The working principle is as follows: pouring soybean seeds to be screened into a feed hopper 11, electrifying an electromagnet 17 to enable the electromagnet 17 to generate pulse electromagnetic force so as to adsorb an armature 18, continuously carrying out reciprocating vibration on the seeds falling from the feed hopper 11 by the frequency of an alternating current power supply by a trough 12, continuously feeding the seeds falling from the feed hopper 11 into a dust raising chamber 2, driving seed baffles 24 at two sides of the bottom of the dust raising chamber 2 to slide inwards by a user through a rotary knob 26 when the seeds flow into the dust raising chamber 2, closing a falling channel and preventing the seeds from continuously falling, starting a motor 5, driving a rotating wheel 21 to rotate by the motor 5, continuously turning over the seeds by an upper stirring plate 23, turning over and lifting the dust adhered to the seeds, starting an exhaust fan 6 at the moment, sucking the dust in the dust raising chamber 2 into a settling chamber 91 by the operation of the exhaust fan 6, and carrying the airflow of the dust on a baffle 95 with overlapped dislocation, the collision friction is generated to change the flow direction of the air flow, the flow speed of the dust-containing gas is completely reduced in the friction collision process, then the dust in the gas is adsorbed on the choked flow wheel 96 with an arc structure, when the dust is accumulated to a certain thickness, the dust falls off together with other larger particles and dust under the friction collision of the dust-containing gas and falls into the dust accumulation hopper 94, the dust removal and the dust collection of the seeds are completed in the process, after the user expects the dust removal to be finished, the seed baffle plate 24 is opened through rotating the knob 26, then the seeds continuously fall into the screening device 3 from the dust raising chamber 2, then the vibrator 38 is started, the frame 32 is vibrated by the vibrator 38, so that the filtering speed of the seeds is accelerated, the first filter plate 33 can effectively block sundries such as leaves and stones in the seeds, then is vibrated to the left end of the first filter plate 33 along with the vibration of the frame 32, and then slides into the sundry collecting groove 73 through the third material, the filtered seeds fall onto the second filter plate 34, the aperture of the filter holes of the second filter plate 34 is the same as the diameter of the complete and full seeds, so that the full seeds can be left on the second filter plate 34, the crushed, shriveled and small-sized seeds fall into the tray 36, and are respectively vibrated into the first discharging channel 74 and the second discharging channel 75, and then flow into the stacking groove 71 and the poor groove 72, and the discharging hopper 77 communicated with the stacking groove 71 can be sleeved with a jute bag for convenient collection, while the cleaning wheel 40 on the second filter plate 34 rotates under the action of the motor 5, so that the cleaning wheel 40 can push the high-quality seeds to the right, and can conveniently flow out from the first discharging channel 76, and can wipe off the impurities remained on the seeds.
