During transportation of the stir auger 314, sand media are easy to mix into the stir-fried rice, the stir-fried rice is filtered by the screen mesh on the outer wall of the material distribution cylinder 8 and can fall back into the medium layer 313, the waste hopper 317 is arranged at the tail end of the medium layer, the medium conveying auger 316 is arranged at the bottom in the medium layer 11, and the sand media which lose performance after being used for many times can be transported into the waste hopper 9.
The finished fried rice after the material distribution is conveyed to the discharging hopper 10 through the discharging auger 315, and the processing of the fried rice is finished.
After each stage, the motor 322 can be separated from the turnover shaft body 321 through the telescopic cylinder 323, the head end of the stir-frying cylinder body is lifted a short distance through the lifting cylinder 42, and the heating pot is in an inclined state at the moment, so that the materials in the stir-frying cylinder body can be poured out conveniently. The quality of the next product production is improved.
According to the invention, the support hydraulic cylinder and the universal wheel (with the brake pad) are arranged below the frame body, so that the frame is convenient to move and carry when in actual operation.
