In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a headset is provided. As shown in fig. 1, the headset includes a headset body 11 and a temperature sensing device. The temperature sensing device is disposed within the earphone body 11. The temperature sensing device is configured to sense the external temperature of the earphone and compare the external temperature with a preset temperature. And under the condition that the sensed temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature, the temperature sensing device sends a starting instruction to the earphone body 11.
The earphone is a wired earphone or a wireless earphone. Depending on the wearing style, the headset may be an in-ear headset, a semi-in-ear headset or a headset. The headphone body 11 includes a housing and a speaker. The housing has a sound outlet. The loudspeaker is arranged in the shell, and the vibrating diaphragm of the loudspeaker is opposite to the sound outlet hole or the sound outlet hole is positioned on the side part of the vibrating diaphragm. The temperature sensing device can sense the temperature outside the earphone at set intervals. The preset temperature is a temperature lower than the body temperature of the human body, for example, 36 ℃.
In this example, by providing the temperature sensing means, the earphone can actively sense the temperature of the outside, and when the sensed temperature is higher than a preset temperature, it is determined that the earphone has been worn to the ear. Under this condition, the temperature sensing device sends a start instruction to turn on the headset. The earphone can be automatically opened when being worn.
In one example, the temperature sensing device determines that the headset is not worn to the ear on the condition that the sensed temperature is lower than a preset temperature, on the condition that the headset is not turned on. For example, the wireless headset is housed in a charging box. The charging box is opened, at which time the processor in the headset configures the preset temperature. The temperature sensing device senses the temperature outside the earphone. Usually the external temperature is lower than the body temperature of the human body. When the sensed temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the temperature sensing device judges that the earphone is not worn on the ear, and then no instruction is sent out, so that the earphone keeps a power-off state.
In one example, when the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing device significantly exceeds the body temperature of the human body, the temperature sensing device determines that the earphone is in an extremely high temperature environment. For example, the sensed temperature exceeds 42 ℃. Under such a condition, the temperature sensing device does not send out an opening instruction; or sending a pause instruction to pause the playing of the earphone, thereby preventing the earphone from being damaged due to high temperature when the earphone works in the environment.
In one example, when the earphone is in an operating state, the temperature sensing device sends an interrupt instruction to the earphone body 11 under the condition that the sensed temperature is lower than the preset temperature.
When in the active state, the headset is worn to the ear. The temperature sensed by the temperature sensing device should be higher than a preset temperature. And when the sensed temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the temperature sensing device judges that the earphone is taken off from the wearing state. Under this condition, the temperature sensing device issues an interrupt instruction. The command causes the headset to cease operation. At this point, the headset records the location of the abort rather than directly emptying the memory. This allows the currently played data to be preserved.
In one example, the temperature sensing device instructs the earphone body 11 to restart from the interrupt position on the condition that the temperature sensed again by the temperature sensing device is greater than or equal to the preset temperature. Under the condition, the temperature sensing device judges that the earphone is worn to the ear again, and then sends a restart instruction to the earphone body 11, so that the earphone is restarted from the interrupt position. In this way, the audio heard by the user can be connected with the audio before interruption, and repeated listening of the audio or missing of some audio in the middle is avoided.
In one example, the temperature sensing device senses the temperature outside the headset at set intervals while the headset body 11 is operating. In this example, the temperature sensing device is capable of acquiring body temperature information of the wearer in real time. The body temperature information prompts the current physical condition of the user and reminds the user to get to the doctor when the user is heated.
In one example, the headset further comprises a wireless transmission device. The wireless transmission device is configured to transmit the sensed temperature data. For example, the wireless transmission device is a bluetooth device. Through the bluetooth device, the external temperature data and/or the body temperature data of the headset are transmitted to a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, etc.
Of course, in case that the earphone is a wired earphone, the earphone external temperature data and/or the body temperature data are transmitted to the mobile terminal through the earphone line.
In one example, the temperature sensing device includes an infrared thermopile sensor 13. The infrared thermopile constant sensor is internally provided with a processor. In use, the processor needs to be first configured with a preset temperature. The infrared thermopile sensor 13 senses the external temperature of the headset; the built-in processor compares the sensed temperature with a preset temperature, and the temperature sensing device sends a starting instruction to the earphone body 11 under the condition that the sensed temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature.
Of course, the temperature sensing device may only sense the temperature outside the earphone, compare the preset temperature, and perform the determining step by another processor.
In one example, the earphone body 11 includes a housing having a contact portion 12 contactable with an ear, and the temperature sensing device is located at the contact portion 12. In this position, the temperature of the human body sensed by the infrared thermopile sensor 13 is more accurate.
For example, the contact portion 12 is disposed around the sound outlet hole. This location is typically in close proximity to the ear. The infrared thermopile sensor 13 is provided at the contact portion 12.
Of course, the temperature sensing device can be arranged at other positions as long as the body temperature of the human body can be sensed.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, the headset is a wireless headset. The working process of the earphone is as follows:
s1, opening a charging box of the wireless headset;
s2, starting a Bluetooth device of the wireless headset;
s3, presetting the temperature of the infrared thermopile sensor 13 to be 36 ℃;
s4, the infrared thermopile sensor 13 works to sense the temperature outside the earphone; at this time, if the wireless earphone is replaced into the charging box again, the Bluetooth device is turned off, and the infrared thermopile sensor 13 stops working;
s5, comparing the sensed temperature with a preset temperature by the infrared thermopile sensor 13; when the temperature is higher than or equal to 36 ℃, the earphone is judged to be worn on the ear, a starting instruction is sent out, the earphone is connected with the mobile terminal through the Bluetooth device, and playing is started; when the temperature is lower than 36 ℃, the external temperature is sensed again at set time intervals;
and S6, when the earphone works, sensing the body temperature of the user through the infrared thermopile sensor 13 at set intervals, transmitting the body temperature to the mobile terminal through the Bluetooth device, and generating a body temperature detection meter in the mobile terminal.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a control method of a headset. The control method comprises the following steps:
sensing the external temperature of the earphone and comparing the external temperature with a preset temperature;
and turning on the earphone under the condition that the sensed temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature.
The body temperature information prompts the current physical condition of the user to remind the user to get to the doctor when the user generates heat.
According to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device is provided. The electronic equipment comprises a mobile terminal and the earphone, wherein the mobile terminal is connected with the earphone. The mobile terminal is a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a game machine and the like.
In the above embodiments, the differences between the embodiments are described in emphasis, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as the differences are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in consideration of brevity of the text.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
