The water storage metal and film electric heating tube heating wall-mounted furnace comprises a shell, a water tank, electric heating tubes and a water pump, wherein 1 or more metal electric heating tubes are arranged in the water tank, a water inlet of the water tank is connected with the water pump, and a hot water outlet pipe is connected with a heating system to form a circulation passage; the plate heat exchanger is arranged outside the water tank, and hot water in the water tank is sent into the plate heat exchanger through the electric three-way valve to carry out heat exchange or coil pipe heat exchange so as to provide domestic hot water.

The metal electric heating tube is arranged in the water tank, and the electric heating wire is arranged in the metal tube and insulated by magnesia powder for heating in water; the thin film electric heating tube or the aluminum electric heating tube arranged outside the water tank is used for heating water in a water-proof way when water circulates in the tube; the shell 1 can be of a rectangular structure of the existing wall-mounted boiler or a circular or flat structure of the existing electric water heater, and can be arranged vertically or horizontally; the water pump and the valve body are arranged at the lower part or the upper part of the water tank when the water pump is vertical; when the water tank is horizontal, the water pump and the water tank are arranged at two ends of the water tank, or the water pump and the water tank are divided into two parts which are connected into a whole through a pipeline and a lead.

The invention has the advantages that the metal electric heating pipe is adopted in the water tank, and the thin film electric heating pipe or the aluminum electric heating pipe is arranged outside the water tank for heating, thereby not only being used for heating, but also being used for domestic hot water; heating return water entering the water tank is required to be kept in the water tank for several minutes, so that more heat is absorbed, and the electric power is reduced; the water tank is manufactured by non-metal blow molding, the stamping and welding mode is changed for more than one hundred years, the cost is reduced by 40 percent, and the speed is improved by tens of times.

The domestic hot water is injected into the plate heat exchanger through an electric three-way valve by adopting the plate heat exchanger for heat exchange, and then is sent into the water tank through the water pump 5; FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 show a coil 14 in the water tank, and a thin film electric heating tube or an aluminum electric heating tube 3-2 is installed at the water outlet for supplying domestic hot water; when domestic hot water is not used, the electric three-way valve is reversed, and the hot water is used for heating; when the plate heat exchanger or the coil is not used, the wall-mounted furnace is a single heating wall-mounted furnace and is also protected by the patent.
When the radiator is used in rural areas, the expansion water tank is not needed; the water pump also can be external, all is within this patent protection.
Claims (6)
1. Water storage metal and film electrothermal tube heating hanging stove comprises shell, water tank, electrothermal tube, water pump, its characterized in that: the water tank is made of metal or nonmetal materials, 1 or more metal electric heating tubes (3-1) are arranged in the water tank, a thin film electric heating tube or an aluminum electric heating tube (3-2) is arranged outside the water tank, a water inlet (6) of the water tank is connected with a water pump (5), after water outlet of the water tank is reheated by the thin film electric heating tube or the aluminum electric heating tube, heating hot water flows out of a water outlet pipe and then is connected with a heating system to form a circulation path; the water tank is used for storing water and water sent by the water pump (5), the water stays in the water tank for several minutes and is heated by the metal electric heating pipe, and the water is sent out after the temperature is increased.

The water storage metal and film electric heating tube wall-mounted heating furnace as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a plate type heat exchanger (10) is arranged outside the water tank, and hot water in the water tank is sent into a hot water channel in the plate type heat exchanger through an electric three-way valve (16), enters heat exchange and is then sent back into the water tank through a water pump; meanwhile, water entering a cold water channel of the plate heat exchanger obtains heat and then is used as domestic hot water; or the coil heat exchange mode is adopted, a coil (14) is arranged in the water tank, and a film electric heating tube or an aluminum electric heating tube is arranged in the water outlet pipeline to heat the flowing water for domestic hot water.

The water storage metal and film electric heating tube wall-mounted heating furnace as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water tank is internally provided with an electric heating tube with a metal shell, and the electric heating tube is heated in water; the outside of the water tank is heated in the air by adopting a film electric heating pipe or an aluminum electric heating pipe.

The water storage metal and film electric heating tube wall-mounted heating furnace as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the shell (1) adopts a rectangular or round or flat structure; the water pump valve body is arranged at the lower part or the upper part of the water tank in the vertical mode, and is arranged at the two ends of the water tank in the horizontal mode, or the water pump and the valve body are divided into two parts and are connected into a whole through a pipeline and a lead.
