Background
A distribution board and a cab on a ship are cabins with centralized equipment arrangement and the largest cable laying area. In order to facilitate equipment wiring, installation and later cable maintenance, an anti-static prefabricated raised floor is usually installed between distribution boards and in a cab, and enough space is reserved.
As shown in fig. 1, air conditioners between H6011 distribution boards are affected by top cables, air pipes and the like, the air conditioners cannot be lifted, that is, cannot be placed on a raised floor, and can only be directly installed on the ground, and the front panel needs to be opened for daily maintenance of the air conditioners, but in the prior art, bases of the raised floor are welded with deck boards of a cabin, so that the air conditioners interfere with the raised floor of the cabin and cannot be normally opened for maintenance.

In this embodiment, the detachable connection structure is a clamping mechanism, as shown in fig. 2, the detachable connection structure includes a first bottom plate 221, an adjusting bolt 222, a pressing plate 223, a pressing stud 224, and a pressing nut 225; the first bottom plate 221 is located at one end of the supporting body 211 facing the cabin deck 1, and is welded to the supporting body 211; according to the actual situation, a plurality of pressure plates 223 can be provided, in this embodiment, two pressure plates 223 are provided, the two pressure plates 223 are respectively located at two sides of the support body 211, one end of each pressure plate 223 far away from the support body 211 is in threaded connection with an adjusting bolt 222, and each pressure plate 223 is provided with a long hole along the length direction thereof; each strip hole is internally provided with a compression stud 224, one end of each compression stud 224 is welded with the cabin deck 1, the other end of each compression stud 224 is in threaded connection with at least one compression nut 225, and each compression nut 225 is positioned at one end of the pressing plate 223 departing from the cabin deck 1.
The working principle is as follows:
when the movable support pedestal for raising the floor in this embodiment is installed, the first bottom plate 221 is first placed on the cabin deck 1, then one end of the pressing plate 223 is placed on the first bottom plate 221, the adjusting bolt 222 is rotated to make the pressing plate 223 horizontal, and finally the pressing nut 225 is rotated to press the first bottom plate 221 on the cabin deck 1; when detaching, the pressing nut 225 is loosened, and the pressing plate 223 is slid in a direction away from the supporting body 211 along the longitudinal direction of the pressing plate 223, so that the pressing plate 223 is separated from the first base plate 221.

The working principle is as follows:
when the installation is carried out, the supporting body 211 is inserted into the mortise, and then the inserting rod 232 is inserted into the second bottom plate 231 and the supporting body 211; in the disassembly, the insertion rod 232 may be removed from the support body 211 and the second base plate 231.
The above lists a specific embodiment of using the mortise and tenon structure to realize the detachable connection between the cabin deck 1 and the supporting body 2; the tenon-and-mortise structure is not limited to this, and can also be realized by adopting other tenon-and-mortise structures in the prior art, and the specific structures thereof are known in the art and are not described herein again.

the main difference from the third embodiment of the raised floor movable support base is that in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the detachable connection structure includes a fifth bottom plate 251, a lock nut 252, a sixth bottom plate 253, and a hinge bolt 254; the fifth bottom plate 251 is welded at the end of the support body 211 facing the cabin deck 1; the sixth bottom plate 253 is welded to the cabin deck 1; one end of the hinge bolt 254 is hinged to the sixth bottom plate 253, and the other end of the hinge bolt 254 penetrates through the fifth bottom plate 251; a locking nut 252 is located at the end of the fifth base plate 251 facing away from the cabin deck 1 and is in threaded connection with a hinge bolt 254; the fifth base plate 251 is formed with an elongated slot along the rotation direction of the hinge bolt 254.
The working principle is as follows:
when the movable supporting base for the raised floor is installed, the movable supporting base for the raised floor is placed on the sixth bottom plate 253, then the hinge bolt 254 is rotated, the hinge bolt 254 is clamped into the long groove of the fifth bottom plate 251, and then the locking nut 252 is rotated; when disassembling, the locking nut 252 is loosened, and then the hinge bolt 254 is rotated to separate the hinge bolt 254 from the fifth base plate 251.
Example five:
the main difference with the third embodiment of the raised floor mobile support base is that in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the detachable connection structure includes a flange 214, a stud 213 and a nut 212; the flange 214 is fixed at the end of the support body 211 facing the cabin deck 1; one end of the stud 213 is connected with the cabin deck 1, and the other end of the stud 213 penetrates through the flange 214; a nut 212 is located at the end of the flange 214 facing away from the cabin deck 1, and the nut 212 is in threaded connection with a stud 213.
The flange 214 is connected with the supporting body 211 by welding, the stud 213 can be directly connected with the cabin deck 1 by welding and/or screwing, or can be connected with the cabin deck 1 by an intermediate part, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the detachable connecting structure further includes a backing plate 215 fixedly connected with the cabin deck 1; the shim plate 215 is arranged between the flange 214 and the cabin deck 1, and one end of the shim plate 215 facing the flange 214 is provided with a threaded hole in threaded connection with the stud 213. In this embodiment, the tie plate 215 is welded to the cabin deck 1.
The working principle is as follows:
before the raised floor is installed, a backing plate 215 is welded on a cabin deck 1 in advance, when the raised floor is installed, a stud 213 is screwed on the backing plate 215, then a flange 214 is placed on the backing plate 215, and finally a nut 212 is locked; when the air conditioner 5 is to be repaired, the raised floor can be removed by loosening the nut 212, and the air conditioner 5 can be repaired.
The time for installing the raised floor is later than that for other construction, and if the connecting members such as the stud 213 are installed in advance, it is inevitable that the stud 213 is damaged in other construction processes, but in this embodiment, since the stud 213 can be screwed to the backing plate 215 when the raised floor is installed, this problem can be avoided.
In the present embodiment, the center of gravity of the support body 211 and the center of gravity of the flange 214 are on the same vertical line.
A plurality of studs 213 may be provided, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, four studs 213 are provided, and the four studs 213 are axially symmetrically distributed with the center line of the flange 214 as an axis; each of the studs 213 is threaded with at least one nut 212 to provide uniform force on the plurality of studs 213.
In this embodiment, the outer edge of the flange 214 does not extend beyond the outer edge of the backing plate 215 to avoid skewing of the raised floor mobile support base.
