Referring to fig. 7 to 9, a second embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic cigarette (not shown), which includes a cartridge 30 and a battery device (not shown). The cartridge 30 is electrically connected to the battery device, and the cartridge 30 heats the liquid under the power of the battery device, so that the liquid is atomized into smoke.
The cartridge 30 includes a cartridge case 31, an inlet cover 32 housed in the cartridge case 31, and a lower cover structure 33 mounted to the lower end of the cartridge case 31.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the cartridge case 31 is substantially cylindrical with an open lower end, the inner cavity of the cartridge case 31 forms a liquid storage cavity 311 for storing liquid smoke, the upper end of the cartridge case 31 is provided with a smoke outlet 312, and the lower end surface of the cartridge case 31 is provided with a press-connection member 313. In this embodiment, a catch 314 for connecting with the sealing cover 34 is also provided below the side of the cartridge housing 31.
The liquid inlet cover 32 is installed in the smoke cartridge shell 31, in this embodiment, the liquid inlet cover 32 is connected with the smoke cartridge shell 31 in a clamping manner, understandably, in other embodiments not shown, the liquid inlet cover 32 can also be connected with the smoke cartridge shell 31 in a connection manner such as a threaded connection manner, at least one liquid outlet hole (not shown) communicated with the liquid storage cavity 311 is formed in the liquid inlet cover 32, and at least one groove 322 used for being connected with the lower cover structure 33 is formed in the lower end of the liquid inlet cover 32.
The lower cover structure 33 includes a body 331 connected to the lower end of the liquid inlet cover 32, a heating member 332 provided in the body 331, a base 333 connected to the lower end of the body 331, a liquid absorbing member 334 provided in the base 333, and a sealing cover 34 for shielding the connection of the lower end of the cartridge case 31 and the cartridge case 31. In the present embodiment, one end of the lower cover structure 33 is fixed to the cartridge case 31, the other end of the lower cover structure 33 is operable, and the liquid absorbing member 334 is exposed by rotating around the end of the lower cover structure 33 fixed to the cartridge case 31.
Referring to fig. 10, the body 331 is provided with a placing groove 3311 corresponding to the pressing member 313 for placing the heating member 332, two sides of the placing groove 3311 on the body 331 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 3312 for connecting with the base 333, the upper end of the body 331 protrudes upwards along the axial direction of the body 331 to form a protrusion 3313 corresponding to the groove 322, in this embodiment, the body 331 is matched with the groove 322 through the protrusion 3313, so that the body 331 and the liquid inlet cover 32 are kept relatively fixed, and it can be understood that in other embodiments not shown, the body 331 can be connected with the liquid inlet cover 32 by adopting a connection method such as a threaded connection.
It is understood that the type of the heating element 332 may be a heating wire, a heating net, a heating sheet, etc., the heating element 332 may be made of steel, nickel baked alloy, ceramic, etc., in this embodiment, the heating element 332 is a steel heating sheet sintered with conductive paste, the heating element 332 is disposed in the accommodating slot 3311, and two ends of the heating element 332 are opened corresponding to the two mounting holes 3312 and respectively provided with through holes (not shown).
The base 333 is provided with a connecting groove 3331 corresponding to the heating member 332 for mounting the liquid absorbing member 334, and the base 333 is further provided with two connecting ports 3333 corresponding to the two through holes. In this embodiment, the two connection ports 3333 are respectively provided with an electrode contact 335, one end of each electrode contact 335 sequentially passes through the connection port 3333 and the through hole and then extends into the mounting hole 3312, in this embodiment, a bushing 336 is sleeved on an end surface of the electrode contact 335 extending into the mounting hole 3312, an outer surface of the bushing 336 abuts against a hole wall of the mounting hole 3312, and the electrode contact 335 can be fixed relative to the heating element 332 by the bushing 336 abutting against the hole wall of the mounting hole 3312. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, not shown, the end surfaces of the electrode contacts 335 extending into the mounting holes 3312 may also be connected by snap-fit engagement with the walls of the mounting holes 3312, or the like, so that the electrode contacts 335 remain fixed relative to the heating element 332. In this embodiment, the base 333 is further provided with a liquid injection hole 3332 which sequentially penetrates through the body 331 and the liquid inlet cover 32 and is communicated with the outside, a sealing plug (not shown) is arranged in the liquid injection hole 3332, the sealing plug is made of a rubber material, understandably, in other embodiments which are not shown, the sealing plug can be made of other materials with better sealing performance such as silica gel, when the user needs to inject liquid, the user can drop the smoke liquid into the liquid storage cavity 311 through the liquid injection hole 3332, after the user finishes the process of adding the smoke liquid into the liquid storage cavity 311 through the liquid injection hole 3332, the sealing plug is installed in the liquid injection hole 3332, the liquid injection hole 3332 can be sealed, and the smoke liquid in the liquid storage cavity 311 is prevented from leaking to the outside from the liquid injection hole 3332.
The liquid absorbing member 334 is provided in the connecting groove 3331, and in the present embodiment, the upper end surface of the liquid absorbing member 334 abuts against the lower end surface of the heating member 332. The liquid absorbing member 334 is made of a material which is easy to absorb liquid, such as cotton, cotton cloth or porous ceramic, the liquid absorbing member 334 can gradually absorb smoke liquid flowing from the liquid storage cavity 311 to the liquid absorbing member 334 through the lower liquid hole, and gradually conduct the absorbed smoke liquid to the heating member 332, so that the heating member 332 heats the smoke liquid absorbed by the atomized liquid absorbing member 334, the space where the heating member 332 heats the atomized smoke liquid forms an atomizing cavity (not shown), the heating member 332 forms a part of the peripheral wall of the atomizing cavity, and the atomizing cavity is communicated with the smoke outlet 312 to form an air outlet channel 3121.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, one end of the sealing cover 34 and the inner wall of the lower end of the cartridge housing 31 are integrally formed, the other end of the sealing cover 34 protrudes upwards along the axial direction of the sealing cover 34 to form a clamping portion 341, a clamping groove 3411 corresponding to the clamping buckle 314 is formed on the clamping portion 341, the clamping buckle 314 can be matched with the clamping groove 3411 to open or close the connecting groove 3331, and the liquid absorbing member 334 in the connecting groove 3331 is replaced. In this embodiment, the sealing cover 34 is provided with two electrode holes 342 corresponding to the lower ends of the two electrode contacts 335, and when the user does not need to replace the liquid absorbing member 334, the sealing cover 34 can shield the lower end of the cartridge case 31, so that the lower ends of the two electrode contacts 335 are exposed to the outside through the two electrode holes 342, and the user can connect to the battery device through the two electrode contacts 335, which are partially exposed.

The installation process comprises the following steps: the liquid inlet cover 32 is installed in the cartridge case 31, the heating member 332 is installed in the body 331, the body 331 is installed at the lower end of the liquid inlet cover 32, the liquid absorbing member 334 is installed in the base 333, the base 333 is installed at the lower end of the body 331, and the sealing cover 34 is installed at the lower end of the cartridge case 31.
The use process comprises the following steps: by providing the pressing member 313, the pressing member 313 can compact the heating member 332 and the liquid absorbing member 334, when the user needs to replace the liquid absorbing member 334, the user can conveniently take out the liquid absorbing member 334 positioned in the connecting groove 3331 by adjusting the sealing cover 34 to expose the connecting groove 3331; when a user needs to clean the dirt on the heating member 332, the user can take out the heating member 332 installed in the body 331 by adjusting the sealing cover 34, and sequentially detaching the base 333 and the body 331.
