According to the water lifter provided by the invention, when the water lifter collides with the side wall of the deep hole, the sealing body is not easy to shake, so that the liquid in the water lifter is prevented from leaking, and the efficiency is improved.

In a deep water level water quality surveying experiment, water is required to be taken from a well hole with a small hole diameter and a deep water level. In this embodiment, the sealing layer 7 is made of nitrile-butadiene rubber. The water lift as recited in claim 1, wherein the first opening of the water lift bucket is covered with an exhaust cover, the exhaust cover is provided with a plurality of through holes, one of the through holes is located in the middle of the exhaust cover, and the traction rope penetrates out of the water lift bucket through the through hole in the middle of the exhaust cover.
