the supporting framework assembly comprises a first supporting framework, a second supporting framework and a plurality of intermediate connecting rods, the first supporting framework comprises a first sleeve and a plurality of first supporting rods, the plurality of first supporting rods are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer side wall of the first sleeve, one end of each first supporting rod is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the first sleeve, the second supporting framework comprises a second sleeve and a plurality of second supporting rods, the plurality of second supporting rods are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer side wall of the second sleeve, one end of each second supporting rod is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the second sleeve, one end of each intermediate connecting rod is fixedly connected with one end, far away from the first sleeve, of each first supporting rod, and the other end of each intermediate connecting rod is fixedly connected with one end, far away from the second sleeve, of each second supporting rod;
the storage hoppers correspond to the middle connecting rods one by one and are fixedly connected with the middle parts of the middle connecting rods through flexible connecting pieces;
the power device is connected with the first sleeve to drive the first sleeve and the second sleeve to rotate;
a sleeve locking device for locking the first sleeve so that the first sleeve cannot rotate relative to the main shaft.

The windmill type water and electric plastic material storage rack as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a shielding device, wherein the shielding device comprises two fixed bars, two movable bars, two cover films and a first arc-shaped rail and a second arc-shaped rail which are parallel and opposite to each other, the first arc-shaped rail and the second arc-shaped rail are respectively arranged at two ends of the main shaft, the first arc-shaped rail and the second arc-shaped rail are fixedly connected with the main shaft, one end of each fixed bar is fixedly connected with the middle part of the top end of the first arc-shaped rail, the other end of each fixed bar is fixedly connected with the middle part of the top end of the second arc-shaped rail, the two fixed bars are positioned at the same horizontal plane, the two movable bars are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the two fixed bars, one end of each movable bar is rotatably connected with the first arc-shaped rail and can slide along the first arc-shaped rail, The other end of each cover film is rotatably connected with the second arc-shaped track and can slide along the second arc-shaped track, one cover film corresponds to one fixed rod and one movable rod, one end of each cover film is wound on one fixed rod, and the other end of each cover film is wound on one movable rod.
