although the pressing action of the hydraulic press is slow when the hydraulic press is used for processing the aluminum membrane plate, the pressing action is slow, the accident of hurting people occurs sometimes, the worker often relaxes the vigilance because of the slow pressing action during the operation, the worker often chooses to stretch the hand out of the workbench due to the tension during the accident, rarely chooses to press the emergency stop button, and chooses to press the emergency stop button after the accident occurs, but the injury which is caused cannot be avoided, so related preventive measures need to be made before the accident occurs to ensure the safety of the worker;

The invention aims to provide a protective device of a hydraulic press, wherein a gear rotating shaft slides a protective cover downwards firstly, and the protective cover falls when a stamping plate is about to stamp, so that sufficient reaction time is provided for operators, and the personal safety of the operators is guaranteed.

the protection cover is symmetrically provided with protection cover supporting columns, the inner side faces of the protection cover supporting columns are provided with second gear grooves matched with the second gears for use, and a protection net is fixedly arranged on the protection cover.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a protection mesh slot 101 is formed in the upper end surface of the workbench 1, and the width of the protection cover 3 is smaller than the width of the protection mesh slot 101, so that the protection cover is prevented from being taken by hand when the stamping is not completed, and the safety of the device is improved.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the height of the lower end of the shield 3 from the worktable 1 is greater than the height of the stamping plate 4 from the worktable 1, so that the shield slides downwards when the stamping operation is about to start, a certain reaction time is provided for the downward movement of the stamping plate, and the safety of the device is improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a cushion 304 is fixedly provided on the lower end surface of the hood 3, and plays a certain role in cushioning when the arm is not fully extended.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the inner side surface of the bearing 401 is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the gear transmission column 5 by welding, so as to improve the transmission stability.
