Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glassware, in particular to a glassware cover and a glassware with the same.
Background
The glass ware cover is not provided with air holes, and the glass ware cover is taken out and buckled after food in the glass ware is heated. Cooling the food, wherein a vacuum state is formed in the food; the existing glassware cover is not easy to open; even the sealing silica gel ring falls off in the opening process. Therefore, how to provide a glass lid that is easy to open is a problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
To this end, it is an object of the invention to provide a cover for glassware which can be easily opened.
The invention provides a glassware cover, which comprises:
the cover comprises a cover body, wherein a through groove is formed in the edge of the cover body, two groups of first sliding parts are respectively arranged on two sides of the through groove, a platform is formed in the through groove, and a first bracket and a vent hole are sequentially arranged on the platform from the outer side to the inner side;
the first bracket is hinged with a shaft lever;
the bottom of one end of the air hole sliding cover is hinged to the two ends of the shaft rod, and the air hole sliding cover corresponding to the air hole can be folded to change the communication or cut-off state of the air hole and external air flow; two sets of second sliding parts are arranged at the two sides of the other end of the glass container body corresponding to the two sets of first sliding parts, and a clamping hook used for clamping the glass container body is arranged at the end part of the other end of the glass container body.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the glassware cover is convenient to operate because the cover body is covered after food is heated, the first end of the air hole sliding cover is turned over to enable the air hole to be communicated with the outside atmosphere, so that the inside of the glassware cover is prevented from forming a vacuum state, and when the cover needs to be taken down, the clamping hook can be separated from the cover body by continuously sliding the first sliding part and the second sliding part. The clamping hook of the cover is combined with the air hole cover, so that the product is more compact in structure and more reasonable in arrangement.
Further, the cover body comprises a top cover, a middle cover and a bottom cover which are connected in sequence; the area of the middle cover is larger than that of the top cover and the bottom cover, and the through groove is formed in the edge of the middle cover; the top cover is provided with a hemisphere hole near the vent hole. The design can reduce the weight of the cover body, meanwhile, the bottom cover is matched with the inner wall of the glass ware body, the sealing performance is better, the platform extends to the top cover, and an operation space is provided for the folding of one end of the air hole sliding cover.
Furthermore, the shaft rod comprises a first straight rod section, a bending section and a second straight rod section; two ends of the first straight rod section are bent upwards to form bending sections, the bending sections are connected with the second straight rod section, and the second straight rod section and the first straight rod section are arranged in parallel; the first straight rod section is hinged on the first bracket; the bottom of one end of the air hole sliding cover is hinged on the second straight rod section.
The air hole sliding cover comprises a flip cover, a sliding cover and a connecting plate, wherein a second bracket is arranged at the bottom of the flip cover, a second straight rod section is hinged to the second bracket, second sliding parts are arranged on two side faces of the sliding cover, end parts of the second sliding parts are bent downwards to form clamping hooks, the connecting plate is connected between the flip cover and the sliding cover, an angle of α is formed between a plane where the connecting plate is located and a plane where the sliding cover is located, and the hardness of a material of the side, close to the sliding cover, of the connecting plate is smaller than.
A radian through groove is formed in the middle of the slip cover hook, so that the hook can be conveniently pushed out by finger operation; because lid body and glassware body edge form the arc, this design is favorable to reducing trip and glassware body coupling error, reduces the uneven problem of trip middle part and glassware body contact point.
Further, the α angle is 120-150 degrees, and the vent hole protrudes from the platform height and is higher than the bracket height, thereby facilitating the flip cover to cover the vent hole, and the angle setting is favorable for the connecting plate to connect the flip cover and the sliding cover which are not in the same plane.
Further, a plug is arranged at the position, close to the second bracket, of the bottom of the flip cover, the plug protrudes downwards and corresponds to the position of the vent hole. It is more beneficial to seal the interior of the glass ware when not being heated.
Furthermore, the first sliding part is a sliding rail or a sliding groove, and the second sliding part is a sliding groove or a sliding rail corresponding to the first sliding part.
The invention also provides a glass ware, which comprises a glass ware body, a sealing element and the glass ware cover, wherein the glass ware body is provided with a connecting edge corresponding to the through groove; the clamping hook is clamped on the connecting edge, and the first sliding part is in sliding fit with the second sliding part; a seal is mounted to the bottom of the lid body for sealing a gap between the glassware body and the lid body. The sealing element can be a sealing ring which is sleeved on the bottom cover.
In a normal state, the vent hole is closed, and the flip cover and the sliding cover are in a parallel state; when heating, the turnover cover is turned over at the hemispherical hole, the turnover cover drives the shaft lever to rotate, so that the shaft lever is turned upwards, namely, the turnover cover is separated from the vent hole, so that the vent hole is communicated with the outside; when the cover body needs to be opened, the sliding cover is pushed outwards, the shaft rod continues to rotate backwards, the first sliding part and the second sliding part slide relatively, the hook and the connecting edge are separated, and the plate body can be taken down.
In the invention, more than two groups of air hole sliding covers can be arranged according to the sealing area on the cover body, the material and the shape of the cover are not limited as long as the use requirement can be met, and the design including the air hole sliding cover is in the protection scope of the invention. The glassware in the invention can be a glass preservation box, a high borosilicate glass baking tray and the like, but is not limited to the glassware.
