Claims (6)
1. A rubber gasket production method uses a rubber slicing device which comprises a mounting plate (1), a slicing mechanism (2) and a charging mechanism (3), and is characterized in that the rubber slicing device is adopted to slice rubber in the following specific method:
step one, equipment inspection, namely inspecting the running of the equipment when the rubber slicing device is started to slice rubber;
step two, manual feeding: manually placing the rubber material into the material cutting barrel (24), and closing the material cutting barrel (24) to finish the feeding operation;
step three, slicing the rubber: after the feeding operation is finished, the first motor starts to work, and drives the deflection rod (28) to rotate so as to drive the cutting frame (25) to be inserted into the material cutting barrel (24), so that the rubber slicing operation is finished;
step four, rubber collection: the connecting rotating plate (31) is manually pushed to enable the material receiving pipe (32) to be flush with the material cutting barrel (24), then the butting sleeve (33) is manually pushed to wrap the butting position, the rear hydraulic cylinder works to push the cut rubber gasket into the material receiving pipe (32), and therefore the purpose of collecting the rubber gasket is achieved;
a chute A is arranged on the mounting plate (1), a material clamping column (11) is mounted on the mounting plate (1) in a spring connection mode, the head of the material clamping column (11) is located inside the chute A, the material clamping column (11) is connected with a hand pull rod (12) in a welding mode, and a slicing mechanism (2) and a charging mechanism (3) are sequentially arranged on the mounting plate (1) from left to right;
the slicing mechanism (2) comprises a supporting column (21), a working plate (22), a sliding connecting rod (23), a cutting barrel (24), a cutting frame (25), a sliding rod (26), a linkage sliding rod (27), a deflection rod (28), a connecting frame (29) and a motor, wherein the supporting column (21) is uniformly arranged on the mounting plate (1) in a welding mode, the working plate (22) is arranged on the supporting column (21) in a welding mode, the sliding connecting rod (23) is arranged on the working plate (22) in a sliding connection mode, the cutting barrel (24) is arranged on the sliding connecting rod (23) in a welding mode, connecting clamping grooves B are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the right end of the cutting barrel (24), the cutting frames (25) are symmetrically arranged at the left end and the right end of the cutting barrel (24), the sliding rod (26) is uniformly arranged on the lower end face of the cutting frame (25) in a welding mode, and the sliding rod (26) is arranged on the working plate (22) in a sliding, the number of the sliding rods (26) is three, linkage sliding rods (27) are mounted on the sliding rods (26) in a welding mode, sliding grooves C are formed in the linkage sliding rods (27), deflection rods (28) are mounted inside the sliding grooves C in a sliding connection mode, the deflection rods (28) are mounted on a connecting frame (29) in a welding mode, the connecting frame (29) is mounted on an output shaft of a motor, and the motor is mounted on the mounting plate (1) through a motor base;
charging mechanism (3) are including connecting commentaries on classics board (31), receive material pipe (32), abutment sleeve pipe (33), material blocking block (34) and fixed slide bar (35), connect commentaries on classics board (31) and install on working plate (22) through the mode of rotating the connection, connect and install through sliding connection's mode on commentaries on classics board (31) and receive material pipe (32), receive material pipe (32) left side and install abutment sleeve pipe (33) through sliding connection's mode, receive and install material blocking block (34) on material pipe (32) right-hand member, connect and install fixed slide bar (35) through the welded mode on changeing board (31) lower terminal surface, fixed slide bar (35) are installed on mounting panel (1) through sliding connection's mode, use with spout A is mutually supported.
