Description

Voice-controlled emergency broadcasting method and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of wireless communication, in particular to a voice control emergency broadcasting method and system.
Background
The emergency broadcast adapter is a piece of equipment which can effectively and quickly respond to emergencies, and is mostly used in remote areas such as rural areas or suburbs at present. However, there are some objective disadvantages in these areas:
real-time hysteresis:
when an emergency occurs, the watchmen cannot arrive at the broadcasting station at the first moment, and the response place of people to the emergency is not timely enough, so that property loss of the masses is caused, and the life safety of the masses is harmed.
2. Staff education level inconsistency:
the adapter user is a rural staff of the old generation, for which it is difficult to input characters in the mobile terminal, but it is relatively convenient to input voice.
Based on the above two special cases, a procedure for controlling emergency broadcasting by voice has been developed to recover some of the losses due to the above reasons.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems, the invention provides a voice control emergency broadcasting method, which comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal receives a voice instruction for controlling emergency broadcasting or logging in a system; the mobile terminal identifies the voice receiving instruction and converts the voice receiving instruction into a character instruction; the mobile terminal sends the character instruction to a server; the server forwards the character instruction to the designated adapter.
In the voice-controlled emergency broadcasting method provided by the invention, further optionally, the mobile terminal has a function of logging in through a preset account and a preset password. The method has the advantages that the safety can be guaranteed, and the use of emergency broadcasting by irrelevant personnel is avoided.
Optionally, the mobile terminal has a function of logging in through a preset voiceprint. After receiving the voice command, the mobile terminal tries voiceprint matching with the server, and logs in a corresponding account when matching is successful.
Optionally, the mobile terminal provides an option so that the user can select one or more adapters.
Optionally, after recognizing the voice command, the mobile terminal performs information interaction with the server and the adapter, and detects whether the adapter specified in the voice command can work normally.
Optionally, after recognizing the voice command, the mobile terminal determines whether the voice command includes emergency broadcast notification content, and sends information if the voice command includes the broadcast content.
Optionally, after the mobile terminal recognizes the voice command, it determines whether the voice command includes the line information, and if so, sends a corresponding command to the server.
In addition, the invention also provides a voice control emergency broadcasting system, which comprises the following modules:
the mobile terminal module is used for receiving and processing a voice instruction for controlling emergency broadcasting or logging in a system; the server module is used for forwarding the operation instruction and storing the user information; and the adapter module is used for processing the operation instruction sent by the server and playing the audio corresponding to the operation instruction through the monitoring loudspeaker.
Optionally, the mobile terminal module has a function of logging in through a preset account and a password. The method has the advantages that the safety can be guaranteed, and the use of emergency broadcasting by irrelevant personnel is avoided.
Optionally, the mobile terminal module has a function of logging in through a preset voiceprint. After receiving the voice command, the mobile terminal module tries voiceprint matching with the server module, and logs in a corresponding account when matching is successful.
Optionally, the mobile terminal module provides an option so that the user can select one or more adapters.
Optionally, after recognizing the voice command, the mobile terminal module performs information interaction with the server module and the adapter module, and detects whether an adapter specified in the voice command can work normally.
Optionally, after recognizing the voice command, the mobile terminal module determines whether the voice command includes emergency broadcast notification content, and sends information if the voice command includes the broadcast content.
Optionally, after the mobile terminal module recognizes the voice command, it determines whether the voice command includes the line information, and if so, sends a corresponding command to the server.
Compared with the prior art, the design scheme of the invention can achieve the following technical effects:
1. the method is favorable for the rapid response of the on-duty personnel when an emergency event occurs and the emergency broadcast is issued.
2. Is beneficial to old generation workers who are not good at inputting characters.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the drawings and the embodiment.
Example 1:
fig. 1 is a structural diagram of a voice-controlled emergency broadcasting system, which includes a mobile terminal module, a server module, and an adapter module, wherein after a signal is transmitted to the adapter module, the adapter module transmits the signal to a lower-level receiving terminal.
The user sends out a voice control command through a mobile phone (mobile terminal), a mobile phone client analyzes and decodes the audio command, converts the audio command into a corresponding text command format and sends the text command format to the server, and the server forwards a corresponding operation command to each adapter to realize the remote operation of the adapters.
The server stores a large amount of information such as audio files of users who use the adapters, user basic information, and installation addresses of the adapters.
The following is an operation flow for remotely controlling emergency broadcasting by using a mobile phone client:
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a login interface, which has three buttons of "voice login", "register", and "adapter select". The voice login button is pressed down and then starts to record received voice information, the voice information is sent to the server after the button is released, and the server is matched with the pre-stored module in a voiceprint mode. And if the pairing is successful, logging in the voice control interface, and if the pairing is failed, prompting that the corresponding user is not in the user list.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a voice control interface. The "push-to-talk" button is pushed to record the received voice message, and when the button is released, the button representing the voice content is displayed in the upper list. The button is clicked to play the inputted contents. After holding the button for 5 seconds, the voice control interface pops up a dialog box asking the user whether to manipulate the content. If a request is received to confirm the operation, the client begins analyzing the voice format. If the voice format is incorrect, the client pops up a dialog box to prompt that the command is not in accordance with the requirement and cannot be analyzed. And if the voice format is correct, generating an instruction and sending the instruction to the background server.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of the voice control, in which S1: inputting voice, and entering S2 after receiving voice signal;
s2: selecting whether to send a voice control command, entering S3 when the selection is yes, and ending when the selection is no;
s3: analyzing the voice format and retrieving a list of valid devices, and then proceeding to S4;
s4: searching whether the equipment number is valid, entering S5 when the equipment number is selected to be valid, and ending when the equipment number is invalid;
s5: judging whether the voice content contains emergency broadcast content, if so, entering S6, and if not, ending;
s6: judging whether the voice content contains the line information, and if so, entering S7, and if not, entering S8;
s7: generating a corresponding instruction for the line information contained in the voice content, sending the instruction to the server, and then ending;
s8: judging whether the content is pure voice content, entering S9 when the content contains pure voice content, and ending when the content does not contain voice content;
s9: the voice content is sent to the server and then ended.
After the "register" button on the login interface is clicked, the software jumps to the registration interface, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the registration interface. When the user logs in for the first time, the server side does not have voiceprint information, and the step is used for recording the voiceprint information. And the software sends the mobile phone number and the password in the input box to the server side to be matched with the mobile phone number and the password which are input in advance by an administrator. And if the voice password is matched with the voice password, jumping to a voice information acquisition interface, wherein the schematic diagram of the interface is shown in fig. 6, when the 'please input the voice password' is pressed, the received voice information is recorded, and after the button is released, the received voice information is sent to the server side to be stored as the voiceprint password.
After the "adapter select" button on the login interface is clicked, the software jumps to the adapter select interface, which is schematically shown in fig. 7. The interface displays adapters for user selection, and the adapters are controlled by software when the current boxes of the adapters are selected.
The beneficial effect of this embodiment lies in:
1. the method is favorable for the rapid response of the on-duty personnel when an emergency event occurs and the emergency broadcast is issued.
2. Is beneficial to old generation workers who are not good at inputting characters.
