Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the air duct structure of the disinfection cabinet comprises:
the disinfection device comprises a box body 1 and an inner container 2 arranged in the box body 1, wherein a disinfection unit (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the inner container 2 and can be an ultraviolet generator, an ozone generator, a disinfection steam generator or other types of disinfection units; a gap 11 is arranged between the box body 1 and the inner container 2. The assembly structure of the box body, the inner container and the assembly structure of the box body and the inner container are the conventional structure of the disinfection cabinet.
An air outlet 21 is arranged on the top surface of the inner container 2, and an air return opening 22 is arranged at the position of the rear wall plate of the inner container 2 close to the bottom plate.
The air duct 3 is arranged in a gap 11 between the box body 1 and the inner container 2; the upper section of the U-shaped inner container is positioned in a gap between the top plate of the inner container and the top plate of the box body, and the section of the U-shaped inner container is positioned in a gap between the rear wall plate of the inner container and the rear wall plate of the box body; the upper section and the middle section of the air duct 3 form a first air duct 31; the lower section of the air duct 3 is located in the gap between the bottom plate of the inner container and the bottom plate of the box body, and the lower section of the air duct 3 is a second air duct 32 communicated with the first air duct 31.
An air inlet 33 communicated with the gap 11 is arranged on the wall of the upper section of the first air duct, and the end port of the second air duct 32 is an air outlet 34 of the air duct. The air outlet 34 is located below the door of the disinfection cabinet, exposed out of the cabinet 1 and facing the ground in front of the disinfection cabinet.
The air outlet 21 and the air return opening 22 are both communicated with the first air duct 31.
The fan 4 is arranged in the air duct 3 and used for enabling air in the inner container to form circulation through the first air duct 3; or to draw air from the surrounding environment through the gap 11 and to blow an air stream towards the floor surrounding the disinfection cabinet. The fan 4 in this embodiment is disposed in the gap between the top plate of the inner container and the top plate of the box body, and is disposed close to the air outlet 21 and the air inlet 33. The fan 4 may be any one of the prior art as required.
And the heating component 7 is arranged in the air channel, is positioned in the first air channel between the fan 4 and the air return opening 22, and is used for heating the air entering the first air channel 31. The heating assembly may be any of those known in the art as desired.
The first valve is arranged in the upper air channel and comprises a first valve plate 5 and a first driving mechanism (not shown in the figure); wherein, the first edge of the first valve plate 5 is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the liner top plate through a first rotating shaft (not shown in the figure), and the first driving mechanism is connected with the first valve plate 5 in a driving way, so that the first valve plate rotates relative to the first rotating shaft. And the temperature controller 8 is arranged in the first air duct 31 and used for detecting the temperature of the air flow in the first air duct 31 and controlling the operation of the heating assembly 7.
When the disinfection cabinet enters a heating and drying program, the air in the inner container needs to be heated; at this time, the control system of the disinfection cabinet controls the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism to work, drives the first valve plate and the second valve plate to rotate, opens the air outlet and the air return opening on the inner container, closes the air inlet of the air channel and blocks the communication between the first air channel and the second air channel, as shown in fig. 2; simultaneously controlling the heating assembly and the fan to work; under the effect of fan, the air in the inner bag is discharged from the return air inlet, gets into first wind channel, returns the inner bag inner chamber from the air exit after the heating of heating element, heats the article of inner bag and dries. When the temperature of the airflow flowing through the temperature controller is lower than a set value, the temperature controller controls the heating assembly to work to heat the airflow in the first air channel. And the steps are circulated until the heating and drying process is finished.
When air needs to be blown to the ground around the disinfection cabinet to dry the ground, the control system of the disinfection cabinet controls the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism to work, drives the first valve plate and the second valve plate to rotate reversely, closes the air outlet and the air return opening on the liner, opens the air inlet of the air channel and communicates the first air channel and the second air channel, as shown in fig. 3; and meanwhile, the fan is controlled to work, and whether the heating assembly works or not is controlled according to the instruction of a user. Under the action of the fan, air of the surrounding environment enters the first air channel from the air inlet through the gap, is exhausted from the air outlet after being heated by the heating assembly, and is blown to the ground around the disinfection cabinet or the surrounding environment to dry the ground or change the temperature of the surrounding environment.
