Description

Cap label and package for moist sheet
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a lid label that is attached to cover an outlet of a package for wet sheets, which is impregnated with a liquid such as water, alcohol, or a chemical solution, and is capable of being repeatedly opened and closed, and a package for wet sheets to which the lid label is attached. The present application claims priority based on japanese patent application No. 2017-242098, filed in japan at 12/18/2017, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Background
Wet wipes, which are wet sheets obtained by impregnating a fibrous material such as paper, woven fabric, or nonwoven fabric with a chemical solution containing alcohol, a humectant, a surfactant, or the like, are stored in an airtight and impermeable packaging container so as not to dry. Among the wet sheets are various wet sheets as follows: a wet sheet for wiping dirt on the skin, removing makeup, wiping the buttocks of a baby, cleaning, and the like. These wet wipes are contained in a package made of a flexible resin film having air-tightness and water-tightness, and are manufactured into a product so that the chemical solution contained therein does not dry. A take-out opening is formed in a substantially central portion of the surface of the package, and a lid label as an independent member is attached to the upper surface of the take-out opening in a manner that the label can be repeatedly opened, closed, and sealed.
In the case of using such a lid label of a conventional package, when the lid label is peeled off to take out the wet wipe as the internal content and the lid label is again brought into close contact with the package, the surface of the package, particularly the vicinity of the take-out opening, is likely to be wrinkled unless sufficient attention is paid, and the lid label is not brought into close contact with the package, and a gap is generated. Therefore, there are the following problems: when carried, the chemical solution impregnated in the wet wipe leaks or evaporates to dry the wet wipe. As a conventional technique for solving such a problem, patent document 1 discloses a package in which: a reinforcing label is attached to the peripheral edge of the take-out port, and a lid label is attached so that the peripheral edge does not become wrinkled. Patent documents 2 and 3 disclose a label for a lid of a package, which includes: by providing the frame portion around the lid label, the adhesion position is ensured and the drying inside the package is prevented.
In the process of manufacturing the package for a moist sheet and the label for a lid thereof, it is preferable that extra cost is not required in terms of time and cost. Further, since the wet sheet package is formed of a thin flexible resin film, the surface thereof is soft and is likely to be distorted and undulated or wrinkled. Therefore, the following problems arise: in a manufacturing process of a package, etc., when a lid label is attached so as to cover a take-out port of the package, it is difficult to attach the lid label to a bag body of the package so as to secure sealing performance by generating undulation and wrinkles in a peripheral edge portion of the take-out port. As a prior art for solving such a problem, patent document 4 discloses a cap label including: by setting the thickness of the lid label to be at least 200 μm or more, both the sealing property at the time of attaching the lid label to the bag body of the package and the sealing property after the opening and closing operation of the lid label are ensured more effectively.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, setting the label for the cover thick causes the following problems: the material cost of the label for the cover increases and the volume of the roll at the time of processing becomes large. That is, it is desirable to achieve both the securing of the sealability of the package when the opening and closing operations of the lid label are repeated and the securing of the sealability when the lid label is attached to the pouch body of the package, and the thinning of the lid label, taking into consideration the material cost of the lid label and the like.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a novel and improved lid label and a wet sheet package that can achieve both of more effectively ensuring sealability when a lid label is attached to a bag body of a package and sealability after opening and closing operations of the lid label, and that can achieve a reduction in thickness.
Means for solving the problems
One aspect of the present invention is a label for a lid which is attached to a pouch body of a package for moist sheet containing a moist sheet so as to be repeatedly opened and closed and covers a take-out opening formed in the pouch body, the label comprising: an opening/closing lid portion which is detachably attached to the bag main body so as to cover at least the outlet and a peripheral edge portion of the outlet; a support portion that is attached to the bag main body so as to extend along a base end of the opening/closing lid portion, the support portion being connected to at least a part of the base end of the opening/closing lid portion so as to support the opening/closing lid portion; and a side frame portion attached to the bag main body along a side edge portion of the opening/closing cover portion, the side frame portion extending from both ends of the support portion along the side edge portion of the opening/closing cover portion, respectively, wherein the opening/closing cover portion, the support portion, and the side frame portion are integrally formed by providing a slit-shaped boundary portion on a flexible sheet material made of polyethylene terephthalate as a main raw material having a thickness of 100 μm or more and less than 200 μm, and the flexible sheet material has a hardness of a tensile strength value of at least 6000gf/10mm or more in both a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction when the sheet material is stretched by 2%.
According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to realize both the securing of the sealing property when the lid label is attached to the bag body of the package and the securing of the sealing property after the opening/closing operation of the lid label, in addition to the thinning of the lid label by setting the value of the tensile strength when the flexible sheet constituting the lid label is stretched by 2% to be equal to or more than a predetermined value in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the flexible sheet may be formed of the polyethylene terephthalate, and may have a hardness of at least 6700gf/10mm in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, in a value of tensile strength when stretched by 2%.
With such a configuration, it is possible to ensure both the sealability when the lid label is attached to the bag body of the package and the sealability after the opening/closing operation of the lid label, and to reliably ensure the tensile strength necessary for reliably achieving the thinning.
In one aspect of the present invention, a grip portion protruding in a direction toward a distal end side of the opening/closing lid portion may be formed on the distal end side of the opening/closing lid portion, and the grip portion may be disposed between distal ends of the side frame portions when the opening/closing lid portion covers the ejection opening.
With such a configuration, the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing lid portion is facilitated, and therefore, the sealing property of the bag main body when the opening and closing lid portion is closed can be easily ensured.
In one aspect of the present invention, the support portion may be bonded along a longitudinal direction or a width direction of the bag main body, and the opening/closing lid portion may be configured to openably and closably cover the ejection port with respect to the width direction or the length direction of the bag main body.
With such a configuration, when the lid label is attached to the bag body of the package, the label can be attached while stretching undulations and wrinkles on the surface of the bag body, and the opening/closing operation for ensuring the sealing property of the bag body when the opening/closing lid portion is closed can be easily performed.
Another aspect of the present invention is a package for moist sheets, which contains a moist sheet, the package for moist sheets comprising: a bag main body formed of an airtight and waterproof flexible sheet and containing the wet sheet inside; and a lid label according to any one of the above aspects, which is attached to the bag body so as to be repeatedly opened and closed, and which covers the outlet formed in the surface of the bag body.
According to another aspect of the present invention, by setting the value of the tensile strength of the flexible sheet constituting the lid label to be 2% or more in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, it is possible to achieve thinning of the package for the moist sheet including the lid label while ensuring both the sealing property of the package when the lid label is attached to the bag body and the sealing property of the package after the opening and closing operation of the lid label.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
As described above, according to the present invention, by setting the value of the tensile strength when the flexible sheet constituting the lid label is stretched by 2% to be equal to or higher than the predetermined value in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, it is possible to realize both the securing of the sealability when the lid label is attached to the bag body of the package and the securing of the sealability after the opening and closing operation of the lid label while thinning the lid label.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. The present embodiment described below is not intended to unduly limit the contents of the present invention recited in the claims, and all of the configurations described in the present embodiment are not necessarily essential as a means for solving the problems of the present invention.
First, the structure of an embodiment of a package for moist sheet provided with a label for lid of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a package for moist sheet provided with a lid label according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which the lid label of the package for moist sheet provided with a lid label according to an embodiment of the present invention is open.
The wet sheet package 10 provided with the lid label 100 of the present embodiment is configured such that wet wipes 11 stacked one on another can be pulled out and stored in a so-called pop-up manner inside a bag body 12 formed of a film material which is a flexible sheet having air tightness and water tightness. Further, a take-out port 14 for taking out wet tissues is formed in a substantially central portion of one surface 12a of the bag body 12 of the package 10, and a lid label 100 is attached so as to cover the take-out port 14.
The bag main body 12 is formed of a single material or a composite material of a flexible sheet material, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, and a synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, which is soft and has airtightness and watertightness. The bag body 12 is not limited to the above-described material, and may be a member formed of a composite material in which the synthetic resin and aluminum foil, paper, or the like are laminated.
The pouch body 12 is a so-called pillow-shaped package in which one end of the long side and both ends of the short side of the film are sealed, and the wet tissues 11 are stacked and sealed inside the pouch body. The bag body 12 of the package 10 is not limited to the above-described pillow shape, and the bag body 12 may be formed of a flexible sheet material having flexibility, air tightness, and water tightness, and may be formed into a package capable of storing wet tissues and the like therein.
The wet tissue 11 housed in the bag body 12 is a wet tissue obtained by impregnating water, alcohol, perfume, lotion, liquid components such as a chemical agent and a surfactant, or a solution with a nonwoven fabric made of pulp, cotton, synthetic fibers, or the like, paper made of natural pulp, synthetic pulp, or the like, or a fibrous material having a wet strength such as a cloth such as gauze. The wet wipes 11 are folded one by one while being overlapped with each other, and are stored in the pouch body 12 so as to be continuously taken out from the take-out port 14 of the pouch body 12, that is, so-called pop-up type. That is, the plurality of wet tissues 11 are stacked and stored in the bag body 12 in a state where they are partially overlapped with each other and folded.
A dispensing opening 14 having both ends in an arc shape parallel to the longitudinal direction of the package 10 is formed in the package 10 at a substantially central portion of one surface 12a of the bag body 12. A lid label 100 is attached to the outlet 14, and the lid label 100 is formed larger than the outlet 14 and is attached to the peripheral edge 14a of the outlet 14 of the bag body 12, whereby the lid label 100 covers the outlet 14 in a manner allowing repeated opening and closing.
The label 100 for a lid is formed of a flexible sheet material such as a single material or a composite material of synthetic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, and polyvinyl chloride, which is flexible and has airtightness and watertightness, and as shown in fig. 1, the label 100 for a lid has a substantially rectangular shape and is attached to one surface 12a of the bag main body 12.
In the present embodiment, the lid label 100 has the following structure: the support portion 104 and the side frame portion 106 surround the periphery except for the grip portion 102a provided on the distal end side of the attached opening/closing lid portion 102 so as to be able to open and close the outlet 14 shown in fig. 2. That is, the lid label 100 is formed by integrally molding the boundary portions of the opening/closing lid portion 102, the support portion 104, and the side frame portion 106 in a slit shape. Note that, as long as the opening/closing lid portion 102 has a predetermined area for covering the outlet 14 together with the peripheral edge portion 14a, the lid label 100 may have other shapes such as a circle, an ellipse, and a polygon having a triangle or more, in addition to a substantially rectangular shape.
As a removable adhesive for repeatedly peeling and adhering from and to the package 10, for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive such as polyester, acrylic, or rubber is applied to the back surface side of the lid label 100, that is, the surface facing the bag body 12 of the package 10, and adhered to one surface 12a of the bag body 12 to close the outlet 14. In the present embodiment, the opening/closing lid portion 102 of the lid label 100 is repeatedly peeled from the package 10 and attached to the package 10, and the support portion 104 and the side frame portion 106 are always attached to the package 10.
The opening/closing lid portion 102 is detachably attached to the bag main body 12 so as to cover at least the outlet 14 together with the peripheral edge portion 14a of the outlet 14. In the present embodiment, the main body portion of the opening/closing lid portion 102, excluding the grip portion 102a provided on the distal end side, has a substantially elliptical shape. In order to prevent the opening/closing lid portion 102 from falling off the bag main body 12, a substantially rectangular coupling portion 102b for coupling to the support portion 104 attached to the bag main body 12 is provided substantially at the center of the base end of the opening/closing lid portion 102. The coupling portion 102b may have other shapes, positions, and numbers as long as it is configured to couple at least a part of the base end of the opening/closing lid portion 102 to the support portion 104.
In the present embodiment, the side frame portion 106 is provided along the side edge portion 102e of the opening/closing lid portion 102, and the opening/closing lid portion 102 is configured to openably cover the outlet 14 along the side frame portion 106 in the width direction Y of the bag main body 12. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the back surface 102c of the opening/closing lid portion 102, and can be repeatedly peeled from and stuck to the bag body 12 of the package 10.
As shown in fig. 2, an inner lid 12b covering the dispensing opening 14 is attached to a substantially central portion of a back surface 102c of the opening/closing lid portion 102. The inner lid 12b corresponds to a portion of the bag body 12 where the outlet 14 is formed, and the inner lid 12b is connected to the bag body 12 through a perforated linear connecting point before the opening/closing lid portion 102 is peeled off first. When the opening/closing lid portion 102 is first peeled off, the portion of the bag main body 12 which becomes the outlet 14 is cut by the pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to the back surface 102c of the opening/closing lid portion 102, and the cut portion is stuck to the back surface 102c to become the inner lid 12b which covers the outlet 14.
A tab 102a used when the open/close cover portion 102 is repeatedly peeled and stuck is formed on the tip end side of the open/close cover portion 102 of the cover label 100. The grip 102a is formed to protrude in a substantially arc shape toward the distal end of the opening/closing cover 102. As shown in fig. 2, the removable adhesive is not applied to the back surface 102a1 of the grip 102a to facilitate the grip, and the grip 102a is not bonded to the bag body 12 of the package 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the grip portion 102a has the following structure: when the opening/closing lid 102 covers the outlet 14, the grip 102a is disposed between the distal ends 106a1, 106b1 of the side frames 106a, 106b, respectively. With such a configuration, the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing lid portion 102 is facilitated, and therefore, the sealing property of the bag body 12 when the opening and closing lid portion 102 is closed is also facilitated to be secured. The shape of the handle 102a is not limited to the above configuration, and may be, for example, rectangular or trapezoidal as long as it is formed at the tip end of the opening/closing lid portion 102 and the user can easily perform the peeling operation.
The support portion 104 is attached to the bag main body 12 so as to extend along the base end of the opening/closing lid portion 102, and is coupled to a coupling portion 102b provided at the substantially center of the base end of the opening/closing lid portion 102, thereby supporting the opening/closing lid portion 102 so that the opening/closing lid portion 102 does not fall off from the bag main body 12. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, since the support portion 104 is attached along the longitudinal direction X of the bag main body 12, the opening/closing lid portion 102 is configured to openably cover the outlet 14 with respect to the width direction Y of the bag main body 12. Therefore, the opening/closing operation for securing the airtightness of the bag body 12 when the opening/closing lid portion 102 is closed is easily performed.
The side frame portion 106 is configured such that the side frame portion 106 is attached to the bag body 12 so as to extend along the side edge portion 102e of the opening/closing lid portion 102, and extends in the width direction Y of the bag body 12 from both ends 104a, 104b of the support portion 104 along the side edge portion 102e of the opening/closing lid portion 102, as shown in fig. 1, the tip end sides of the side frame portions 106a, 106b are formed into a substantially L-shaped shape, and the grip portion 102a included in the tip end of the opening/closing lid portion 102 is disposed between the tip ends 106a1, 106b1 thereof.
In the present embodiment, since the side frame portions 106(106a, 106b) are provided as described above, even if the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing lid portion 102 is repeated, the opening and closing lid portion 102 is returned to the fixed position covering the ejection opening 14 along the side frame portions 106 and attached, and therefore, the risk of the opening and closing lid portion 102 being displaced from the ejection opening 14 when the opening and closing lid portion 102 is closed is reduced, and therefore, the sealing performance of the package 10 is easily ensured.
In the present embodiment, the opening/closing lid portion 102, the support portion 104, and the side frame portion 106 constituting the lid label 100 are integrally molded by providing a slit-shaped boundary portion in the flexible sheet, and the lid label 100 has a hardness of at least 6000gf/10mm in both the longitudinal direction (Y direction shown in fig. 1) and the transverse direction (X direction shown in fig. 1) of the tensile strength obtained by stretching the flexible sheet by 2%. That is, since the lid label 100 itself is preferably a lid label having shape retention properties and being less likely to wrinkle, a lid label having a hardness of at least 5100gf/10mm in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction at a tensile strength value of 2% or more has been conventionally used, but in the present embodiment, a lid label having a hardness higher than that of the conventional one is used.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, polyethylene terephthalate is used as a main raw material and the thickness thereof is set to be at least 100 μm or more so that the value of tensile strength when the flexible sheet constituting the lid label 100 is stretched by 2% has a hardness of at least 6000gf/10mm or more in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction. In particular, by forming the lid label 100 from a monomer of polyethylene terephthalate and setting the thickness thereof to at least 100 μm, the value of tensile strength when stretched by 2% becomes at least 6700gf/10mm or more in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, and therefore, it is possible to reliably ensure a hardness of at least 6000gf/10mm or more in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, the value of tensile strength when stretched by 2% being necessary for achieving the above-described object of the present invention.
Therefore, it is possible to achieve both the securing of the sealing property when the lid label 100 is attached to the bag body of the package and the securing of the sealing property after the opening and closing operation of the lid label 100, and to reliably achieve the thinning. Further, by making the lid label 100 hard and thin, the operation of attaching and detaching the lid label 100 to and from the package 10 can be easily performed. That is, the work efficiency in attaching, detaching, and attaching/detaching the lid label 100 to/from the package 10 can be improved. When the cover label 100 is formed of polyethylene terephthalate, the thickness of a single sheet may be 100 μm or more, or a plurality of sheets may be bonded together and the total thickness may be 100 μm or more, in order to set the thickness to at least 100 μm or more.
The lid label 100 is configured as follows: the cover label 100 is formed integrally with the opening/closing cover 102, the support 104, and the side frame 106, and has a hardness of at least 6000gf/10mm in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, which is a value of tensile strength when stretched by 2%, so that the cover label 100 can be attached to the bag body 12 while stretching undulations and wrinkles of one surface 12a of the bag body 12. Further, since the opening/closing lid portion 102 is opened and closed along the side frame portion 106 after being attached to the bag main body 12, the opening/closing lid portion 102 more reliably covers the outlet 14, and the sealing property of the package 10 after the opening/closing operation is ensured. That is, the sealing property when the lid label 100 is attached to the bag body 12 and the sealing property after the opening/closing operation of the opening/closing lid section 102 of the lid label 100 are ensured more effectively and simultaneously over a longer period of time.
Next, the detailed description of the structure of the lid label of the package for moist sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention will be given with reference to the drawings. Fig. 3 is a plan view showing a schematic configuration of a lid label according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The present inventors have made intensive studies to achieve the above object of the present invention, and as a result, have found that: by setting the value of tensile strength at which the flexible sheet constituting the lid label 100 is stretched by 2% to be at least 6000gf/10mm or more in both the longitudinal direction (Y direction shown in fig. 3) and the transverse direction (X direction shown in fig. 3) and harder than the conventional one, when the lid label 100 is attached to the bag body 12 of the package 10, the label can be attached while stretching undulations and wrinkles on the surface 12a of the bag body 12. In addition, it was found that: the value of tensile strength when the flexible sheet constituting the lid label 100 is stretched by 2% is at least 6000gf/10mm or more in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction and is harder than the conventional one, and the label can be attached while the surface 12a of the bag body 12 is undulated and wrinkled, and therefore, the sealing property of the package 10 can be maintained over a longer period of time even if the opening and closing operation of the lid label 100 is repeated. It has also been found that: by increasing the hardness of the lid label 100 based on the tensile strength, the thickness of the lid label 100 can be set to an appropriate value of 100 μm or more and less than 200 μm, thereby achieving a reduction in thickness.
The lid label 100 of the present embodiment is characterized in that the opening/closing lid portion 102, the support portion 104, and the side frame portion 106 are integrally molded from a flexible sheet material, and the value of the tensile strength of the lid label 100 when it is stretched by 2% is at least 6000gf/10mm or more in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction. As shown in fig. 3, the lid label 100 has a substantially rectangular shape, and is configured to surround the periphery except for the grip portion 102a provided on the tip end side of the opening/closing lid portion 102 by the support portion 104 and the side frame portion 106. The boundary portions of the opening/closing cover portion 102, the support portion 104, and the side frame portion 106 of the cover label 100 are slit-shaped.
The lid label 100 is formed of a flexible sheet material having flexibility, airtightness, and watertightness, which is formed of a single material or a composite material of a synthetic resin sheet such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, and polyvinyl chloride, or a composite sheet material obtained by laminating these synthetic resin sheets with aluminum foil, paper, or the like. In particular, in order to ensure a hardness of the label 100 for a cap having a tensile strength value of at least 6000gf/10mm in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction when the label is stretched by 2%, it is preferable to form the label 100 for a cap using polyethylene terephthalate as a main raw material. The lid label 100 is not limited to the above-mentioned material, and may be any material as long as it has a tensile strength value of at least 6000gf/10mm in both the longitudinal and transverse directions when stretched by 2%, and when the peeling and sticking operation of the opening and closing lid portion 102 of the lid label 100 is repeated as a whole, it does not break and maintains appropriate flexibility, air tightness, and liquid tightness.
In the present embodiment, in order to enable the attachment of the cover label 100 to the bag body 12 while stretching the undulations and wrinkles of the one surface 12a of the bag body 12 when the cover label 100 is attached to the bag body 12, the cover label 100 has a hardness of at least 6000gf/10mm in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, which is a value of tensile strength when stretched by 2%. As described above, by providing the lid label 100 to be harder than the conventional lid label, a strong stress acts on the lid label 100 when the lid label 100 is attached to the bag body 12, and thus the lid label 100 acts to stretch the undulation or wrinkle of the bag body 12.
In the present embodiment, since the lid label 100 has a hardness of at least 6000gf/10mm or more in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, the thickness of the lid label 100 can be set to 100 μm or more and less than 200 μm in order to allow strong stress of the lid label 100 to act. That is, since the lid label 100 has the above hardness, the lid label 100 can be configured to be integrally molded by the opening/closing lid portion 102, the support portion 104, and the side frame portion 106 so that the thicknesses thereof are 100 μm or more and less than 200 μm. Therefore, it is possible to achieve both the securing of the sealing property when the lid label 100 is attached to the bag body 12 of the package 10 and the securing of the sealing property after the opening and closing operation of the lid label 100 in a compatible manner over a longer period of time, and it is possible to reliably achieve the thinning of the lid label 100.
Next, the operations of attaching and opening/closing a lid label of a wet sheet packaging body according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 4A to 4D are explanatory views showing the operations of attaching and opening/closing a lid label according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Since the bag body 12 of the package 10 containing the wet tissue 11 and to which the lid label 100 is attached is formed of a thin flexible resin film, the surface thereof is soft and is likely to be distorted and undulated or wrinkled. As shown in fig. 4A, the lid label 100 of the present embodiment is attached to one surface 12a of the bag body 12 in which the undulations 12a1 and wrinkles are generated. At this time, the support portion 104 (see fig. 3) is bonded along the longitudinal direction of the bag main body 12. In the present embodiment, when the lid label 100 is attached to the bag main body 12, the support body 104 is attached along the longitudinal direction (X direction shown in fig. 3) of the bag main body 12, but may be attached along the width direction (Y direction shown in fig. 3).
As described above, in the present embodiment, since the lid label 100 has a hardness of at least 6000gf/10mm in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, which is a value of tensile strength when the lid label 100 is stretched by 2%, when the lid label 100 starts to be attached to the one surface 12a of the bag main body 12, as shown in fig. 4B, the label is attached while the undulations 12a1 and wrinkles of the one surface 12a of the bag main body 12 are stretched by the action of stress. That is, by setting the hardness of the lid label 100 to the above condition, the lid label 100 can be attached to the bag body 12 of the package 10 in such a manner that the undulations 12a1 and the creases are easily generated on the surface, and the undulations 12a1 and the creases are easily spread, so that the lid label 100 can be easily attached to the bag body 12 to ensure the sealing property of the package 10.
When the sticking of the lid label 100 to the one surface 12a of the bag main body 12 is completed, as shown in fig. 4C, the undulations 12a1 and the wrinkles of the bag main body 12 are completely spread, and the lid label 100 is stuck in close contact with the bag main body 12. That is, the bag body 12 of the package 10 is kept hermetically sealed when the lid label 100 is attached to the bag body 12. In other words, the package 10 is kept hermetically sealed at the time of shipment.
Thereafter, as shown in fig. 4D, since the opening/closing lid portion 102 is opened and closed with respect to the bag main body 12 along the side frame portion 106, the opening/closing lid portion 102 is guided to a fixed position covering the outlet 14 after the opening/closing operation. Therefore, the sealing property of the package 10 after the opening/closing operation of the opening/closing lid section 102 of the lid label 100 is easily ensured. In the present embodiment, since the support portion 104 is attached along the longitudinal direction of the bag main body 12, the opening/closing lid portion 102 is configured to openably and closably cover the outlet 14 with respect to the width direction of the bag main body 12. When the support portion 104 is attached along the width direction of the bag main body 12, the opening/closing lid portion 102 covers the outlet 14 so as to be openable and closable with respect to the longitudinal direction of the bag main body 12.
As described above, in the present embodiment, since the rigidity of the entire lid label 100 provided with the side frame portion 106 serving as a guide portion for opening and closing the lid portion 102 is made higher than that of the conventional one, when the label is attached to the bag body 12 of the package 10, the support portion 104 is formed along the longitudinal direction or the width direction of the bag body 12, and the label can be attached while stretching the undulations 12a1 and the wrinkles on the surface 12a of the bag body 12. That is, by integrally molding the lid label 100 having the side frame portion 106 along the side edge portion 102e of the opening/closing lid portion 102 and further hardening the lid label 100 as compared with the conventional case, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of undulation or wrinkles around the outlet 14 of the bag main body 12.
Therefore, the sealing property of the package 10 when the lid label 100 is attached to the bag body 12 of the package 10 can be ensured without using any other member such as an excessive reinforcing label as in the conventional art. That is, since the step of processing another member such as a reinforcing label and the step of attaching the other member to the package, which are conventionally required, are not required, the production efficiency of the lid label 100 that can achieve the above-described object of the present invention can be improved. Further, since the thickness can be reduced without reinforcing the label or the like, the material cost can be reduced.
Further, since the hardness of the entire lid label 100 is made higher than that of the conventional one, it is possible to maintain both the function of ensuring the sealing property when the lid label 100 is attached to the bag body 12 and the sealing property after the opening/closing operation of the opening/closing lid portion 102 of the lid label 100 over a longer period of time, and to reduce the thickness of the lid label 100. Therefore, since the operation of attaching and detaching the lid label 100 to and from the package 10 is easy to perform, usability is improved for the user and the sealing performance is easily ensured over a longer period of time, and in addition, reduction in material cost and thinning of the lid label 100 and the package for a moist sheet to which the lid label 100 is attached can be reliably achieved.
Further, since the lid label 100 is configured such that the opening/closing lid portion 102, the support portion 104, and the side frame portion 106 are integrally molded from a flexible sheet having a predetermined hardness, the sealing performance of the package 10 after the opening/closing operation of the lid label 100 can be ensured for a longer period of time after the lid label 100 is attached to the package 10. That is, even if the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing lid portion 102 is repeated after the lid label 100 is attached to the bag body 12 of the package 10, the opening and closing lid portion 102 is guided to a fixed position covering the outlet 14, and therefore, the sealing property after the start of use of the package 10 can be ensured over a longer period of time.
Further, by setting the value of the tensile strength when the lid label 100 is stretched by 2% to a hardness of at least 6000gf/10mm in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, when the lid label 100 is attached to the pouch body 12 containing the wet wipes 11 in the process of manufacturing the package 10, it is possible to reduce the risk of defective products in which the lid label 100 is attached in a state where wrinkles are generated around the outlet 14 of the pouch body 12. That is, the yield of the lid label 100 in manufacturing the package 10 can be improved. Specifically, when manufacturing the package 10 having the lid label 100 of the present embodiment, it is expected that the number of the lid labels 100 used for the number of the produced packages 10 will be reduced, and the yield of the lid label 100 will be improved by about several percent, which is extremely industrially valuable.
Examples
Next, experimental results of examples for demonstrating the effects of the above-described embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the present example, an evaluation experiment for confirming the sealing property at the time of use using a label for a lid of a package for a moist sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention was performed. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
First, a preferable material and thickness of the flexible sheet constituting the label for a lid according to the embodiment of the present invention are selected. That is, a label was actually produced using biaxially oriented polypropylene (hereinafter, OPP), polyvinyl chloride (hereinafter, PVC), and polyethylene terephthalate (hereinafter, PET), which are materials having a relatively hard hardness among label sheets currently distributed, as main raw materials, and tests were performed to confirm the material, tensile strength, and loss on drying of the label.
Specifically, a label made of the following material, structure and thickness was cut into a width of 10mm for evaluation, and the distance between chucks was measured using a tensile tester for the label: 50mm, drawing speed: the tensile strength at 2% elongation at 300m/min was evaluated.
1) Material, structure OPP40/PET50, thickness 90 μm
2) Material, structure PVC80/PVC80, thickness 160 μm
3) Material, structure OPP100, thickness 100 μm
4) Material, structure PET25, thickness 25 μm
5) Material, structure PET50, thickness 50 μm
6) Material, structure PET75, thickness 75 μm
7) Material, structure PET100, thickness 100 μm
8) Material, structure PET25/PET75, thickness 100 μm
9) Material, structure PET25/PET100, thickness 125 μm
10) The material, structure PET25/PET75/PET50, thickness 150 μm
Then, the sheet material of the sample of the wet sheet packaging body to which each label was attached was repeatedly subjected to a drawing step of closing the label every time the sheet material was drawn out, the weight of the sample product immediately after the drawing step and the weight of the sample product after standing at room temperature for 4 days were measured, the loss on drying (weight loss) was measured from the difference in weight between them, and the sample product in which the loss on drying was observed was selected as a sample product that can be used as a label for a cap, and the results thereof are shown in table 1 below, and in table 1 below, the sample product in which whether or not the sample product can be used as a label for a cap is shown as ×.
[ Table 1]
Figure BDA0002542731180000151
As shown in Table 1, since the values of the 2% tensile strength in the machine direction and the transverse direction of the OPP40/PET50 label, the PVC 100% label and the OPP 100% label which are generally used were less than 6000gf/10mm, no decrease in the loss on drying was observed. In addition, even in the 100% PET label having a higher hardness than OPP and PVC, the 2% tensile strength in both the longitudinal and transverse directions of the label having a thickness of less than 100 μm was less than 6000gf/10mm, and thus no decrease in the loss on drying was observed.
In contrast, in the label having a thickness of 100 μm or more and 100% of PET, the values of 2% tensile strength in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction were 6000gf/10mm or more, and a decrease in the weight loss on drying was observed. From this, it is found that the thickness of the PET label needs to be at least 100 μm or more in order to satisfy the reduction of the loss on drying. It is also found that, if the thickness of the PET label is 100 μm or more, even if the total thickness of the plurality of sheets is 100 μm or more in order to laminate the plurality of sheets, a desired tensile strength can be secured and a decrease in the loss on drying can be observed.
Next, as example 1, a label for a lid (material PET25/PET75, thickness 100 μm) of the package for moist sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention was prepared. In comparative example 1, which was a comparative object of example 1, a lid label (material OPP40/PET50, thickness 90 μm) having the same shape as that of the lid label of example 1 was prepared, and in comparative example 2, a thick label (material PET25/PVC100/PET50, thickness 175 μm) having the same shape as that of the lid label of example was prepared. Then, the value of the tensile strength and the volatility at the time of use of each label were confirmed.
Specifically, the following procedure was followed to evaluate the samples.
1) With respect to the hardness of each of the cap labels of example 1, comparative example 1, and comparative example 2, the value of the tensile strength at 2% elongation was measured and evaluated using a tensile tester for the longitudinal direction (Y direction shown in fig. 3) and the transverse direction (X direction shown in fig. 3), respectively.
2) A sample of a wet sheet package to which the labels of example 1, comparative example 1, and comparative example 2 were attached as a lid label was prepared by packaging 40 sheets (wet wipes) and opening a take-out port, the package being formed of a film in which a bag body was a composite sheet structure in which an aluminum foil and a synthetic resin sheet were laminated.
3) The steps of closing the label were repeated 10 times (10 sheets were drawn), 20 times (20 sheets were drawn), and 30 times (30 sheets were drawn) for each of the 1 sheet samples of the wet sheet package.
4) After the drawing step, the weight of the sample product immediately after the drawing step and the weight of the sample product after the sample product was left at room temperature for 4 days were measured, and the loss on drying (weight loss) was measured from the difference in weight between them, and the loss on drying ratio ((loss on drying/weight of product after drawing) × 100 was calculated).
5) In this evaluation test, the steps of 3) and 4) were performed 3 times, and the average values of the weight of the product after extraction, the weight of the product after standing for 4 days, the weight loss and the weight loss on drying, which were measured and calculated 3 times and 3 times, were determined.
Regarding the values of tensile strength measured by the above evaluation method for each of the labels based on the above example 1, comparative example 1, and comparative example 2, the 2% tensile strength in the machine direction and the transverse direction was 6700gf/10mm and 7900gf/10mm, respectively, for the label of example 1, 5100gf/10mm and 5800gf/10mm, respectively, for the 2% tensile strength in the machine direction and the transverse direction, respectively, for the label of comparative example 2, 5840gf/10mm and 6130gf/10mm, respectively. The data obtained by summarizing the results of the volatility verification in use are shown in table 2 below.
[ Table 2]
Figure BDA0002542731180000171
As is clear from table 2, the lid label of example 1, which is the lid label of the package for moist sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention, has a higher tensile strength value than the lid label of comparative example 1, and thus the loss on drying rate during repeated use is significantly reduced. In particular, it is found that as the number of drawn sheets increases to 20 to 30 sheets, the percentage loss on drying of the lid label of example 1 is greatly improved as compared with the label of comparative example 1.
It is understood that the lid label of example 1 has a slightly higher loss on drying rate when used repeatedly when the number of extracted sheets is 10 sheets than the thick label of comparative example 2, but the lid label of example 1 can suppress an increase in loss on drying rate as compared with the thick label of comparative example 2 as the number of extracted sheets increases to 20 sheets and 30 sheets.
That is, even when the cap label of example 1 is thinner than the label of comparative example 2, it is found that the elasticity necessary for the sealing property can be secured as in the case of the thick label of comparative example 2 by making the cap label of example 1 have a hardness of a value of tensile strength equal to or higher than a predetermined value and by using a material harder than the material of the label of comparative example 2. In particular, it is found that the value of tensile strength when the flexible sheet constituting the label is stretched by 2% is at least 6000gf/10mm or more in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, and that the label is made thin after being hardened to have a value of tensile strength of a predetermined value or more, whereby the label can be easily attached and detached, and therefore, even when the label is used while the attachment and detachment work is repeated, the state in which the loss in drying weight is low can be maintained over a longer period of time.
Therefore, it is found that when the label for the cap is attached to the bag main body again to seal the outlet, the efficiency of the label attaching operation can be improved, and therefore, a state in which the label is attached without a gap can be secured for a longer period of time. As a result, it was confirmed that the cap label of example 1, in which the thickness of the label was thinner than that of the thick label of comparative example 2, can ensure the sealing property of the package in a more stable state for a longer period of time than the thick label of comparative example 2 even when the attachment and detachment of the cap label were repeated.
Further, as described above, although one embodiment and each example of the present invention have been described in detail, it should be readily understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made without substantially departing from the novel matters and effects of the present invention. Therefore, all such modifications are included in the scope of the present invention.
For example, in the specification or the drawings, a term described with respect to at least one of different terms which are broader, or synonymous, may be replaced with the different term in any part of the specification or the drawings. The structure and operation of the lid label and the package for moist sheet are not limited to those described in the embodiment of the present invention and the examples, and various modifications can be made.
