技术领域
本发明涉及水性油墨技术领域,具体涉及一种高速印刷用水性油墨。
背景技术
随着人类文明的发展,人们逐渐认识到传统溶剂型油墨对人体的伤害,特别是应用在人体可直接接触的视频、药品、化妆品等家用品包装上的油墨。据报道,欧美国家印刷油墨在包装印刷、标签印刷、商业印刷机报纸印刷上所占比重逐年增加,特别是印刷用水性油墨在食品、药品、化妆品包装上的应用有逐步替代胶印的趋势。
在我国的包装印刷市场,柔板印刷用水性油墨用量很少,可选择的品种也很少,且主要依靠进口,目前也仅仅是用于个人卫生用品的塑料材料之类的包装。高档油墨、板材、双面胶、垫衬等配套材料尚依赖进口,国内价格远高于国外市场,使印刷成本居高不下。
近年来,随着国家各种环保政策的出台,水性油墨作为一种新型油墨,以水为溶剂,避免了有机挥发物的大气污染,改善了印刷工作人员的生产环境,还降低了残留在印刷包装品种的有机溶剂,广泛应用于烟、酒、食品、药品等要求严格的产品中。
虽水性油墨随着研究人员的努力已得到逐步发展,但仍然存在稳定性、耐水性、光泽度、附着牢度等性能不足以及无法适应400-600米/分钟的高速印刷等问题,因此,提供一种能克服上述缺陷的水性油墨是本领域目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高速印刷用水性油墨,该水性油墨具有优良的干燥性、耐磨性光泽度和流平性能,且工艺简单,适合大规模推广应用。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种高速印刷用水性油墨,包括如下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯30-40份、碳酸钙2-6份、颜料20-30份,分散剂0.3-0.6份、流平剂1-3份、消泡剂1-2份、增稠剂2-4份,水性聚氨酯的制备方法为:向聚多元醇中边搅拌边加入乙二氨基磺酸钠、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡,缓慢升温至65-75℃,恒温反应2h,2h后将三羟甲基丙烷加入到反应体系中,继续在65-75℃条件下反应3h,降温至50℃,加入三乙醇胺搅拌30min,继续降温至30℃,高速剧烈搅拌下缓慢加入蒸馏水进行分散,并加入乙二胺进行扩链,分散搅拌30min,静置消泡,得到水性聚氨酯,其中,聚多元醇、乙二氨基磺酸钠、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、三羟甲基丙烷、三乙醇胺、蒸馏水质量比为5-9:0.5:0.08-0.12:0.3:2。
进一步的,包括如下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯33-36份、碳酸钙3-5份、颜料22-26份,分散剂0.4-0.5份、流平剂1-2份、消泡剂1-1.6份、增稠剂3-3.6份。
进一步的,包括如下重量份的组分:水性聚氨酯35份、碳酸钙4份、颜料25份,分散剂0.5份、流平剂1.5份、消泡剂1.2份、增稠剂3.5份。
进一步的,颜料为炉黑、气黑、锐钛型钛白粉、金红石型钛白粉、酞菁蓝、联苯胺中的一种。
进一步的,分散剂为磺基琥珀酸二辛酯钠、聚丙烯酸钠、马来酸钠和烯烃的共聚物、聚氧乙烯醚中的一种。
进一步的,增稠剂为水性膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、钛酸酯偶联剂中的一种或以任意比例的混合。
上述高速印刷用水性油墨的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取各原料,将水性聚氨酯与碳酸钙、颜料,分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、增稠剂一同放入立式球磨机中混合研磨15-30min,得到混合料;
2)将混合料放入高速分散机中分散5-10min,经过滤流入装墨机中出料,得到水性油墨。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种高速印刷用水性油墨,其中,本发明采用的水性聚氨酯在制备时,引入交联剂三羟甲基丙烷,将聚氨酯线性结构转化为空间网状结构,可使得水性油墨在高速印刷时满足对耐水性、抗粘性、耐磨性等性能要求。
本发明所选用的颜料,价格低廉,遮盖力好,着色力强,有很高的耐光、耐热耐潮湿性能和良好的化学稳定性。
本发明水性油墨在制备使,将水性连结料和颜料、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、增稠剂一同放入立式球磨机,可以同时进行搅拌和研磨,既简化了水性油墨的制备工艺,节省了时间,提高了工作效率,同时又可使水性油墨的粒径变小,粒径更均匀,分散效果更好。
本发明制备的水性油墨具有优良的干燥性、耐磨性光泽度和流平性能,且工艺简单,适合大规模推广应用。

水性聚氨酯的制备方法为:向聚多元醇中边搅拌边加入乙二氨基磺酸钠、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡,缓慢升温至70℃,恒温反应2h,2h后将三羟甲基丙烷加入到反应体系中,继续在70℃条件下反应3h,降温至50℃,加入三乙醇胺搅拌30min,继续降温至30℃,高速剧烈搅拌下缓慢加入蒸馏水进行分散,并加入乙二胺进行扩链,分散搅拌30min,静置消泡,得到水性聚氨酯,其中,聚多元醇、乙二氨基磺酸钠、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、三羟甲基丙烷、三乙醇胺、蒸馏水质量比为8:0.5:0.1:0.3:2。
其中,颜料为金红石型钛白粉;分散剂为马来酸钠和烯烃的共聚物;增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素。

6.如权利要求1所述的高速印刷用水性油墨,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为水性膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、钛酸酯偶联剂中的一种或以任意比例的混合。
7.如权利要求1所述的高速印刷用水性油墨,其特征在于,所述水性油墨的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取各原料,将水性聚氨酯与碳酸钙、颜料,分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、增稠剂一同放入立式球磨机中混合研磨15-30min,得到混合料;
2)将混合料放入高速分散机中分散5-10min,经过滤流入装墨机中出料,得到水性油墨。
