When the concrete is stirred, the double helical blades 4 and the tank 3 rotate relatively, and the concrete rises to the upper part of the tank 3 under the action of the double helical blades 4 and falls down, and simultaneously flies to the tank 3 at the opposite side. But due to the presence of the baffle 6 the concrete is stopped by the baffle 6 and falls onto the other baffle 6 which crosses it. At this time, the baffle 6 also rotates along with the tank body 3, the part with fluidity in the concrete is separated from the baffle 6 through the long hole 8 between the baffle 5 and the baffle 6 and the leak hole 9 on the baffle 6, and the larger stones in the remaining concrete stay in the included angle formed by the baffle 6 and the other baffle 6, so that the power of the stones is changed to zero. With the rotation of the baffle 6, the stones finally fall to the bottom of the tank 3. Since the baffles 6 prevent the stones from moving towards the side walls of the tank 3, most of the stones will fall to the bottom of the tank 3. Because of gravity, some concrete is located the bottom of jar body 3 all the time, and then makes stone and the concrete striking that does not solidify, has played the effect of noise abatement. Because the noise is produced by stone impact jar body 3 inner walls, consequently for only setting up the noise reduction layer of plastics material at the inner wall, the direct kinetic energy of less stone of this scheme has fundamentally reduced the production of noise, and the effect is obvious.
