The corner upright post 15 comprises a vertical plate 151 vertically protruded on the frame body 10 and wing plates 152 bent and extending from two sides of the vertical plate 151; the two wings 152 are oppositely provided with fixing holes. The vertical plate 151 is provided with a through hole for rotatably connecting a rod piece at the rear end of the bottom net 21.
Referring back to fig. 2, the back net 23 has two side flaps 231 respectively extending forward and bending.
The wing 231 can be accommodated between the wing plates 152 and fixed to the wing plates 152 by bolts. The fixing member 33 is provided at the front end of the side flap 231, that is, the side flap 231 is hinged to the side net 24 by the first heavy hinge 3. The two side wings 231 and the back net 23 enclose a storage space behind the bottom frame 1. The bottom net 21 can be turned backward with respect to the corner posts 15 to stand upright in the storage space. Meanwhile, the side net 24 can be turned inward to enter the storage space when folded, so that it cannot be folded without interference with the bottom net 21.
In the related art, the goods that the cage car transported are more miscellaneous, can set up the intermediate layer board according to the demand. Staff often find that the middle layer plate is needed after half of the goods are loaded, and then the middle layer plate can be installed only by detaching the goods loaded before, so that the loading efficiency is influenced.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8 together, in order to solve the above problem, the cage 100 of the present embodiment is further provided with a novel object carrier 5 that can be drawn out at any time in the cargo state.
The carrier 5 is provided at an intermediate position inside the frame 2, and vertically divides a space inside the frame 2.
Two insertion plates 26 used for connecting the luggage carrier 5 are oppositely arranged in the middle parts of the two side wings 231 of the back net 23, each insertion plate 26 is provided with a groove 202 extending along the vertical direction and a clamping groove 201 communicated with the upper end of the groove 202, and the clamping groove 201 is communicated with the groove 202 to form a through groove in an L-shaped structure.
The rack 5 comprises a rack body 51, a plurality of bolts 52 distributed on the periphery of the rack body 51, and a handle 53 arranged at the front end of the rack body 51. In use, the latches 52 at the front end of the carrier rack 5 are respectively telescopically extended and engaged with the ribs of the two side nets 24. The bolts 52 at the rear end are inserted into the slots 201 to make the carrier 5 horizontal, so that the carrier 5 can carry upper cargo. When the luggage carrier 5 is transported or does not need to be used, a worker can hold the handle 53 to lift upwards, and the bolt 52 slides downwards along the groove 202, so that the whole luggage carrier 5 can be turned downwards relative to the back net 23 and erected in the storage space, and the transportation requirements of different goods are met.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, the cage 100 further includes two top supporting structures 6 respectively disposed on the top of the two side nets 24.
Each top support structure 6 has a support 61 protruding out, and the support 61 can support the top net 22 upwards, so as to improve the bearing strength of the top net 22, and a part of goods can be placed on the top net 22, thereby improving the transportation efficiency of the goods.
The top support structure 6 comprises a support 61, a rotation member 62 connected to the support 61, two stop blocks and two fixing sleeves 64.
Specifically, the rotating member 62 is a sleeve structure, and the mounting sleeve 431 is rotatably sleeved on the rod member at the top of the side net 24 to drive the supporting member 61 to rotate towards the inside or the outside of the frame 2. The supporting member 61 is a rectangular hollow structure formed by bending a rod member, and has two connecting ends 611 with the outer peripheral wall of the rotating member 62. The supporting member 61 can rotate toward the inside of the frame 2 through the rotating member 62 to support the top net 22 upward and fold on the outside of the side net 24 after being turned to the outside by 270 degrees, thereby reducing the occupied space. The two limit blocks are fixed on the same rod of the side net 24 at intervals through a fixed sleeve 64 and are respectively positioned at two sides of the rotating member 62. The limiting block is in a protruding shape. The two limit blocks can be respectively abutted against the two connecting ends 611 of the support 61 when the support 61 rotates inwards to support the top net 22, so that the support 61 is prevented from rotating downwards under the gravity of the top net 22, and the support 61 is kept in a nearly horizontal supporting state.
Referring to fig. 12 to 14, the cage 100 further includes two rotation handles 7 for preventing the cage from expanding.
The two rotary handles 7 are provided on the left and right sides of the top net 22. The rotary handle 7 is rotatably arranged below the top net 22, and after the rotary handle is transversely arranged, the top net 22 can be prevented from being jacked up by express loaded inside the frame 2.
Each of the rotary handles 7 includes a handle body 71, an elastic member 72 provided at an upper end of the handle body 71, and a fixing nut 73. The fixing nut 73 is provided on the top net 22, and has a groove 701 opening downward. The handle body 71 is telescopically provided below the top net 22 by an elastic member 72. In this embodiment, the elastic member 72 is a compression spring. The handle body 71 has protrusions 711 protruding upward at both ends thereof. When the handle body 71 is placed transversely (i.e. perpendicular to the side net 24), one of the protrusions 711 is used for extending into the groove 701, and the other protrusion 711 is used for abutting against the outer side of the rod of the side net 24 for tightly locking the top net 22 on the top of the side net 24. When the handle body 71 is pulled down and the handle body 71 is rotated by 90 degrees, the locked state of the handle 53 is released, and the handle body 71 is spaced parallel to the side net 24. Thus, the rotating handle 7 can avoid the situation that the top net 22 is not flat due to excessive loading or the cage 100 can not enter the carriage of the transport vehicle as a whole due to the protrusion of the box-expanding top net 22.
In summary, the cage car 100 provided by the invention at least has the following advantages and positive effects:
first, the base frame 1 is provided with a support plate 131, and the support plate 131 can support the bottom net 21 and the side net 24 to improve the bearing performance of the bottom net 21 and ensure that the bottom net 21 is not deformed. Meanwhile, the support plate 131 can transmit the vertical load applied to the side net 24 to the base frame 1, thereby improving the stress state of the side net 24.
Secondly, a plurality of first heavy hinges 3 are respectively connected and arranged between the two ends of the two side nets 24 and the back net 23. Each of the first heavy hinges 3 includes a first rotating shaft 31, a fixed member 33, and a rotating member 35. The fixed member 33 and the rotating member 35 are integrally formed bent metal plates, and the support plate 331 and the rotating plate 351 have sufficient strength. In use, the side net 24 is rotatable about the first rotation axis 31 via the rotation plate 351, and the support plate 331 can bear the vertical load transmitted from the first rotation axis 31, thereby ensuring that the side net 24 can bear the weight without deformation.
Then, a carrier rack 5 which can be drawn out at any time in the loading state is added. The rack 5 comprises a rack body 51, a plurality of bolts 52 distributed on the periphery of the rack body 51, and a handle 53 arranged at the front end of the rack body 51. In use, the latches 52 at the front end of the carrier rack 5 are respectively telescopically extended and engaged with the ribs of the two side nets 24. The bolts 52 at the rear end are inserted into the slots 201 to make the carrier 5 horizontal, so that the carrier 5 can carry upper cargo. When the luggage carrier 5 is transported or does not need to be used, a worker can hold the handle 53 to lift upwards, and the bolt 52 slides downwards along the groove 202, so that the whole luggage carrier 5 can be turned downwards relative to the back net 23 and erected in the storage space, and the transportation requirements of different goods are met.
Finally, a top support structure 6 is provided on each side of the top net 22. The top supporting structure 6 is provided with a support member 61 protruding out, and the support member 61 can upwards support the top net 22, so that the bearing strength of the top net 22 is improved, a part of goods can be placed on the top net 22, and the transportation efficiency of the goods is improved. In addition, the support member 61 can be turned over to occupy no space after being folded and folded, so that the folding of the whole cage 100 is not interfered with each other.

1. A cage trolley, comprising:
the underframe comprises a frame body and a supporting part which is arranged at the front end of the frame body and can extend out to two sides;
a frame comprising a bottom mesh, a back mesh and two side meshes; the back net is vertically arranged at the rear end of the frame body; the rear ends of the bottom nets are rotatably connected with the bottom end of the bottom frame, and the rear ends of the two side nets are respectively rotatably connected with the two sides of the back net; the bottom net, the back net and the side nets are relatively unfolded to form a space for accommodating goods, and the front ends of the bottom net and the bottom ends of the side nets are supported on the supporting parts;
the first heavy hinges are arranged between the side nets and the back net at intervals along the vertical direction, each first heavy hinge comprises a rotating shaft, a fixing part arranged on the back net and a rotating part arranged on the side nets, the fixing part is provided with two supporting plates which protrude out and are spaced up and down, the rotating part is provided with two rotating plates which are opposite up and down, the two rotating plates are respectively lapped with the two supporting plates, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the supporting plates and the rotating plates so that the rotating plates can rotate around the rotating shaft relative to the supporting plates.
2. Cage trolley according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the fixing piece and the rotating piece both comprise connecting plates, the connecting plates are connected between the two supporting plates or between the two rotating plates, and the connecting plates are fixedly connected with the side net or the back net.
