In order to further optimize the technical scheme, gauzes 8 are arranged between the active carbon filter layer 5 and the cold catalyst layer 6 and between the cold catalyst layer 6 and the nano-scale anion powder layer 7; the gauze has the functions of tightly attaching the filter layers, improving the sealing property and simultaneously having the filtering function.

Claims (9)
1. A high temperature heated air circulation sterilizer, comprising: the disinfection cabinet body mainly comprises a cabin, a door body and a hot air filtering mechanism; wherein, three layers of tableware racks are arranged in the cabin; an operation panel, an ultraviolet sensor, an ultraviolet germicidal lamp, a humidity sensor and a temperature sensor tube are sequentially arranged on the surface of the door body from top to bottom; the operation panel is provided with a display screen and a button, and is connected with the ultraviolet sensor, the humidity sensor and the temperature sensor through pipes, so that the parameters in the cabinet are monitored in real time, signals of the parameters are processed through the whole control system, and meanwhile, the signals are converted into a disinfection result by combining the dosage of a sterilization factor which can kill bacteria and needs to reach, and the disinfection result is displayed on the display screen; the hot air filtering mechanism comprises a circulating air heater arranged outside the disinfection cabinet body, an air inlet of the circulating air heater is arranged on the back of the disinfection cabinet body, an air outlet of the circulating air heater is respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the disinfection chamber, the air outlet of the circulating air heater passes through the hot air filtering mechanism before entering the disinfection chamber, the hot air filtering mechanism comprises a dust collecting frame, and an active carbon filtering layer, a cold catalyst layer and a nanoscale anion powder layer are sequentially arranged on the dust collecting frame.

The high-temperature heated air circulation disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the door body is provided with a handle, the handle is a reinforced external cylindrical stainless steel handle, and the door body can be conveniently opened to take out and use the bowl and dish door.
3. A high temperature hot air circulation disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein said separate compartments are provided with a plurality of compartments, and each compartment is independently partitioned and individually designed with a single-opening lock.
4. A high temperature hot air circulating sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the door body is a stainless steel door.
5. A hot air circulating sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein said dish racks are made of steel bars having a diameter of not less than 4 mm.
6. A high temperature hot air circulation sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sterilizer body is configured to be 2-door, 4-door or 6-door and is controlled individually.
7. A high-temperature hot air circulation disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein said door body is pivotally connected to the disinfection cabinet body by means of door shafts, connecting plates and supporting legs, and the door body rotates about two door shafts above and below the door body to open and close the door body.
8. A high temperature hot air circulation disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cabinet body is provided with stainless steel support legs at the bottom.
9. The high temperature hot air circulation disinfection cabinet of claim 1, wherein gauze is disposed between the activated carbon filter layer and the cold catalyst layer, and between the cold catalyst layer and the nano-scale anion powder layer.
