the pressing cover 422 is arranged on the piston 41, the pressing cover 422 is provided with a vent groove 423, the vent groove 423 is communicated with the exhaust port 44, and an installation groove 424 is formed between the pressing cover 422 and the piston 41 and is used for arranging a first sealing member 421, so that the first sealing member 421 can move to open or close the communication between the vent groove 423 and the exhaust port 44.
In the present embodiment, the second seal assembly 43 includes:
a second seal 431, the second seal 431 being movably provided at the suction port 32;
a limiting member 432, wherein the limiting member 432 is arranged in the air extracting cavity 31 and used for limiting the moving distance of the second sealing member 431; the stopper 432 is only a member for restricting the movement of the second sealing member 431, and does not form a seal, and gas can enter the pumping chamber 31 through the stopper 432, and the stopper 432 may be a frame structure or a cylindrical structure, and a communication hole is provided in the cylindrical stopper to allow the gas to flow therethrough.
The pushing member 433 is arranged between the piston 41 and the second sealing member 431, and the pushing member 433 can push the second sealing member 431 to block the air suction port under the driving of the piston 41.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the limiting member 432, the pushing member 433 is disposed in the mounting hole, and a shoulder structure for limiting the moving distance of the pushing member is further disposed on the limiting member, so that the moving range of the pushing member is limited, and the pushing member, the limiting member, and the second sealing member are prevented from being jammed in a staggered manner.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, a driving member 411 is disposed on the piston 41 for pushing the pushing member 433 to move, and a passage is disposed on the driving member 411 for communicating the exhaust port 44 and the pumping cavity 31. In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving member 411 and the piston 41 are integrally manufactured, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the driving member and the piston may be detachably disposed, so as to achieve the functions described in the embodiment of the present invention; meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, the contact portion between the driving member 411 and the pushing member 433 is a saw-tooth shape, which may be a regular saw-tooth or an irregular saw-tooth, so that air can flow out from the channel on the driving member 411.

When the elastic resetting piece 45 jacks up the piston in a normal state, in use and during air exhaust, the pressing cover 422 is pressed to drive the piston 41 to move downwards to compress the elastic resetting piece 45, meanwhile, the piston 41 compresses air in the air exhaust cavity in the downward movement process, the air acts on the second sealing piece 431, the second sealing piece 431 can seal the air exhaust opening to prevent air from flowing back into the lunch box body, and when the piston 41 compresses air in the air exhaust cavity, the air pressure in the air exhaust cavity is increased to extrude the first sealing piece 421 in the mounting groove 424 to move upwards, so that the first sealing piece 421 does not block the vent groove 423 and the exhaust opening 44 any more, the air in the air exhaust cavity flows out from the exhaust opening 44 through the vent groove to realize air exhaust, in addition, the downward movement of the piston 41 also jacks up the pushing piece 433 through the driving piece 411 to push the pushing piece 433 to press the second sealing piece 431, further ensuring that the second seal 431 can seal the pumping port 32; when air is extracted, the pressing cover 422 is pulled upwards or the reset action of the reset elastic piece 45 is utilized to drive the piston 41 to move upwards, meanwhile, the internal space of the air extraction cavity is increased in the upward movement process of the piston 41, so that the air pressure in the air extraction cavity is reduced, the external air pressure presses the first sealing piece to the air outlet on the piston under the condition that the external air pressure is not changed, the air outlet is sealed, the external air of the lunch box cannot enter the air extraction cavity, and because the air pressure in the lunch box body is greater than the air pressure in the air extraction cavity, the air in the lunch box acts on the second sealing piece 431, at the moment, because the piston moves upwards, the driving piece 411 is separated from the pushing piece 433, so that the second sealing piece is not pressed, the second sealing piece 431 is jacked up by the air in the lunch box body 1, so that the air extraction; the process is repeated to continuously exhaust and exhaust, so that the gas in the lunch box can be pumped out as required.
In the embodiment of the invention, a locking mechanism is arranged between the piston 41 and the lunch box body 1, and the locking mechanism 5 is used for locking the movement of the piston in the air extracting cavity so that the second sealing assembly 43 closes the air extracting opening. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the locking mechanism includes a locking groove formed in the inner wall of the pumping cavity 31 and a locking block 412 disposed on the piston 41, and the locking block 412 can be inserted into the locking groove to form a locking structure along with the rotation of the piston 41. As shown in fig. 3 to 7, fig. 6 is a partial structural view of a cover portion of a lunch box provided in an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is a partial enlarged view of a portion a in fig. 6, a locking groove is formed by a limiting sleeve 311 on an inner wall of an air extraction cavity 31 and a bottom of the air extraction cavity 31, the limiting sleeve 311 is disposed on the inner wall of the air extraction cavity 31 in a clamping and fixing manner, a limiting protrusion 312 is disposed on the limiting sleeve 311, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the locking function of the limiting protrusion 312 can also be directly realized by forming a locking groove on an inner portion thereof. When the locking mechanism in the embodiment of the present invention is used specifically, the pressing cover 422 is pressed, so that the piston 41 abuts against the pushing member 433 through the driving member 411, so that the pushing member 433 presses the second sealing member 431, then the piston 41 is rotated, so that the locking block 412 on the piston 41 is inserted below the limiting projection 312, and the piston is locked and fixed through the locking groove formed at the bottom of the limiting projection 312 and the air suction cavity 31, thereby ensuring the sealing effect of the lunch box after air suction is finished.
In the embodiment of the invention, a storage cavity is arranged in the lunch box body 1, at least one inner box 6 is detachably arranged in the storage cavity, wherein two or more inner boxes can be stacked in the storage cavity, and only one inner box is shown here. Specifically, the storage cavity can be a heat preservation inner container arranged inside the shell, and the inner box 6 is placed inside the heat preservation inner container as the storage cavity.
