for the purpose, the valve rod 21 is provided with an anti-drop ring 217, a second annular limiting groove 218 and a second air guide groove 219, the outer diameter of the anti-drop ring 217 is larger than the outer diameter of the outer edge wall of the lower end surface of the first annular limiting groove 216, and the outer diameter of the second air guide groove 219 is smaller than the minimum outer diameter of the first air guide groove 215; under ultrahigh pressure, the sealing protection sleeve 214 falls on the second annular limiting groove 218 and the anti-drop ring 217 after separating from the first annular limiting groove 216, and the valve rod 21 floats upwards again under ultrahigh pressure, so that the upper end surface of the sealing protection sleeve 214 abuts against the outer edge wall of the lower port of the valve seat 1, and the lower end surface abuts against the upper end surface of the anti-drop ring 217, at this time, ultrahigh pressure gas in the pressure cooker pot body flows to the outer edge wall of the lower end surface of the first annular limiting groove 216 and the first annular limiting groove 216 along the second annular limiting groove 218 and the second gas guide groove 219, and is finally discharged from the upper port of the valve seat 1, thereby achieving the purpose of pressure relief.

In order to avoid the dislocation of the sealing plug 24 when the compression spring rebounds, a guide post 241 embedded in the through hole 211 is arranged at the lower end of the sealing plug 24, the sealing plug 24 is limited and guided by the guide post 241, and the third air guide groove 2411 on the guide post 241 plays a role in guiding air and exhausting air; the lower end of the guide post 241 extends out of the lower port of the through hole 211 to avoid the blockage of the through hole 211 by the objects in the pressure cooker body, which leads to the difficulty of exhausting gas.
Preferably, the adjacent side walls of the guide pillar 241 are crossed by round corners. In the process of moving the guide post 241 up and down, the inner wall of the through hole 211 of the valve rod 21 can be prevented from being scratched.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 4 and fig. 5, the valve core 2 further includes a warning rod 22 located above the valve seat 1, the sealing protective sleeve 214 on the valve rod 21 abuts against the bottom of the valve seat 1, and when the sealing protective sleeve 214 is located in the first annular limiting groove 216, the warning rod 22 extends out of the pressure cooker lid, the lower end of the warning rod 22 is in threaded connection with the upper end of the valve rod 21, and an exhaust duct 221 communicating with the upper port of the through hole 211 is further arranged above the warning rod 22.
When the valve rod 21 floats upwards, the warning rod 22 on the valve rod can extend out of the pressure cooker cover, so that a user can intuitively know that the pressure cooker body is in a high-pressure state at the moment, the pressure cooker cover cannot be opened, and probing is not needed; when the air pressure in the pressure cooker body is consistent with the outside air pressure, the valve rod 21 and the warning rod 22 sink simultaneously, so that a user can know that the air pressure in the pressure cooker body is completely discharged at the moment, and the pressure cooker can be opened; wherein, the valve rod 21 and the warning rod 22 are connected by screw threads for convenient installation and disassembly.
The outer wall of the upper end of the warning rod 22 is provided with a handle 222 which is arranged radially outwards, and the outer port of the exhaust pipe 221 is positioned on the upper end surface of the handle 222.
The handle 222 is provided on the warning lever 22 to facilitate the user to install the valve cartridge 2, and the outer port of the exhaust pipe 221 is provided on the upper end surface of the handle 222 to facilitate the gas discharge.
Optimally, in order to avoid the user when observing the safety valve, the gas discharged from the outer port of the exhaust pipeline 221 is upwards sprayed and applied to the human body, and the outer port of the exhaust pipeline 221 is arranged on the side surface of the handle 222, so that the exhaust efficiency is improved, the outer ports of the exhaust pipeline 221 can be arranged in four, and the four outer ports are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the side wall of the handle 222.
