Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an air conditioner control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an air conditioner control method, which is applied to a multi-split air conditioner and comprises the following steps S11 to S13:
s11, detecting whether or not one or only one indoor unit is in a cooling operation state in all indoor units connected with the air conditioner, if so, entering the step S12.
When it is detected that only one of all the indoor units connected to the multi-split air conditioner is turned on and performs cooling operation, it is determined that the indoor unit in the cooling operation state is in the single-unit operation state, and therefore, the indoor unit in the cooling operation state is taken as a target indoor unit, and the process proceeds to step S12.
And S12, judging whether the target indoor unit in the cooling operation state meets the preset single-unit cooling quick action entering condition, if so, entering the step S13.
The single-machine refrigeration quick action entering condition is used for indicating whether the refrigerant circulation condition of the air conditioner meets the requirement or not, when the target indoor machine is judged to meet the single-machine refrigeration quick action entering condition, the refrigerant circulation in the air conditioner is weak and does not meet the requirement, the refrigeration capacity of the indoor machine is weak, measures need to be taken to accelerate the refrigerant circulation quantity at the moment, namely, the single-machine refrigeration quick action needs to be entered, so that the refrigerant enters the indoor machine as soon as possible, otherwise, the refrigerant circulation of the air conditioner meets the requirement, the refrigerant circulation quantity does not need to be accelerated at the moment, and the single-machine refrigeration quick action does not need to be entered. In specific implementation, the entry condition of the single-machine refrigeration quick-action may be set according to an actual situation, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, the judging whether the target indoor unit in the cooling operation state meets a preset single-unit cooling quick-action entry condition specifically includes:
judging whether the temperature of an inlet pipe of a target indoor unit in a refrigerating operation state is continuously smaller than a preset third temperature threshold value within first preset time, and whether the temperature of a coil pipe is continuously larger than or equal to a difference value between the indoor environment temperature and a preset fourth temperature threshold value within second preset time, if so, judging that the preset target indoor unit meets the single-unit refrigerating quick-action entering condition, and if not, judging that the target indoor unit does not meet the single-unit refrigerating quick-action entering condition.
Optionally, the first preset time and the second preset time are both 3min, the third temperature threshold is-5 ℃, and the fourth temperature threshold is 5 ℃. Taking this as an example, when only one of all indoor units connected to a multi-room air conditioner is started and performs cooling operation, if the inlet pipe temperature T of the target indoor unit occursliq-5 deg.C and lasting 3 minutes, while the coil temperature T of the target indoor unitcoilNot less than indoor ambient temperature TambWhen the temperature is minus 5 ℃ and the duration is 3 minutes, the situation that a large amount of refrigerants in the whole air conditioner system are accumulated on the outdoor side and cannot normally enter the indoor side, the suction pressure is reduced, the temperature of an inlet pipe of the indoor unit is continuously reduced, meanwhile, a small amount of refrigerants on the indoor side are seriously overheated, the temperature of an indoor side coil pipe is continuously increased, and measures are needed to accelerate the circulation of the refrigerants so that the refrigerants can enter the indoor unit as soon as possible.
And S13, controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit to increase or controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit and the running frequency of the compressor to increase according to the size relation among the inlet pipe temperature of the target indoor unit, a preset first temperature threshold and a preset second temperature threshold, and controlling the target indoor unit to run according to a system automatic control strategy of the air conditioner until the target indoor unit is judged to meet a preset single-unit refrigeration quick action exit condition.
The severity of the refrigerant shortage condition of the target indoor unit is judged by judging the magnitude relation among the inlet pipe temperature of the target indoor unit, the preset first temperature threshold and the preset second temperature threshold. Optionally, the first temperature threshold is smaller than the second temperature threshold, when the temperature of the inlet pipe of the target indoor unit is smaller than the first temperature threshold, it is indicated that the target indoor unit lacks a refrigerant seriously, and the refrigerant circulation can be accelerated only by simultaneously matching the compressor and the electronic expansion valve, and when the temperature of the inlet pipe of the target indoor unit is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold and smaller than or equal to the second temperature threshold, it is indicated that the indoor unit lacks a refrigerant lightly, and the refrigerant circulation can be accelerated only by controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve to increase.
The single-unit refrigeration quick-action exit condition is used for indicating whether the refrigerant circulation condition of the air conditioner meets the requirement or not, when the single-unit refrigeration quick-action exit condition is met, the refrigerant normally enters the target indoor unit and normally circulates, the single-unit refrigeration quick action exits at the moment, namely the increase of the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit is stopped or the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit and the increase of the running frequency of the compressor are controlled, the target indoor unit is controlled to run according to a system automatic control strategy of the air conditioner, namely the target indoor unit enters the system to be normally and automatically controlled, and otherwise, the refrigerant circulation does not meet the requirement. The system automatic control strategy may be an original system automatic control strategy of the air conditioner, that is, an automatic control strategy set in factory, or may be an automatic control strategy after other optimization, and may be set according to an actual situation in specific implementation, which is not limited herein.
In specific implementation, the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold may be set according to actual situations, and are not limited herein. Optionally, the first temperature threshold is-15 ℃ and the second temperature threshold is-5 ℃.
Optionally, after entering the normal automatic control of the system, the method may further return to step S11 to continuously detect the single-machine refrigeration condition and perform corresponding control, so as to continuously ensure the refrigeration capacity of the indoor unit that is independently turned on during the operation of the air conditioner.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, step S13 includes steps S131 to S135, which are as follows:
s131, judging the size relation among the inlet pipe temperature of the target indoor unit, a preset first temperature threshold and a preset second temperature threshold, if the inlet pipe temperature of the target indoor unit is judged to be smaller than the first temperature threshold, jumping to S132, and if the inlet pipe temperature of the target indoor unit is judged to be larger than or equal to the first temperature threshold and smaller than or equal to the second temperature threshold, jumping to S133;
s132, controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit and the increase of the running frequency of the compressor, and jumping to the step S134;
s133, controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit to increase, and jumping to the step S134;
s134, judging whether the target indoor unit meets a preset single-unit refrigeration quick action exit condition or not, if so, skipping to the step S135, and if not, repeatedly executing the step;
and S135, controlling the target indoor unit to operate according to the system automatic control strategy of the air conditioner.
Wherein, taking the first temperature threshold equal to-15 ℃ and the second temperature threshold equal to-5 ℃ as an example, if the inlet pipe temperature T of the target indoor unit isliq-15 ℃, which shows that the condition of lack of refrigerant in the target indoor unit is very serious at the moment, and the refrigerant circulation can be accelerated only by simultaneously matching the compressor and the electronic expansion valve; if the inlet pipe temperature of the target indoor unit is less than or equal to T under minus 15 DEG CliqThe temperature is less than or equal to minus 5 ℃, which indicates that the target indoor unit lacks a refrigerant and can accelerate the refrigerant circulation only by the electronic expansion valve. After the parameters are adjusted, if the target indoor unit meets the preset single-machine refrigeration quick-action exit condition, the refrigerant is normally circulated, at the moment, the single-machine refrigeration quick action can be exited, the system enters normal automatic control, otherwise, the step S134 is repeatedly executed until the target indoor unit meets the preset single-machine refrigeration quick-action exit condition.
Optionally, the controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit and the increase of the operating frequency of the compressor specifically includes:
controlling the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit to increase to a preset valve step; and the number of the first and second groups,
and controlling the running frequency of the compressor of the target indoor unit to increase a preset running frequency threshold value on the current basis.
The preset valve step and the operation frequency threshold may be set according to actual conditions, and are not limited herein. Optionally, the preset valve step is 300 steps, and the operating frequency threshold is 5 Hz. For example, the operation frequency of the compressor is controlled to be increased by 5Hz on the basis of the current step number, and the electronic expansion valve is directly opened by 300 steps on the basis of the current step number.
Optionally, the controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit to increase specifically includes:
and controlling the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit to increase to a preset valve step.
The preset valve steps can be set according to actual conditions, and are not limited herein. Optionally, the preset valve step is 300 steps. For example, the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be opened up to 300 steps directly based on the current step number.
Specifically, whether the target indoor unit meets a preset single-machine refrigeration quick action exit condition is judged in the following way:
and judging whether the temperature of an inlet pipe of the target indoor unit is continuously greater than a preset fifth temperature threshold value within a third preset time, and whether the temperature of the coil pipe is continuously less than the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and a preset sixth temperature threshold value within a fourth preset time, if so, judging that the target indoor unit meets a preset single-unit refrigeration quick action quit condition, and if not, judging that the target indoor unit does not meet the single-unit refrigeration quick action quit condition.
In specific implementation, the third preset time, the fourth preset time, the fifth temperature threshold and the sixth temperature threshold may be set according to actual conditions, and are not limited herein. Optionally, the third preset time and the fourth preset time are both 3min, the fifth temperature threshold is 0 ℃, the sixth temperature threshold is 10 ℃, and taking this as an example, if the inlet pipe temperature T of the target indoor unit occursliqIs more than 0 ℃ and lasts for 3 minutes, and meanwhile, the temperature T of the coil pipe of the internal machine iscoil< indoor ambient temperature TambWhen the temperature is minus 10 ℃ and the duration is 3 minutes, the refrigerant normally enters the indoor unit, the suction pressure is increased, the temperature of an inlet pipe of the indoor unit is increased, and meanwhile, the refrigerant is increasedThe superheat degree is reduced, the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit is reduced, the refrigerant is normally circulated, and the single-unit refrigeration rapid action can be quitted at the moment, so that the normal automatic control of the system is achieved.
In the air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when detecting that one or only one indoor unit is in a cooling operation state in all indoor units connected with the air conditioner, judging whether the target indoor machine in the refrigeration running state meets the preset single-machine refrigeration quick action entering condition or not, and when judging that the target indoor machine meets the preset single-machine refrigeration quick action entering condition, and controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit to increase or controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit and the running frequency of the compressor to increase according to the size relation among the inlet pipe temperature of the target indoor unit, the preset first temperature threshold and the preset second temperature threshold, and controlling the target indoor unit to run according to a system automatic control strategy of the air conditioner until the target indoor unit is judged to meet the preset single-unit refrigeration quick-action exit condition. According to the scheme, under the condition that a single machine is used for refrigerating and the refrigerant circulation is weak, the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor machine is controlled to be increased correspondingly or the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor machine which is started independently and the running frequency of the compressor are controlled to be increased simultaneously, so that the refrigerant circulation is accelerated, the refrigerating capacity of the target indoor machine which is started independently is ensured, the refrigerating requirement of a user is met, and the use comfort of the user is improved.
