the time sequence controller is used for respectively inputting grid driving time sequence signals to the grid driver, controlling the grid driver to output scanning signals to the display unit, inputting source driving time sequence signals to the source driver, controlling the source driver to output source display signals to the display unit and controlling the display unit to enter a light-emitting stage; the light-emitting stage comprises a dark state stage and a bright state stage of the organic light-emitting diode;
and the time schedule controller is also used for inputting a touch time schedule signal to the touch driver in the dark state stage and controlling the touch driver to output a touch driving signal to the touch unit.
2. The oled display device claimed in claim 1, wherein the touch driver is further configured to receive a touch sensing signal returned by the touch unit in the dark state, and determine a touch position according to the touch sensing signal.
3. The OLED display device of claim 1, wherein the dark state phase comprises an initialization phase of the OLED, a source display signal writing phase, an anode initialization phase and a light emission waiting phase; the bright state phase comprises a lighting phase of the organic light emitting diode.
4. The OLED display device of claim 1, wherein the touch unit is located on a light emitting side of the display unit;
or at least part of the touch unit and the cathode electrode in the display unit are arranged in the same layer.
5. The OLED display device of claim 4, wherein the touch unit comprises a self-contained touch unit or a mutual-contained touch unit.
6. The organic light emitting diode display device according to claim 1, further comprising an encapsulation unit;
the packaging unit is arranged between the display unit and the touch control unit; or the packaging unit is arranged on one side of the touch unit far away from the display unit.
7. The organic light emitting diode display device according to claim 6, wherein the encapsulation unit comprises a thin film encapsulation unit or a glass encapsulation unit.
8. The OLED display device according to claim 7, wherein the encapsulation unit comprises a glass encapsulation unit, the OLED display device further comprises an adhesive layer, and the encapsulation unit is adhered to the touch unit through the adhesive layer.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the organic light emitting diode display device comprises a display unit and a touch unit, and further comprises a gate driver, a source driver, a touch driver and a timing controller in a non-display region, the timing controller being electrically connected to the gate driver, the source driver and the touch driver, respectively;
the driving method includes:
the time sequence controller respectively inputs grid driving time sequence signals to the grid driver, controls the grid driver to output scanning signals to the display unit, inputs source driving time sequence signals to the source driver, controls the source driver to output source display signals to the display unit, and controls the display unit to enter a light-emitting stage; the light-emitting stage comprises a dark state stage and a bright state stage of the organic light-emitting diode;
and the time schedule controller inputs a touch control time schedule signal to the touch control driver in the dark state stage and controls the touch control driver to output a touch control driving signal to the touch control unit.
10. The driving method according to claim 9, further comprising:
and the touch driver receives a touch sensing signal returned by the touch unit in the dark state stage and determines a touch position according to the touch sensing signal.
