation station, in which the wireless communication device is mounted to a vehicle and/or the power supply line is connected between the vehicle and the load-bearing trolley, and a finishing station downstream of the filling station, in which the wireless communication device and/or the power supply line is detached from the vehicle.
5. The liquid filling system of claim 4, comprising a plurality of filling stations in parallel, each filling station being provided with a filling device and a filling robot.
6. A liquid filling system according to claim 3, further comprising a return transport channel from the completion station to the preparation station for carrying the wireless communication device and/or the power supply line from the completion station back to the preparation station.
7. The liquid filling system of claim 1, wherein the liquid to be filled comprises: brake fluid, coolant, and/or refrigerant.
8. Liquid filling system according to claim 1, wherein the transportation channel is arranged with rails and the carrying trolley is an autonomous trolley for carrying vehicles.
9. A liquid filling method for a vehicle, characterized by comprising:
the identification of the vehicle is carried out,
transporting the vehicle to a filling station along a transportation channel by using a bearing trolley;
controlling a filling robot to connect a filling gun extending from a filling unit of a filling device to a filling port of the vehicle; and
filling liquid to be filled in a filling device to the vehicle;
the method further comprises the steps that power is supplied to the vehicle through the bearing trolley, and the vehicle is communicated with a filling control device of the filling device through a wireless network.
10. The liquid filling method of claim 9, further comprising: at the preparation station, the wireless communication device is connected to the vehicle and/or the power supply line is connected between the vehicle and the carrying trolley, and at the finishing station, the wireless communication device and/or the power supply line is detached from the vehicle.
11. The liquid filling method according to claim 10, characterized in that the method comprises: scanning a vehicle at the preparation station to obtain an identification code of the vehicle, and scanning and identifying a wireless communication device connected to the vehicle at the preparation station.
12. The liquid filling method of claim 9, further comprising: carrying the wireless communication device and/or the power supply line from the completion station back to the preparation station using a return transport channel.
13. The liquid filling method according to claim 9, wherein the liquid to be filled includes: a coolant, a refrigerant and/or a brake fluid.
