Abstract

The permeable and breathable fabric 1 is arranged on the surface layer of the cushion, one or more layers of porous elastic fillers 3 are arranged below the permeable and breathable fabric 1, a coating layer flexible fabric 2 is arranged on the bottom layer below the porous elastic fillers 3, the coating layer flexible fabric 2 is coated on the edge of the upper surface of the permeable and breathable fabric 1 from the edge of the plane of the bottom layer upwards along the periphery of the one or more layers of porous elastic fillers 3 and the periphery of the permeable and breathable fabric 1 and is fixed, and the fixing mode can adopt the processes of hot molding, thermosetting, heat sealing, bonding and the like to form a sealing state.

The water-permeable and air-permeable fabric 1 of the flexible liquid storage pad can be felt, or flexible porous non-woven fabric, or elastic mesh fabric, has certain wear resistance, and can prevent solid impurities from falling into the inner space. The porous elastic filler 3 can be flexible porous non-woven fabric or plastic sponge or cotton wool, is insoluble in water, has certain elasticity and can naturally support the inner space of the cushion. The flexible fabric 2 of the coating layer can be plastic cloth, rubber cloth or adhesive cloth.
The water-permeable and air-permeable fabric 1, the porous elastic filler 3 and the coating layer flexible fabric 2 can be fixed by adopting a relatively fixed form, and can also be connected and fixed by adopting the processes of bonding, sewing, fusing, riveting and the like.

The liquid 4 is stored in the inner space of the cushion at idle time and is not completely exposed in the air, so that volatilization is reduced, the liquid is also in a gas-liquid bubble form when emerging, the infiltration area and height are increased, the liquid loss is prevented, and the liquid material consumption is reduced; and solid impurities are blocked and left on the felt, so that the felt is easy to clean, the pollution and consumption of the liquid material are reduced, and the service life of the liquid material is prolonged.
In a second embodiment of the flexible liquid storage mat shown in fig. 2, the felt is arranged on the surface layer of the mat, one or more layers of non-woven fabric are arranged under the felt, and the covering layer flexible fabric 2 is arranged under the non-woven fabric, and the covering layer flexible fabric 2 is covered and fixed to the edge part of the upper surface of the felt from the edge of the plane of the bottom layer upwards along the periphery of the one or more layers of non-woven fabric and the periphery of the felt. The liquid 4 is poured into the gap between the felt, the non-woven fabric and the flexible fabric 2 of the coating layer, and the penetrated liquid 4 can flow in the gap between the felt and the non-woven fabric. When the shoes or wheels of the person leave the cushion, the non-woven fabrics in the cushion rebounds due to pressure loss, the inner space recovers, liquid is absorbed and seeped back to the inner space for storage, and the consumed drug efficacy for killing is balanced. Because the liquid is not totally exposed, effectively reduced liquid and volatilized.
