Background
Film coating machines can be divided into two major categories, namely immediate-coating type film coating machines and precoating type film coating machines. The paper-plastic composite film is special equipment for paper, plate and film lamination, and is pressed by a rubber roller and a heating roller to form a paper-plastic composite product. Compared with the existing coating type laminating machine, the precoating type laminating machine has the biggest characteristic that no parts for coating and drying are coated, so the precoating type laminating machine has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, low manufacturing cost, simple and convenient operation, good product quality stability and wide application in laminating processing of printed products. The traditional precoating type film laminating machine comprises four main parts, namely, precoating plastic film unreeling, printed matter input, hot pressing area compounding and automatic rolling, and auxiliary devices, namely, mechanical transmission, precoating plastic film flattening, longitudinal and transverse slitting, a computer control system and the like. The film consumables used by the pre-coating type laminating machine are already coated with glue, the glue is melted by heating during laminating, and then the film is bonded on a printed matter by pressurizing.
In actual production, the contact time of the film and the hot pressing roller is too short, the heating time of glue on the film is short, and due to factors such as different thicknesses of glue at different parts on the film, the glue on the film is easy to melt and uneven, so that the adhesion between the film and a printed matter is insufficient, the demolding condition is easy to occur, and the film laminating effect is reduced; in addition, the presswork is at the printing in-process, in order to prevent that the presswork from gluing when piling up, its surface spouts one deck anti-adhesion powder, need clear away its surface powder before with the film pressfitting, prevent that the powder from hindering the pressfitting of film and presswork, cause the pressfitting flaw, among the prior art, use the brush to clean the presswork surface in order to reach the purpose of cleaing away the powder, because there is the clearance between the brush tooth, can't effectively clear away the powder, the presswork surface unevenness after the coating is led to the residue of powder, the quality and the aesthetic property of having reduced the presswork.

a powder scraping device 9 positioned at the adsorption plate 8 is arranged above the conveying table 10, the powder scraping device 9 comprises a transmission mechanism 901, a powder scraper 902, a powder disc 903 and a brush 904, referring to fig. 5, the transmission mechanism 901 is fixedly arranged at two sides of the conveying table 10, two ends of the powder scraper 902 are respectively and fixedly connected with the side surfaces of the two transmission mechanisms 901, two ends of the powder scraper 902 are connected with a chain, when the chain rotates, the powder scraper 902 is driven to rotate, the powder disc 903 is arranged above the adsorption plate 8, the powder disc 903 is used for receiving powder poured out from the powder scraper 902, referring to fig. 3, the brush 904 is fixedly connected with the side surface of the powder scraper 902, the brush 904 is in contact with the surface 904 of the printed matter and is mainly used for loosening the powder on the surface of the printed matter, the adhesive force between the powder and the surface of the printed matter is reduced, so that static electricity on the adsorption plate 8 can adsorb the powder, the transmission mechanism 901 is in transmission connection with the hot-pressing roller, drive mechanism 901 can use the gear to be connected with the chain transmission and form, the axis of gear passes through the belt and is connected with hot pressing roller set 6 transmission, use hot pressing roller set 6 pivoted drive power, the accessible uses the reduction gear to reduce drive mechanism 901's rotational speed, refer to fig. 6, powder scraper 902 includes scraper and powder chamber, scraper fixed mounting is on the outer wall in powder chamber, the powder mouth that falls has been seted up at the top in powder chamber, when powder scraper 902 rotates to the below of adsorption plate 8, the scraper contacts with the surface of adsorption plate 8, the powder drops from the surface of adsorption plate 8 under the effect of scraper, and get into in the powder chamber through falling the powder mouth, when powder scraper 902 rotates to the top of adsorption plate 8, the powder mouth that falls on the powder scraper 902 faces down, the powder is emptyd to in powder dish 903 from falling the powder mouth.
The using method of the invention is as follows: firstly, fixedly sleeving a film sleeve on a film placing roller 2, enabling a film to respectively penetrate through the roller surfaces of a tensioning roller group 3 to play a tensioning role, enabling a back adhesive surface of the film to be in contact with the upper surface of a preheating mechanism 5 and in sliding contact with an auxiliary tensioning roller 4, converting kinetic energy generated by sliding of the film and the upper surface of the preheating mechanism 5 into heat energy, preheating glue on the surface of the film, conducting charges in a friction unit block 501 into an adsorption unit block 801 through a conducting wire due to electrostatic effect generated by friction in the sliding process, enabling the adsorption unit block 801 to be electrified, secondly, adsorbing powder on the surface of a printed matter to the surface of an adsorption plate 8 due to the attraction effect of static when the printed matter passes below the adsorption plate 8, simultaneously, driving mechanisms 901 drive powder scrapers 902 to rotate under the rotation of a hot pressing roller group 6, scraping the powder on the surface of the adsorption plate 8 by the powder scrapers, fall into the powder chamber, when the powder scraper 902 rotates to the upper side of the adsorption plate 8, the powder is poured on the powder tray 903 due to the action of gravity, and finally, the printed matter after powder removal and the film preheated by the preheating mechanism 5 are heated by the hot-pressing roller group 6 and are pressed by the matched double-pressing roller group 7.
