In a second embodiment of the flexible liquid storage mat shown in fig. 2, the felt is arranged on the surface layer of the mat, one or more layers of non-woven fabric are arranged under the felt, and the covering layer flexible fabric 2 is arranged under the non-woven fabric, and the covering layer flexible fabric 2 is covered and fixed to the edge part of the upper surface of the felt from the edge of the plane of the bottom layer upwards along the periphery of the one or more layers of non-woven fabric and the periphery of the felt.
