Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of generators, in particular to a generator hydrogen exhaust device.
Background
From the end of the 30's of the 20 th century, generators with capacities greater than 50MW were gradually transitioned from air cooling to hydrogen cooling. The hydrogen has small density which is only 1/14 times of air, the heat conductivity coefficient is 7 times of air, and the heat release coefficient is 14-15 times of air under the same temperature and flow rate. So modern large-capacity turbonators almost all adopt hydrogen for cooling. The hydrogen cooling is divided into 2 types: hydrogen cooling and water hydrogen cooling.
The closed cooling water has the function of providing cooling water for auxiliary machines in the power station and adopts a closed circulation loop. The hydrogen penetration ability is strong, and welding seam or pipeline have slight crack or sand hole in the generator hydrogen cooler, then hydrogen can permeate closed cooling water piping in, along the other auxiliary engine of power plant of cooling water diffusion, when diffusing to the auxiliary engine of working under the high temperature condition, for example vapour water sampling cooler, probably arouse the hydrogen explosion, endanger system and equipment safety. The nuclear power unit has large capacity (1000 MW-1750 MW) and large hydrogen flow, so that the leaked and accumulated hydrogen amount is much larger, and the hydrogen explosion risk is obviously increased.
In the prior art, a DN25 emptying pipeline is connected to the high position of each cooling water pipeline (6-8) on the outlet of a hydrogen cooler body, and the hydrogen overflowing from the pipeline is led out of the roof of a factory building. The caliber of the pipeline in the prior art is too small, the hydrogen discharge capacity is weak, and the pipeline is not suitable for a large-capacity nuclear power unit.

The invention aims to provide a generator hydrogen exhaust device, which aims to solve the problems that the existing hydrogen exhaust device in the background art is too small in pipe diameter, weak in hydrogen exhaust capacity, not suitable for a high-capacity nuclear power unit and the like.

The working process of the invention is as follows: closed cooling water flows into a hydrogen cooler 4 from a circulating water tank 3, or flows into the hydrogen cooler 4 through a water supply device 6, meanwhile, water of the water supply device 6 flows into a steam-water sampling cooler 5 and flows into a water return device 7 after sampling detection is completed, water in the hydrogen cooler 4 flows into a hydrogen buffer tank 8 through a water inlet pipe 84 and then flows out of a water outlet pipe 85 to the water return device 7, water return and water supply processes are carried out, meanwhile, hydrogen in the hydrogen cooler 4 enters the hydrogen buffer tank 8 through a connecting water pipe 41, and hydrogen in the hydrogen buffer tank 8 is discharged through a vent 82.
